Tarn Landing C-4 in Frisco, Colorado is a beautiful one-bedroom plus loft condo located near Lake Dillon and the Summit County bike path, offering year-round access to outdoor adventure.

One standout feature of this condo is its three full bathrooms — a rare amenity for a one-bedroom plus loft floor plan. This two-level unit is located on the second floor of the building and features a nicely finished interior with quality furnishings throughout. Built in summer 1999, it offers a comfortable and well-maintained mountain retreat.

The fully equipped kitchen allows for as much or as little cooking as you prefer during your stay. Additional amenities include a gas fireplace, complimentary wireless internet access, and access to common-area hot tubs located just outside the building.

Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen bed in the loft along with a Queen sofa sleeper, and an additional Queen sofa sleeper in the living area.

Great Location; Lovely View

We loved staying at this property. It was very clean and properly appointed; we had everything we needed. The location can’t be beat - easy in/out, close to gas and groceries, and a beautiful southern view from the balcony.

Spacious and nicely appointed. Well furnished for meal prep. Convenient l access to Copper and A Basin. Great stay overall.

Nice property

We loved the property, home was clean. Only downside is the beds were not comfortable. The master bed was great the couch bed and the bed in the loft were super lumpy and you could feel springs.

Great location

The location was great. The layout was awesome. The house could have used some basic spices and leftover containers or aluminum. We cooked a lot. The kitchen was well equipped. The condo was lovely close to hot tub too. Property management was very responsive

Great Location and Space

This condo was just perfect — loved the proximity to the hot tub (great hot tub too) and loved the three bathrooms (with three teenage kids). The loft is spacious and the kids all hung up there with plenty of room. While stocked just fine — that is really where it ends. The furnishings could use some updating and the place would be amazing! Hint to others who stay; then the heat up higher than you think you need to when you first get there, otherwise the main floor bedroom is frigid … like wear your snow hat to bed and grab any spare blankets frigid. But once it warms up, it is lovely to have the radiant floor heat!

Perfect for our family Easter weekend 2021

We stayed here over Easter weekend for some spring skiing with family. The extra bathroom; bed and sleeping sofa in loft provided a perfect space for teens. Restaurants within walking distance and easy access to I70 for drives to ski places. Would stay again.

Ski trip to Copper

Property was very clean, exactly as described on website. Loft area was perfect for kids. Close proximity to ski area, grocery stores and very short drive to downtown Frisco. Check in and check out very easy. Property management company easy to work with and answered calls promptly when had questions. Would definitely stay here again!
