Great studio apartment

The property is in a gated area so very secure with plentry of parking available. Excellent air conditioning and shower!! Andrea was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was very well equipped. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Great experience

They were professional, patient, quick, and very kind. I am someone who only speaks English, yet they made me feel like family. The price was the best around. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a good place to stay and even better service!

Fantastic and conveniently located flat

Excellent location between Catania (10 minutes by car) and Aci Castello (5 minutes by car). Perfect flat for a couple with all amenities (big bathroom, fridge, cooking facilities and air conditioning). Lovely private terrace/garden outside with chairs and table for eating and having a drink. Fantastic Lidos 1 minute walk from the flat with very nice restaurants overlooking the sea. Very quiet area and no noise and perfect for a relaxing break but still close to everything. Owners are very helpful and speak English. Would highly recommend.

Consigliatissimo!!!!Rilassante, perfetto per una coppia

Il monolocale aveva un fantastico giardinetto dove potersi rilassare mentre la camera, il bagno ed il piano cottura consegnati puliti con salviette e lenzuola appena lavate! Siamo stati molto bene, ottima zona, ristoranti ottimi, bene collegato e belle spiagge. Da rifare!!!

Leuke studio, waar alles aanwezig is voor een top vakantie.

Mooie accommodatie op een erg leuke en centrale plek op Sicilië. Plek waarbij je leuke uitstapjes kan maken naar de Etna, Taormina en Catania. Ook de zonliefhebbers kunnen tegenover de studio terecht bij Almarama Sea club. Perfecte plaats om relaxt te genieten van water en zon. Ook de eigenaar Andrea is zeer behulpzaam en gastvrij. Perfecte uitleg gegeven ove alle activiteiten in de buurt.

Il monovano é fornito di tutto il necessario. Il propietario é sempre disponibile, e la posizione é ottima, sia per visitare Catania che gli incantevoli paesini sulla costa come Aci castello e Aci trezza. Grazie Andrea.

Great Location & Amazing Landlord

My husband and I enjoyed this little apartment, which is quiet, open-concept, basic, but functional. The bathroom is big and the shower is great. Also a great location for access to ocean, best ice cream parlour, yummy pizza and bus stop. We managed to get around just like the locals on busses without a car rental and visited Catania, Aci Castello, Siracusa, Taormina and Mt. Etna. The best part is Andrea and his wife, who are welcoming, kind and friendly and gave us many great tips to make our holiday amazing!

ottima la posizione ben arredata e climatizzata...nessun problema per il parcheggio...distanza spiaggia 100m. e possibilità di usufruire di un barbecure nel proprio spazio esterno della casa...buona l'accoglienza del proprietario che é stata gentile e disponibile anche solo telefonandolo...votazione massima anche se dal mio cellulare non visualizzo correttamente il numero di stelle...comunque tutto ottimo

Magnifique petite maison/studio a Catania!

Moi et ma compagnie nous avons passé de magnifique vacance de pâques aux portes de Catane, dans ce studio qui donne sur la mer d'aci castello, ou l'on trouve toute les commodités ,du petit bar avec toutes les délicieuses spécialiste siciliennes et une excellente pizzeria! Le studio est très récent, la literie neuve, la salle de bain et cuisine tout équipe avec en plus un petit jardin ou vous pourrez déjeuner au soleil! En résume je vous conseil fortement cette location ou les propriétaires sont aux petits soins avec vous !! Vous ne pourrez passer que d’excellente vacance!!! Nous reviendrons!

ciao a tutti possiamo parlare bene di questa casa , nella sua semplicità è molto accogliente e calda , ambiente confortevole ed è ben fornita degli strumenti per la gestione quotidiana . Inoltre è vicinissima alla città di Catania e nel raggio di 1 km dispone di vari supermercati . Il padrone di casa e la sua signora sono stati molto accoglienti , mettendosi a disposizione . la consigliamo vivamente Alberto e Valentina

Ottima posizione e di buon impatto,in prossimità del mare con veduta meravigliosa. Appartamento nuovo, pulito, completo di tutto, ambiente pulito.Da notarela la particolarità sia della struttura della casa che degli arredi, molto colorati e ben attrezzati. Il letto e i cuscini davvero comodi, cosa che molto spesso non è facile trovare. I prezzi sono ragionevoli per la qualità del servizio offerto.Siamo stati diverse volte da Andrea e abbiamo trovato sempre un'accoglienza ottima e gentilezza a non finire. Le camere sono spaziose e coloratissime, l'ambiente e' molto artistico e particolare,davvero bello e il proprietario uno spettacolo, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo...consiglio vivamente di soggiornarvi , vi assicuro che svegliarsi con il rumore del mare è meraviglioso!
