Spacious, homey comforts with all resort amenities of a 4-star resort in this Luxury condo rental unit, adjacent to Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort - right before the causeway onto Sanibel Island. To-die-for water & sunset views from 9th Floor screened lanai! Condo pool deck is completely brand new and open!

Just redecorated dining/living room and outdoor furniture - including convenient new desk/work station for those who need to check in to work remotely.

From our high 9th floor location you will witness infinite views of San Carlos Bay, Pine Island and Sanibel Island with amazing sunsets and dolphin and other sea-life sitings, not only from our floor-to-ceiling screened lanai with cool breezes, but from the master bedroom.

The private beach front is just steps off the elevator and has lots of lounge chairs.

The private condo pool and hot tub- reserved only for use by owners and their guests. There is a complimentary condo pool steps from the building...lots and lots of comfy lounge chairs.
If heading to the beach at Sanibel (we are a 5 minute drive, right before the causeway onto the island) we provide beach towels, chairs!

You'll also have access to the amazing 4-star Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort restaurants and bar with outrageous water views....5 minute walking distance from condo.

The Marriott has an awesome Spa (please check if open post Ian). Fun, Bimini Bait Shack restaurant/bar with daily live music is walking distance as well.

The condo is super spacious with tasteful decor -- all modern stainless kitchen appliances and appointed with everything needed for meal (or cocktail!) preparation if you decide to eat in. In the spacious living area, there's a large round glass dining table/chairs (seats 6 plus 2 more at our breakfast bar) , cushy couches with Queen sleeper that face the water, a new desk/work space area and large flat screen TV and DVD player. Wood plank porcelain floor throughout for a luxurious, clean feel. Head out to see more of the glorious water view on enclosed lanai, reachable through the floor to "almost' ceiling glass sliders.

Condo sleeps 6. The cozy master bedroom suite includes a king size bed, slider to the screened lanai, full water view of San Carlos Bay from the picture window, and full bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bath features a second tub and shower. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
There's a comfy Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

You never have to get in a car to have the vacation of a lifetime...But if you want to explore, the condo is so well situated - right before the causeway ($6 toll) to Sanibel Island renowned for shelling, Ding Darling preserve and cute shops/restaurants; minutes from Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, Fort Myers Beach and nightlife, golf courses, historic Edison estate, downtown Fort Myers, great outlet shopping (both Ft Myers and Estero), Naples and much more.

We had a fantastic time at this condo in Punta Rassa, close to Fort Myers, Sanibel & Captiva for activities. Also a nice pool on site! The owners were accessible for a couple of issues and helped resolve them quickly.

Third time staying in this area and the hosts were responsive and check-in was smooth and easy. Unit is well-kept and view is spectacular. We are a family with 3 kids and stayed for 4 nights. This is our third time staying in similar condos in the area. Pros: responsive hosts, beautiful view, easy to park and check-in was smooth.Cons: internet was slow and spotty, only bar soap is provided and minimal washing detergent pods. When you stay for multiple nights and use beach and regular towels these add up. Washer dryer work well but are very small. You get charged extra if cleaning service has to wash more towels than minimum. Dishwasher was fully loaded when we arrived. AC can’t go below 72. Overall it was a satisfactory stay and I do think owners are responsive and will make these changes.

Loved this condo, it's view and access to first rate pickleball courts! Perfect, relaxing getaway with easy access to the beach and day trips over to Sanibel and Captiva. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our partial week at the condo. Leslie and Andrea answered all of my questions before we went and we had everything we needed. Our favorite part of our stay was watching everything going on in the bay from our balcony. Seeing the mommy and baby manatee that swam by on two of the mornings was amazing. Kids loved the beach and condo pool.

Great trip

We stayed for two nights in this beautifully appointed condo before meeting our family for a week in Captiva. The condo had everything we needed; including gorgeous views, a screened porch (keep the mosquitoes and no-see ums away), pool, hot tub, and beach! We easily could have spent the week here. The hosts were nothing short of excellent and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely condo w/ large pool and private beach

This condo was in a convenient and private location with new large pool and private beach. Waterfront view from condo and balcony was gorgeous. We fell asleep each night to the lovely sound of the waves. Condo had everything we needed including pool floats, beach toys and chairs, and towels. Location was convenient as we were close to Sanibel Island and also mainland activities and restaurants/stores. Communication from owners was always prompt and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we visit the area.

Great View, Beautiful Condo!

This was our first time in the area. What a great spot to vacation. We walked over to the Marriott to enjoy the Tiki Bar on the water during the day and the sports bar at night. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The pool was still under renovation but lazy mornings enjoying our coffee on the balcony or cocktails at night were enjoyed instead.. Great communication with our host, responses within minutes! We hope to stay here again in the future.

We are just leaving our stay 7/25/25. My kiddos and I absolutely loved our stay! Apartment was clean, pool was fantastic, beach was great! If you are looking to have a beach to yourself and not have to haul a ton of stuff along, then this is definitely the place. Obviously after the hurricane, all the action areas are not up and running. Sanibel…beautiful island feel, just across the causeway. Ft. Myers beach is just a short drive. Bimini bait shack was great! Beds were comfy, water pressure was awesome! We ate most of our meals there and ordered our groceries from Walmart(which they dropped off at the door). Leslie and Andrea were super responsive and helpful! Thank you for an easy/relaxing stay!

Wedding Weekend

Everything at our condo was wonderful. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star rating, was because the pool was not yet available and parts of the building were still under construction due to damage from the 2022 hurricane. Eventually, I can see the condo returning to a 5 star VRBO. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

30 minutes from the airport! Drop dead water views from 9th floor! And we love the 4-star Marriot Sanibel Harbour & Resort with great restaurants and Spa (please check if open after Ian) and water sports. Ideal location - minutes to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Ft Myers and Naples. It's the best of everything - You can get away from it all or check out tourist attractions, nightlife and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Peaceful relaxation!! We have never encountered in all our travels such as beautiful water view from AM to sunset from our Luxury rental condo - with spacious living area, master bedroom and giant screened lanai (balcony) - plus AM sunrises from the 2nd bedroom and the amazing colors reflected from that sunrise (those pink clouds on our cover photo are for real - photo was not retouchedl A full resort experience, with all the comfort and space of home - why be squished in a boxy hotel room, when you can have 1200 square feet of living space in 2 bedrooms/2 full baths, with all the comforts of home -- plus large pool and hot tub right downstairs - condo is right next to Marriott Sanibel Harbour resort with awesome bars and restaurants in addition to Spa services, fitness center, sauna, steam room and pickle ball (fees apply) ...No need to go "off campus" but if you do, it's minutes to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, or Ft Myers Beach, Ft Myers, Estero or Naples. Lots of nearby shopping options as well. We initially looked to buy a 2nd Sanibel property, but when we saw the views, resort amenities and convenient location to anything and everything from this 9th floor condo we fell in love with it and know you will love it too!
