For the money this place is hard to beat.

The flat is compact and minimalistic but more than what we needed to enjoy our stay in Netanya. However, the view is over the top! I am not sure there is a better view on the entire Israeli coast line. The one downside to the unit is the renovation construction. If you judged this opportunity by the entrance you might not stay and it would be a pity because you really would be missing out on a terrific experience. Try to use the backside lobby entry and walk the amazing seafront to the city square is my advice.

Tolle Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins ganze Land

Die Wohnung bietet einen schönen Blick über das Meer und den Strand. Sowohl der Vermieter als auch die Kontaktperson vor Ort waren immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und angenehm und haben bei auftretenden Problemen sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht. Das Haus selber ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wird gerade renoviert. Daher ist mit etwas Baulärm zu rechnen. Trotzdem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung und berücksichtigt sicher diesen Umstand. Netanya bietet einen schönen Strand und eine gepflegte Promenade. Die Infrastruktur ist gut. Wir haben eine gute Zeit in Israel verlebt.

Nice Easy Close to the Sea

Allt var lätt från incheckning via låsbox på dörren. All kontakt med ägaren gick snabbt o lött. Vi hade kontakt med ägarens kontakt i huset och det fungerade också perfekt! Underbar utsikt och nära till hörliga bad. Vill görna tillbaka hit. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Great location, wonderful view, gracious host

Philippe was very welcoming and attentive. The apartament itself is clean although in the small side. For 2, it’s fine. The main attraction is, of course, the spectacular sea view from the large terrasse . The building itself has seen much better days. I am told it is currently under renovation. I will go back.

Nous avons apprécié cette location, beaucoup moins cher que les autres.. On est face à la plage, c'est un spectacle formidable. L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais bien équipé et propre. Il y a une personne très disponible en cas de problème. En résumé un très bon rapport qualité prix..

pour la location pas de reproche - pour l'extérieur de gros travaux a faire en rénovation.

Effectivement la vue est appréciable encore faut il avoir beau temps. Nous avons eu beaucoup de vent et une belle tempete. Il faut aussi faire les courses pour au moins 2 repas. En définitif pour l'étranger notre préférence va pour un séjour en hotel, pour un total dépaysement, meme si la solution est un peu plus chere. Au total si nous faisons nos comptes la différence n'est pas énorme est ne pas dépasser une centaine d'euros.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement très bien situé à Natanya avec une très belle vue mer ! Les contacts avec le propriétaire étaient très agréables. Situation idéale

Appartement très bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très disponible et attentionné. Mon seul regret, avoir loué une voiture ; totalement inutile car tout est accessible à pied. La plage, les commerces, les restaurants, tout est à moins de 3 minutes. Parfait. Je recommande vivement :-)

Une location au TOP! Que je recommande de part sa situation privilégiée dans Netanya.vous êtes face à la mer.la vue est incroyable!.Vous êtes sur le kikkar en plein centre ville. Bonjour, je loue chaque année cet appartement et nous y revenons avec plaisir. Il est calme, très lumineux, bien entretenu et équipé, il dispose d’une vue mer imprenable et reposante. Nombreuses chaines TV à dispositions + films sur disque externe. Internet Ok et même tel fixe pour appels entrants. Situé à 1 minute du Kikar Haatsmaout et 3 minutes des ascenseurs menant à la plage. L’entrée de l’immeuble est actuellement en rénovation, donc tout devrait être nickel lors de notre prochaine visite d’avril 2015 !

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable

C'est la troisième fois que nous occupons ce logement, toujours avec un grand plaisir. Cet appartement est facile à vivre, très bien placé face à la mer avec une belle terrasse et très proche du centre ville et des commerces. De plus, il très bien équipé et confortable. Enfin, son propriétaire s'emploie à toujours faire plus et mieux. Il est une relation plus que cordiale apportant un plus humain à la qualité de ce séjour à Nétanya. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Ist sehr praktisch und nett eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon unbezahlbar!!! :-)) Lage zentral , besser geht nicht. Optimal für 2 Personen - Super Meerblick

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern. Sie ist praktisch eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Terrasse zum Meer ist einzigartig. Wohnung liegt zentral: ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum und 15 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt. Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Séjour de rêve

Après 3 séjours maintenant dans cet appartement, je confirme qu'il est parfait pour les vacances. A proximité de tous les commerces mais surtout de la plage, la terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. Tout est très bien organisé dès votre arrivée et le propriétaire d'une extrême gentillesse a tout prévu pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleurs conditions. L appartement lui même est bien conçu et on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour y passer d excellentes vacances.

Des vacances inoubliables

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement beaucoup. Le propriétaire s'est très bien occupés de nous. Entre autres, il a organisé un lit bébé. L'appartement est très agréable, propre et très bien décoré/organisé. Le balcon donnant sur la mer est le point culminant de l'appartement. La plage est magnifique et à seulement quelques minutes à pied de l'appartement. Restaurants et supermarchés sont également à proximité. L'appartement conserve ce qu'il promet. Merci beaucoup!

Vue magnifique face à la mer !

Nous tenons tout d'abord à signaler la très grande gentillesse du propriétaire qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. L'appartement est propre , très bien situé proche de tout et l'on peut tout faire à pied. Certes les communs de l'immeuble ne sont pas en bon état mais l'on était prévenu ce qui démontre l'honnêteté du propriétaire. D'ailleurs il est prévu prochainement une remise en état. Au final très bon séjour à Netanya.
