* The villa’s outdoor kitchen opens onto a spacious pergola with a wood-charcoal stone barbecue, as well as onto the terrace and pool. (ideal for keeping an eye on the children)

* The 4x8 pool is accessed via semicircular steps; the depth increases gradually from 60 cm to 2.10 m.
There are no safety barriers for children around the pool.
* No interior pool lighting.


* One bedroom with two single beds measuring 90x2m.

* A full bathroom with shower, toilet, *sink, towel rack, hair dryer, hand soap, hand towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper.

* A small TV lounge with a leather armchair and a table for breakfast or work. Satellite Wi-Fi. A cabinet with various games for young children. 1 small ping-pong table with paddles and balls.

CHECK-IN AT THE VILLA BEGINS AT 4 PM.
CHECK-OUT BY 10 AM.

One pet weighing less than 25 kg must be specified in your reservation request.
For a second pet, you must contact the owner to find out the conditions.

To accommodate a group of young people, you must contact me to make the reservation. An additional 500-euro security deposit will be required, primarily to prevent any disturbances in the villa and to respect the neighbors.

* The tourist tax is 1 euro per day per person.
The mandatory tax is payable to the owner on the day of arrival.
The tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.

Only the number of guests specified in the initial reservation will be accepted, provided they present valid national identification documents; these must be submitted to the owner prior to arrival at the villa.
