The Villa LAS PALMERAS located in a quiet residential area of Lloret de Mar with a fantastic sea view. Only 800 meters to the center. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. Tranquillity and relaxation are guaranteed thanks to the location. The modern apartment for 4 people is located in the lower level of the villa (plot: 850 sq m) and has a direct access to a large landscaped garden and the private pool (9x5m). Here, loungers on the lawn or on the terraces offer relaxation and recreation. There are 2 bedrooms (1xdouble +2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining room is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. (The homeowners live on the upper floor.(Renovated 2024)

Amazing Villa

Excellent accommodation, brand new kitchen, everything we needed. Great to have 2 shower rooms. Views from the villa were superb. Host was lovely. Short walk into town and a carabau supermarket.

Lovely Holiday Retreat

My wife and I, plus our dog, stayed ten days at this accommodation and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the place. It’s in a quiet, upmarket neighbourhood and not far to walk to the beach and town centre. We spent lazy days by the beautiful pool and gardens, early evenings in Lloret for a few beers, and back for a BBQ (every night!). Great fun.

Lloret

We were treated like we would dirty the place up. She obviously had some bad experience in the past. Showed us the broom and where to take the garbage. Then charged us extra for towels and bedding. Also charged an 80 euro cleaning fee. Would not recommend anyone staying there.

Vom herzlichen Empfang bis zur Abreise haben wir uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub von Nöten ist. Unsere Gastgeber haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Wir wurden sehr nett von Susanne empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick zum Meer ist einfach umwerfend. Der Pool konnte auch im April genutzt werden. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Küche ist neu und eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Susanne hat uns immer gut beraten und mit ihren Tipps unseren Urlaub bereichert.

Super Ferienwohnung

Ich hatte schon viele Ferienwohnungen gemietet, aber diese Feriendomizil hat alle übertroffen. Der gepflegte Pool, die traumhafte Aussicht über die Stadt und das Meer sind einfach genial. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht liebevoll eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!! Getoppt wird alles von der Vermieterin Susanne und ihrem Mann. Merveilleuses vacances, vue magnifique…

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses dans cette belle villa, tout le confort y était nous n’avons manqué de rien (propreté impeccable et bien équipé). Le jardin avec piscine et vue sur la mer est magnifique, très bien entretenu. Susanne et son mari sont très gentils et accueillants, ils savent se montrer discrets et sont également disponibles lorsque nous avions besoin. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés, nous sommes repartis avec des étoiles pleins les yeux.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans la maison de Suzanne. Suzanne est très agréable, bienveillante, elle donne des bonnes adresses et sait se montrer discrète aussi. La communication a été fluide. La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, c'est très propre, très fonctionnel et le logement est grand. Le jardin est magnifiquement entretenu et très agréable pour profiter de la piscine avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Il faut utiliser la voiture pour se rendre aux magasins et aux plages ( possible à pied mais ça grimpe pas mal ), sinon, il y a un bus qui passe. Je recommande vivement cette adresse et nous y retournerons les yeux fermés. Encore merci pour tout et pour l'accueil

Alles super, toller Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn 1/2 Jahr dort. Alles vorhanden, Babybett, Hochstuhl, etc. Der Garten Note 1 mit Stern wirklich unglaublich schön. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer sehr bequeme Betten und heiße Duschen. Der Ausblick täglich auf das Meer unbeschreiblich. Wir hatten bis auf einmal täglich Frühstück im Garten und waren Mitte März schon im Pool 19 Grad! Wir kommen definitiv wieder es war alles top liebe Grüße

Met de hondjes

Met 2 kleine hondjes in dit fantastische appartement met hele vriendelijke eigenaar. Groot appartement met 2 badkamers 2 slaapkamers, nette keuken , alles aanwezig . We gingen zonder hondjes naar Barcelona en de eigenaresse bood zelfs aan om ze uit te laten, zodat wij wat rustiger aan konden doen. Een 10 voor de service. Deze op een prachtige locatie gelegen woning kan ik iedereen aanbevelen.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très agréable et spacieux ( confort du lit à souligner ), le jardin très beau et bien entretenu. Suzanne est vraiment accueillante, à la fois discrète et disponible si on a besoin. On a envie de vite revenir...

Tip top

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil mit traumhafter Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und tip top. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind unschlagbar, was braucht man mehr zur Erholung. Die Vermieterin Susanne steht mit Ausflugstipps, Ratschlägen oder Reservierungen in Restaurants bei Bedarf gerne zur Verfügung. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt, genauso wie die netten Gespräche zwischendurch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne erholsame Woche

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen mehr wie ausreichend. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und in der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Es gibt zwei Sitzgelegenheiten außen mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Der Garten ist auch wunderschön angelegt mit einem super Pool, den wir so gut wie alleine nutzen konnten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Da die Wohnung auf einem Hügel liegt sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Wir kommen wieder!
