Super endroit , hôte accueillant et petit chalet bien équipé.Un seul point noir à évoquer, le chauffage électrique en plus , les radiateurs de vrais" grille pain " difficilement réglable et une note de 100 à la fin du séjour en chauffant vraiment un minimum le jour .

De eigenaar spreekt Engels, dat is fijn. Huisje is gezellig, maar niet echt schoon. In de douche zat de afzuiging verstopt door stof van jaren dat neerdwarrelde in de wasbak bij beweging eronder. De lampenkappen waren zo oud dat ze gescheurd waren aan de binnenkant en ook daar lagen stof! Kastplanken smerig enz. Gelukkig maakte het prachtige uitzicht heel veel goed. We gaan zeker terug.

Le propriétaire n’était pas présent quand on est arrivé, on a dû dormir à l’hôtel la première nuit.Aucune explication quant à l‘endroit du chalet, pas de réponses à des questions précises.

Effectivement , du à un problème de perte de réseau téléphonique nous n'avons pas eu la confirmation de l'arrivée de Me Villeneuve et avons attendu tard en soirée pour s'inquiéter et nous en sommes désolés. Là nuit d'hôtel leur a été remboursée et les charges ne leur ont pas été facturées. Le chalet est très bien indiqué et facile à trouver avec un GPS.

Chalet bien situé à 15 min à pieds du centre ville. (En descente)Bien équipé. Belle vue. Environnement calme.Attention toutefois à l’escalier en bois qui est pentu surtout à la descente avec marches peu larges et sans contre marche. Plancher de l’étage en bois qui grince.Prévoir 10% supplémentaire au prix de la réservation pour le ménage obligatoire, l’eau et l’électricité (relevé du compteur)

Il y a du bien et du moins bien pour ce chalet.Le gros problème pour moi a été l escalier à l'intérieur, très dangereux et durs à monter..cela devrait être dit avant !!

L’escalier est un escalier classique aux normes et aucunement dangereux . En 45 ans de location , c’est la première remarque sur l’escalier !

Conditions de location

Rien à dire sur la location et le site agréable de Gérardmer. Par contre dans votre annonce sur le tarif de cette location il aurait été judicieux de préciser que la consommation d'eau et d'électricité était en supplément . Nous l'avons appris quand le propriétaire nous a communiqué le contrat de location.

Séjour à Gérardmer

Magnifique séjour d'une semaine dans ce chalet. L'accueil du propriétaire a été très courtois. Même si le ménage est à améliorer (quelques toiles d'araignée encore présentes, mais rien de bien méchant), le chalet est idéalement placé (Vue magnifique sur le lac), à 5 min du centre et du lac en voiture, l'endroit est très calme, pour s'y reposer et profiter de la nature c'est parfait. La baie vitrée offre une belle lumière dès le matin, seul petit bémol c'est que l'après-midi avec le soleil d'été ça fait monter fortement la température dans le chalet (prévoir un ventilateur surtout si il y a des enfants). Globalement, très bon séjour, nous recommandons ce chalet.

Gewoon fantastisch!!

Het zicht vanop het balkon en vanuit de living/eetplaats is gewoon zalig en de omgeving is rustig en stil. Dit was een top vakantie. Als enig min puntje, het dubbel bed is aan de kleine kant, maar weegt niet op tegen de rest van alle voordelen, zoals goede douche, volledige keuken met apparaten etc. De garage onderaan is perfect om de fietsen te stallen en terug op te laden. Vanaf de locatie kun je mooie wandelingen en fiets tochten maken.

Chalet très agréable avec grand balcon et vue su le lac et les forêts environnantes

Location pour 2 nuits seulement sur un weekend prolongé. Chalet très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. La vue, quel que soit le temps, avec cette grande baie vitrée dans le salon est superbe et le balcon lui aussi apporte un grand plus.

Sehr schöne Lage, Chalet ist sauber und modern rustikal eingerichtet. Toller Blick vom Balkon aus auf den See. Städtchen Gérardmer gut zu Fuß zu erreichen - mit etwas Ab-und Aufstieg. Tolle Gegend zum Wandern.
