Lovely property

Located in a beautiful place; loved being on the 10th floor and the views overlooking the beach and the water. The pool and the hot tub are great; the close proximity to Sanibel Island is an added plus. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The grounds were clean and beautiful with a private beach. The condo was spacious with a large balcony and great views of the bay. Sunsets were spectacular!

Had coffee every morning in the beautiful lanai - looking at water, boats, and dolphins! Everything in condo was lovely. Well equipped, clean, and delightful!

Great vacation.

We had a great time. The rental was clean and spacious. The only negative it that there was no information in the posting that it was a retirement community, so the hours of the pool and beach were quite early.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW

Loved our waterfront view. The condo was very spacious. Letting ourselves in was super-easy (arrived around midnight). And property managers were very responsive to our questions. Wish I could have moved in permanently!

We were very happy w/ our stay. The location, views and amenities were all awesome. The unit could use some updating but was clean and stocked w/ plenty of towels, sheets for the pull out couch, dish & laundry detergent, dishes, and trash bags. The lock box is such a great thing as well so you don't have to go pick up keys. This was our first time visiting Sanibel and the Sanibel Harbour Resort-we traveled w/ our 3 kids (10,6,3) and it met all of our needs.

Great choice for quiet vacation

Loved the location, the views, and found the condo spacious and well kept. Reasonably priced. The kitchen was well stocked; I was able to easily cook for eight people with what was there. It’s not updated or fancy, and the price reflected this. Pool was never crowded. I’ll go there again.

The condo could have been cleaner and the needs to be updated. We could not find the check in office, so we just used the after hours check in method. We had to call for a key to the pool.

Great View, location

We stayed for a week in this location and Was advertised as it appears. While the unit could use some updating, it’s pretty dated it was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool area closes at dusk which is a bummer because we loved hanging out in the hot tub and watching the sunset. The security lady was very friendly and let us stay until the sun was down. The Marriott pool area was nice but we were told there is a resort fee that we should pay daily to even use the outdoor pools. That is not notes in the comments just that a fee needs to be paid to use indoor pool and spa. Overall great stay.

Needs a lot of up-dates! Single bed in 2nd bedroom, too small for an adult! Mattress’s and pillows very uncomfortable! Burners on stove not very good!

Relaxation!

Hard to find in the dark but that’s a me issue! Very convenient location to food and pools. Right next to the toll booth to get to Sanibel. I wish there would have been a “guide” book with all instructions of garbage, recycling, what to do with bedding, however I did get an email with some of those instructions. Also close grocery stores, hidden gems of local restaurants… those type of things. We had no remote or way to use the main TV and no signal for the main bedroom tv. We only wanted tv on one rainy evening and we couldn’t. Th oh roughly enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed at this property for our Christmas vacation and even tho it was a bit dated it was a beautiful property with amazing views. The only thing for us is that it needed to be cleaned better.

Million Dollar View

Fantastic million dollar view and location. Unit was clean, but definitely dated. Beds were fairly comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The unit had everything we needed, albeit very basic - bring your own coffee maker if you want a good cup of coffee. We had a wonderful time. The property is amazing, location is perfect. People were friendly. Was a great week.

Great experience

The property was beautiful, clean, and at a great location. The only thing that was different from the listing was the screen on the balcony that cannot be seen from the pictures. Although it serves its purpose of preventing bugs and insects, it does obstruct the view which is the main attraction of the property. Regardless, it was an awesome experience and if I return to the area it’d be my top choice.
