Our Anini Beach rentals include this romantic home that fronts Anini Beach with its two-mile stretch of soft white sand and the largest living coral reef on Kauai. Near the end of the sandy road, finding a private spot on the sparsely populated beach is never a problem. The unique setting of this Kauai Vacation Rental will ensure you will want to return to time and time again.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Anini Beach

Beautiful view from the porch, with a sandy beach right in front of you. The house has all you need to enjoy the beach! The owners are very accommodating and quick to reply.

Peaceful home right on Anini beach

A beautiful home directly across from the beach sand. No resorts at Anini beach so it is relaxing. No fighting for a lounge at the resort. The waves break far out and it is shallow and calm walking out more than 100 yards. Excellent.

The location of the property is amazing!! However, the photos listed are not very recent and they look to be 4-5 years old. Home needs some updating and there were items that needed repair or fixing.

Kauai Baby!!

The house was in an awesome location off a dead-end road with very little traffic. It was perfect. The only problem we had with the houses. It was not clean. The floors were filthy. Hadn’t been swept or mopped, and all the linens were moist and smelled badly . The furniture in the entire house was old and rundown, and not comfortable. The patio furniture was in even worse condition no pads on the wooden chairs that were not body friendlyhorrible.

Beautiful view, no AC

The view is absolutely amazing and the house is pretty but there is no air conditioning, the road in front of the house has HUGE HUGE potholes. The bathrooms need a massive deep cleaning on walls and doors. There must also be rips in the screens as we had a junk load of bugs/ knots in the house and we didn’t keep the doors open. The view and proximity to beach was amazing but for the money we spent there were huge disappointments

We only had one call from you asking to install a portable AC which we advised that unfortunately we could not do for this home. We do wish you had let us know about the bathroom and screen issues during your stay, as we would have been happy to send our cleaners to address them right away. We apologize for the issue with the pests; while our team maintains thorough cleaning and pest control, sometimes those tiny sugar ants still manage to get in, especially when any food is left out or the windows are left open. If you plan to return to Kauai our reservations team would be happy to work more closely with you to find a property that better suites your needs. Regarding the road, unfortunately we have no control over the county's public road, but we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Best location on the island

We absolutely love this property and have stayed here previously but I feel the house could of been cleaner. The pillows were dirty and there was mold. It just needs a good cleaning. Overall, it was great.
