En choisissant ce gite nous avons vécu une belle expérience Mauricienne, loin des resorts aseptisés et sans saveur. Le logement, situé dans une résidence sécurisée et dans un bel environnement arboré où les oiseaux de toutes les couleurs font légion est très bien équipée. La décoration, un peu désuète, ajoute un certain charme au lieu, même si une petite mise au goût du jour pourrait le rendre encore plus agréable.Idéalement localisé, juste en face de la très belle plage public de bain boeuf et aussi à proximité des commodités situées à Peyrebere - 1,5km. Il constitue également un excellent point de départ pour partir à la découverte de l'île. Merci à Rani et Annie pour leur écoute tout au long de ce séjour.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht daher war uns die Terrasse mit großem Tisch und 4 Liegestühlen wichtig. Die Decken sind sehr hoch (mein Mann ist 2m), man hat genug Platz.Die Vermieterin hat immer sofort geantwortet und sich um alles gekümmert. 1mal pro Woche kam die Putzfrau.Der Garten ist sehr groß, der Pool ist toll (hat 3 unterschiedliche Höhen, also auch was für kleinere Kinder), die Anlage war nicht voll belegt, viele kommen nur ab uns zu um das Haus zu nutzen. Wir hatten die meiste Zeit den Garten und den Pool für uns. Direkt gegenüber ist ein toller Sandtrand, flach abfallend und wenig besucht.

Emplacement génial, résidence au top !

Séjour de un mois sur place.Propriétaire en or : serviable, à l’écoute.Une femme de ménage trop gentille et qui peut vous préparer des plats mauriciens sur demande.La résidence est impeccable et moi j’adore la plage aux environs de Bain Bœuf. Très sécurisé.La voiture me semble obligatoire de façon générale, même si vous avez des bus à proximité.La petite maisonnette n’a pas connu de travaux depuis un petit moment mais vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour ce petit coin de paradis.Club de plongée à 30m, plage à 50m, grande piscine, jardin tropical.

Villa magnifique, très bien entretenue et dans un emplacement de rêve! Un gros merci à notre hôte Annie, à Ariane pour son accueil ainsi qu'à Rani pour le ménage et ses délicieux plats typiquement mauriciens!

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à l’île Maurice, et notamment à la résidence Kenville. La maison est bien équipée, propre, et très bien située, à 50 mètres de la plage. Parfait pour des familles avec enfants en bas âge (nous avons voyagé avec notre fille d’1 an).

Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre exceptionnel et une très belle piscine. Un appartement spacieux avec 3 chambres climatisées, wifi et TV avec les chaines françaises. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrons.

Vacances très agréables, le bungalow est très bien équipé, la piscine est propre et le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu.Très joli résidence et cadre splendide Très pratique un portillon nous permet de rejoindre la plage. Nous renouvellerons cette destination et location, et apprécions tout particulièrement les conseils des propriétaires. A refaire au plus vite.

Belle résidence avec piscine

Belle résidence dans le nord, avec un beau jardin et une piscine. La plage, bain boeuf, à 2 pas en traversant la rue. La déco de la maison n'est pas actuelle mais pour nous l 'essentiel est ailleurs : visiter le pays, les mauriciens, de magnifiques plages, de bons restaurants.

Perfekte Lage

Das Apartment ist eigentlich ein kleines Reihenhaus. Im EG eine funktionale Kueche, das praktisch eingerichtete Wz und die kleine, aber sonnen- und regengeschuetzte Terrasse, wo man alle Mahlzeiten einnimmt und sich an den vielen schoenen Voegeln und dem gepflegten Garten erfreut. 1.Stock: zwei SZ ein Bad, 2.St. 1 geräumiges SZ mit DopBett, D/WC. Wir haben uns total wohl gefuehlt und den Pool oft genutzt. Durch eine Tuer im Garten und schon liegt die gepflegte Public Beach von Bain Boeuf vor einem. Das Auto parkt man innerhalb der Anlage. Unsere Vermieter waren immer freundlich. Wir koennen das Objekt sehr empfehlen.

Mycket bra boende

Ett mycket trivsamt och bra boende allt fanns och fungerade till överkomligt pris,vi var där i 3 veckor under feb/mars 17 och är mycket nöjda dock ska ska sägas att om ni har besvär med trappor av olika anledningar eller små barn bör man veta att huset är fördelat på 3 våningar som tar ut sin rätt. Nära till det mesta om man inte är allt för bekväm men o andra sidan kostar taxi nästan ingenting. Kan rekommenderas utan tvekan....... JOAKIM

Résidence située dans un cadre luxuriant , très agréable , bien entretenu et sécurisé Logement confortable avec toutes les commodités, comme chez soi. Nous n'avons qu'une envie , repartir ce qui sera fait l'année prochaine.

Bungalow bien situé à 2 pas d'une jolie plage tranquille, terrasse sur jardin fleuri, piscine impeccable, contact aisé avec la sympathique propriétaire dont les conseils étaient bienvenus. Séjour conseillé.

FABULEUX

De très belles vacances, la description du logement est tout à fait correcte, le bungalow est très bien équipé et correspond tout à fait à la description. La propriété est très bien entretenue. Le parc est magnifique. Le restaurant l'Amigo à Cap Malheureux recommandé par les propriétaires est très très bien ; ainsi que le taxi. Cette location est très appropriée avec des enfants, surtout la piscine le soir est très agréable ; le seul inconvénient c'est l'horaire de la piscine qui a été modifié par le syndic au mois de décembre : 19h au lieu de 21 h ; un peu trop tôt je pense. Je recommande vivement cette location ; vacances reposantes et fabuleuses.

Ile Maurice , Bain Bœuf vacances de rêve !

Belle résidence située dans un parc très bien arboré avec une grande piscine , le parc est entretenu quotidiennement par un jardinier . Cette résidence est située à 150 m environ de la plage Bain Bœuf qui vient d' être entièrement aménager . La maison est bien aménagée , confortable , très propre , spacieuse, avec la climatisation dans les 3 chambres . La terrasse donne directement sur le parc et la piscine , permet de prendre tous les repas à l'exterieur . Informations touristiques à la disposition des locataires . Super marché + petits commerces à proximité. Résidence bien sécurisée . Résidence où nous avons passé 4 semaines très agréables .

Vacances et la location formidable

Je viens pour la 2eme fois dans se bungalow. Toujours aussi plaisant . j'apprécie le jardin tropical , la piscine et le chant des oiseaux le matin. Également la proximité de l' arrêt de bus. La plage de bain boeuf est en train d' être aménagée . Bref j'espère revenir l année prochaine.

Très bien!

Je recommande vivement cette location. Située tout près du centre est très bien desservie, cette location permet de profiter à la fois des plages aux alentours ainsi que du centre de ville de Grand Baie sans effort. Le bungalow est très agréable, spacieux et propre. Le jardin et la piscine privée sont également très appréciables.

très agréable bungalow, propre et bien entretenu. Equipements conformes et suffisants. Situation face à la mer et à proximité de l'arrêt de bus, qui dessert le nord de l'île. Jardin tropicale magnifique et piscine bien agréable. Enfin tout est là, pour passer de très bonnes vacances. ++++ je recommande vivement cette location.
