Virkeligt dejligt ophold. Huset i sig selv var rimelig gammeldags og småbeskidt, men der var alt, vi havde brug for og den virkelig skønne beliggenhed og husets ro og følelse gjorde vores ophold til den dejligste ferie, vi kunne have ønsket os. Vi kommer gerne tilbage og også flere gange.

La casa rispecchia esattamente lo stile delle costruzioni toscane,sia per quanto concerne la parte esterna,sia per l'arredo interno. Forse è da rivedere il bagno ,completo di tutti i servizi, ma un po'datato. Erroneamente nella descrizione il proprietario afferma che il giardino è recintato, ma lo è solamente in parte. L'abitazione è un po' isolata,quindi è idonea per chi cerca la tranquillità.Nelle vicinanze massimo 45 minuti ,si possono visitare borghi stupendi oltre alla famosa Siena ed Arezzo.Proprietario persona simpatica e molto disponibile.Nel complesso il mio soggiorno lo ritengo positivo

Das Haus liegt wunderbar, einerseits total abgelegen, mitten in derNatur, und gleichzeitig sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Sehr angenehm draußen zu sitzen hinter dem Haus, der Garten ist sehr angenehm.Allerdings sind die Stühle im ganzen Haus etwas unbequem und in der Küche ist schwer zu kochen, keine Arbeitsfläche, Mikrowelle hat nicht funktioniert, für Toaster und Kaffeemaschiene war nur eine Steckdose vorhanden, Duschvorhang zu kurz, also nach jedem Duschen war eine Überschwemmung im Bad. Es gibt kein Internet im Haus und das Haus liegt so, dass selbst das eigene Internetvolumen auf dem Smartphone nutzt nichts.Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, das Haus und die Lage sind so angenehm, der Preis so freundlich, das ich es mit ganzem Herzen nur empfehlen kan!!!!!

Heerlijk vertoeven in dit huis waar je de rust vindt van de groene omgeving. Goed kunnen slapen ondanks de hitte, omdat we horramen hadden en dus alles 's nachts open konden zetten. Leuke veranda en zithoek onder de bomen in de tuin. Keuken was een beetje primitief, maar van alle comfort voorzien.

Es erwartet dich ein hübsches Häuschen mitten in der Natur. Etwas abgelegen, wir mochten es genau so. Natur und Ruhe pur. Die Inneneinrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles da was man braucht.

Natur pur, sehr netter Vermieter

Es ist ein sehr schönes idyllisches Häuschen. Man hat dort wirklich seine Ruhe, außer nachts, wenn die Wildschweine kommen, die allerdings nicht jede Nacht kommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Un séjour parfait !

Maison spacieuse et très agréable qui ouvre sur un terrain entouré par une forêt. Séjour reposant dans un environnement très calme. La maison est idéalement située entre Sienne et Arezzo, non loin des cités historiques de Cortone, Montepulciano, Lucignano et bien entendu Monte San Savino où de nombreux commerces sont présents. On quitte la maison à regret !

Heerlijke rust en vrijheid

De eigenaar is het huis aan het opknappen maar alle voorzieningen waren er. Tip: Zorg dat er voor alle ramen muggengaas komt zodat je de ramen ook in de avond open kunt zetten. Heerlijk genoten van de rust en stilte waarbij je op één hand de auto's die langskwamen kon tellen.

Un angolo di sogno

Il proprietario è una persona colta ed educata, cordialissimo e gentile, che è venuto apposta a trovarci non avendo potuto venire ad accoglierci personalmente. Siamo stati accolti dalla signora Luciana, gentilissima e cordialissima anche lei che ci ha dato tutte le istruzioni utili con grande chiarezza. La casa è in un grande giardino che riserva una sorpresa ad ogni angolo, immersa nella più assoluta tranquillità, si apprezzano le stelle di notte e il verde di giorno in un silenzio interrotto solo dal frusciare delle foglie. Nonostante il caldo terribile di questa estate, la casa si è mantenuta relativamente fresca. All'interno una collezione di libri vastissima, che spazia in ogni direzione del sapere, una cucina fornita di tutto e un arredamento vintage che aggiunge calore alla casa. Nei dintorni, castelli, ristoranti, Monte San Savino - paese delizioso - e tutta la Toscana di Arezzo e Siena. Il giardino consente di mangiare all' aperto, di fare con le opportune cautele un barbecue, di rilassarsi prendendo il sole o sotto l'ombra delle piante. Siamo stati benissimo, torneremo senz'altro!

Ruhig und abgelegen

Wir haben uns im Haus von Michele sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt war jederzeit unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben zwar keine Wildschweine gesehen, aber sie waren da - morgens konnte man ihre Spuren im Garten sehen. Das Haus selber ist sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Unser einziges Manko war, dass wir die Betten und die Kissen etwas unbequem fanden - aber das ist auch das einzigste. Danke Michele für diese schöne Zeit - wir haben uns gut erholt und konnten mal so richtig runter fahren.

Puro relax!

Per chi ricerca la semplicità e la natura nella sua vera essenza e' il Top! La casa è esattamente come nelle foto,essenziale ma allo stesso tempo con un fascino d'altri tempi,l'arredamento conferisce note Vintage legate a cultura e fotogrammi di vissuto (vi e' una quantità di libri ben assortita)...ed i libri,come dice qualcuno "Mi piacciono perché non urlano ma hanno tante cose da dire"! All'esterno si e' da subito immersi nella più totale tranquillità,solo i suoni della natura a far da compagnia e qualche volpe che ogni tanto che faceva capolino (fantastico).Con un ampio giardino,sdraio per poter prendere il sole,barbecue per cuocere dell'ottima chianina,accompagnata con un buon bicchiere di chianti e suonando qualche nota con il Sax al tramonto.....cosa volere di più?!?! Semplicemente meraviglioso! Tra l'altro il posto offre numerosi sentieri per effettuare Trekking,noi abbiamo percorso il sentiero che da 2 passi da casa porta al Lago del Calcione,il tutto nella fitta macchia caratteristica Toscana,riuscendo persino ad avvistare (oltre che a sentire) qualche cinghiale ed un camoscio la sera percorrendo la strada per tornare a casa. Per quanto riguarda i giri turistici: siamo stati alle vicine terme di Rapolano,visitato il Castello di Gargonza,girato Siena e fatto qualche tuffo all'AcquaPark Crocodile,Monte San Savino che oltre alle periodiche sagre,ogni mercoledi' accoglie i mercato lungo il centro storico. Ringrazio la cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario Michele e della Sig.ra Luciana che ci ha accolti. P.S. Consigliatissimo a TUTTI!!! Ma ai soli amanti della natura allo stato brado,se non vi piacciono o avete paura di insetti, animali di ogni specie....credetemi NON e' il posto che fa per voi! Non varrebbe la pena vivere un posto cosi' chiudendosi in casa per poi uscire solo per i Tour Turistici! AFFASCINANTE!!!

"Que du bonheur! Que dire de plus sur cette adorable maison et son jardin ouvrant sur la forêt, ses sangliers et ses chevreuils qui viennent vous visiter pendant l'apéro! À peine a-t-on passé les portes de cette maison, qu'on a le sentiment d'être chez soi: son charme désuet, les bibliothèques magnifiques, le jardin merveilleux, un ciel extraordinaire sans aucune pollution visuelle (vos mains ne vous suffiront pas à compter les étoiles filantes ...)... Bref, vous n'aurez plus envie de partir, ce qui a été notre cas! De vraies vacances dans un cadre paradisiaque, sans compter la gentillesse du propriétaire: les relations sont simples et immédiatement basées sur la confiance mutuelle. On y a laissé notre cœur et on y reviendra à la première occasion! Grazie mille, M. , per averci permesso di passare una settimana di sogno nella sua stupenda casa, circondata da un'atmosfera magica. Pour nous, tout était parfait: la situation si proche d’Arezzo, de Sienne, de Cortona, de Peruga… et pourtant si isolée; la tranquilité; les biches qui passaient le soir; les hiboux qui nous regardaient d’un air ébahi; les promenades à faire, tôt le matin dans les collines environnantes (on a laissé un plan de GR); la fraîcheur de la maison; la bibliothèque, qui nous faisait nous sentir à la maison; les plans et guides sur place très pratiques et délicieusement désuets; l’équipement de la maison, simple et daté, mais complèt; l’accueil par la mère du propriétaire, adorable; le contact avec le propriétaire, avenant… Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances, des vraies, comme on les rêve… On serait resté encore et encore…"
