"Breathtaking Views!" is a brand new, fully renovated, luxury 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom apartment on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The couch opens to sleep two more for a total of 6. Both bedrooms have amazing sea views, as does the shower in the master bedroom. The apartment just completed a total renovation by famous Israeli designer, Sophia Mizrahi.

Slide open the massive 12 foot window and the whole living room becomes your luxurious balcony. No words can describe the magical feeling you experience being this close to the sea, high above the soft, rolling waves. It is truly breathtaking. A complimentary bottle of wine awaits your arrival. Enjoy it as you take in the full seafront experience.

Located on the lushly landscaped promenade, there is no street between you and the sea, so you won't hear motorcycles, trucks or cars - only the gentle sound of the waves. There are very few seafront buildings in the whole country that are on the sea side of the street.

LOCATION:
We are located on Nitsa Boulevard, the most prestigious street in Netanya. The steps to the beach begin right next to the building. It is a 6 minute walk to the main square with all of its shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Right across the street from the building are four great Kosher restaurants (1 fish and meat, 1 dairy Italian, 1 Chinese, and one meat grill), a great lunch cafe, and a small supermarket that has everything you might need, including freshly baked bread and baked goods every morning and throughout the day. There is also a pharmacy, a dry cleaner, hair/nail salon, and a few other shops. When you stay here you don't even need a car! But if you have car, the apartment also comes with a parking space.


Other features:
Parking space, Kosher kitchen, AC/heat in all rooms, 2 TVs with cable, fast WiFi, clothing washer and dryer. "Kosher" queen size bed in master bedroom can be separated into 2 beds. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (80cm x 190cm). The couch opens into one queen or 2 separate twin size beds. Shabbat elevator.

My designer and I worked very hard doing a complete renovation on this apartment. I put a lot of myself -and my money!- into it and I look forward to sharing it with good people who appreciate being by the sea as much as I do.

Fees:
You are charged one housekeeping fee of $100. You may choose to also have a housekeeper come during your stay for $100 per cleaning. There is also a $100 management fee per booking.

May 2022 update: The apartment has been freshly painted and many items have been fixed or replaced. There is also a new water filter, coffee maker, and games for your enjoyment.

Perfect location

The view is truly incredible, rooms are spacious , access to beach , shops and square is easy , it’s quiet and has everything you need . Host is easily contacted / responsive and checkin / out is smooth and quick. We used the parking space which was fantastic. Definitely recommend staying here .

Beautiful Oceanside apartment

We are a family of 4 and stayed for 2 weeks. The apartment is exactly as described. Also very clean, highly functional, and in a lovely safe walkable neighbourhood. The owner and manager are a pleasure to interact with. We would love to return again and again. It was a privilege to stay.

Great location, close to everything. Very modern apartment, very clean. Panoramic sea views. On the beach. Lots of stores and coffee shops. Isaac was super helpful and responsive. Even stocked the fridge with some necessities since we were arriving very late at night. Really great apartment!

Amazing apartment

Thank you so much for the best week ever. The views are exactly as they are in the photos - heavenly! And the sound of the waves at night - amazing. It is a 5 minute walk to an fantastic beach. Everything you need is just a short walk away. Also, the underground parking was perfect. Thank you so much. We will recommend to any friends visiting Irael and certainly be back. Our only complaint / regret…. Our holiday was too short! Next time 2 weeks minimum…

Beautiful apartment in an unbeatable Netanya location

The apartment is really nice and well stocked. The view out of the living room window is mesmerizingly unforgettable (I wish I could "pack" it and take it home with me as a main Netanya memento). The building is secure, quiet and well maintained. Both Morris and Isaac were instantly available to answer any questions. I'm only taking one star off for cleanliness as I found the floor dusty in a few places, and the washer was full of unwashed linens from the prior guests, but that's understandable because we arrived right at the start of shabbat, not leaving enough time to run a cycle. The apartment comes with a parking spot, however we found it taken on more than a few occasions. It's possible to find street parking in the neighborhood though. The neighborhood is great - short walking distance to the main square, with easy beach and waterfront promenade access, several non-touristy cafes and a grocery store.

I think reviews are very important, as they help us all decide on whether or not to choose a place so I try to be very fair. First off, the view from this apartment is spectacular. Maybe it is worth it for that alone. The rest, not so much. It is Israel, so maybe that is just the way things are, but the apartment was below average. It was clean and that is a positive. The beds and linens were below average, the kitchen was below average, the building was average at best, the noise was a problem. Parking in Israel is miserable and although we did get to park in the parking space, finding it was tough, but in the end it worked out. Maybe if you love the view and the rest doesn't matter then this is for you, but we wouldn't do it again.

wonderful stay in Netanya

This property is unique. The sea views are incredible which is what made us want to stay there. And the beaches are beautiful. I think they are amongst the best in Israel - very sandy. The flat is well equipped for cooking so you dont have to eat out if you dont want to. There are two largeish bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms which was marvellous. There is a little supermarket close by and several small restaurants. Everything is pretty handy. And central Netantya has a massive shopping precinct. I would definitely recommend this flat for a holiday. We hired a car at the airport too which helped with visiting all the historical sites.

Amazing sunsets!

We were a group of 4 adults who rented this apt in the month of October for 21 days. Excellent location, within walking distance to Netanya market and many restaurants. There’s a set of steps next to building takes you directly to a fabulous beach. Every night we enjoyed opening the massive windows in the living room, listening to the sound of the ocean and watching the amazing sunsets. We had a parking space in garage, which was nice, as it’s difficult to find off street parking. The beds were comfy. The bedding was duvet cover, very nice! There’s lots of shelves for clothing, drawers, and very nice shades over windows. Washer/dryer worked excellent. There are AC units in each room that worked really good. This unit is exactly as described. Morris, the owner, was very responsive to questions from the minute we booked and throughout our stay. Would Highly recommend staying here!

Beyond Beautiful!

We rented this apartment for the entire month of July. The pictures on Vrbo showed a gorgeous view of the sea. When we arrived we were thrilled. The apartment is just perfect. The living room and master bedroom have window walls facing the beach. All rooms are spacious, nicely and comfortably furnished. The kosher kitchen was perfect for us. Even though we had no guests, the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us space so we weren’t on top of each other. Sitting on the couch sipping coffee and looking out at the water was so serene in the mornings. It’s also in a great location. Right on the beach, across from several kosher restaurants, supermarket, dry cleaners and pharmacy. It’s a short walk to the Marina area where there are tons more restaurants, shops and things to do. We are so happy we chose this apartment. It was everything we were looking for and more.

Perfect home away from home!

Everything was provided, no one bothered us, stunning view, awesome location. We loved walking the brick path to the city square at night. Watching the sun slip into the ocean every night was unforgettable. We visited Beit Shean at night. It was my favorite history experience ever! Jerusalem wasnt too far away. (especially at night). Tel Aviv- just a hop, skip and a jump away.
