About this property

Air-conditioned villa with pool terrace, parking, solar roof and charging station.

Spacious and comfortable, the house enjoys an unobstructed view of the surrounding causses. It is located in a quiet residential area near the village and shops. We welcome holidaymakers as well as spa guests from Lamalou les Bains. Outside the summer period and on request we offer spa rates from 1300 euros.
There are many attractions. There is of course idleness always very appreciated with the cocktail: terrace + swimming pool + calm but also walking or cycling on the Green Lane at 2mn, golf at 5mn, tennis at 5mn, hiking, fishing in the 'Orb and the Mare bordering the village, discovering the Hauts Cantons de l'Hérault, wines from Faugères, Saint Chinian ..... local gastronomy (many restaurants at moderate prices) and visiting essential sites: Gorges d'Héric, Lac du Salagou, Pézenas, the Canal du Midi, Lodève, Saint Guilhem le Désert, Sète, Montpellier, Carcassonne ...

This is a first class holiday destination. The quality of the furniture and fixtures is outstanding. The gite is located in a quiet part of the village, but it is less than 5 minutes to walk there. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive away The host Marie Christine was very helpful. both before and during the stay

Relaxing

A perfect place for a relaxing holiday. It is a good sized house with air conditioning and pool, with good views to the south. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house as a whole is spacious and well-designed. The owners were helpful and accommodating. Our only problem was with the Internet. The wifi failed for 2 of the 3 weeks - this is a problem we regularly find in France. Overall we would definitely recommend the house and would happily stay there again.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Am besten war natürlich der Pool und die Klimaanlage. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Der Ort ruhig. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick und mit Hund viele Möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten Autofahrt. Was wir empfehlen können: Ausflüge nach Montpellier, Carcassonne, Sete, herrlicher Hundestrand Potiragnes Sandstrand, es geht flach ins Meer. 45 Minuten Autofahrt zum Meer. Uns hat die Kombination Berge und Meer in der Nähe sehr gut gefallen. Die Menschen waren alle sehr freundlich. Was etwas schade war, dass Hunde in einigen Parks nicht erlaubt waren. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen erholsamen Urlaub, vielen Dank Marie Christine!

Très beaux séjour, maison agréable, une très belle vue et surtout le calme ! Propriétaires à l’écoute et très réactif aux besoins et demandes. Maison dans un petit village à 5 min à pieds des petits commerces. Seule petite chose moi qui suis une accro au café, une machine à dosettes aurait été top. Mais sinon au top ! encore merci !

Maison agréable et ensoleillée

Maison spacieuse, confortable et ensoleillée, principalement louée sur une période de 3 semaines par les curistes (proche des thermes de Lamalou-Les-Bains). Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine non chauffée car début octobre peu propice à cette activité de plein air. Mais il était néanmoins agréable d'en bénéficier de visu.

It was beautiful!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen und sehr schön! Allerdings war die Reinigung etwas mangelhaft, da in allen Räumen Staub, Spinnenweben und die Spiegel im Bad verschmutzt waren. Zudem war im Pool sehr viel Sand auf dem Grund. Bei dem gemieteten Handtücher-Paket könnte noch je Person ein kleines Handtuch gestellt werden. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden. Relaxen und Aktivurlaub alles da

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Grundstück mit Pool, klasse. Wasser war sehr kalt, in der Hochsommersszeit bestimmt sehr erfrischend. Wir waren trotz der Temperaturen jeden Tag schwimmen. Alles da, was man benötigt. Küche super ausgestattet. Fernsehprogramme nur in Französisch, war für uns jedoch nicht relevant, da wir kein Fernseher schauen wollten. Waschmaschine, Wäscheleine standen zur Verfügung. 2 Bioläden in Bedarieux sowie ein große Intermache vorhanden, Fahrzeit mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten. Schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, Umkreis 1-2 Stunden. Grotte, See, Massiv mit wunderschönen Plätzen zum Baden im klaren Wasser. Wanderung im Felsenmassiv. Schöne Dörfer, idyllisch. Rundum ein schönes Paket. Schöner Urlaub. Ein herzlichen Dank an Marie und Nicolas Christine

Location très sympa

Apres un problème de parasol, les loueurs ont voulu nous faire manger à l'intérieur. Hors de question ! Ils nous ont dépanné avec un parasol de plage pretextanr navoir trouvé "que çà". La terrasse est en plein soleil. A intermarché à 1 km des modeles adaptés etaient vendu à des prix raisonnables. Apres tractations les choses se sont arrangées

Superb Villa

Very comfortable and well equipt villa with plenty of space, situated a 5 min walk from the village. South facing decking and beautiful views of the Languedoc National Park. Plenty of things to do in and around the area but you do need a car.

Superbe location dans un magnifique endroit

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette location. Superbe extérieur avec piscine et transats, meubles extérieurs, plancha..., la petite villa est très confortable et spacieuse et très bien agencée , plein sud...il ne manque rien pour y vivre.... La vue est magnifique et paisible...joli petit village ,pas loin de Béziers, le lac de Salagou, Clermont L'Hérault...très jolie région... Nous recommandons...

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 2 bonnes semaines avec en prime un temps excellent pour un mois de Septembre. La région regorge de nombreuses ressources pour tous les goûts ( visites, architectures, randonnées, pêche, etc..) La maison est bien située au calme et assez proche de tous les commerces. La piscine demanderait à être couverte la nuit pour conserver une eau de baignade appréciable, mais bon ! la perfection n'est pas de ce monde et la notion de température de l'eau reste totalement subjective ! Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil.

Un très beau séjour mais...

Le logement en tant que tel est exceptionnel ainsi que la vue et la qualité des services fournis. Par contre, l’entretien de la maison lors de notre arrivée laissait à désirer (poussières, toiles d’araignées dans les coins et au plafond, vaisselle a rafraîchir avant utilisation, grille barbecue inutilisable). Des détails pour certains mais au prix de la prestation nettoyage demandée au départ, nous étions en droit d’attendre une maison nickelle...

Je suis très contente d'avoir louer cette maison qui est accueillante, agréable, joliment décorée, où l'on se sent BIEN. Une maison moderne magnifique offrant des prestations de qualité: cuisine totalement équipée (lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, four, plaque de cuisson... mais aussi lave-linge). Tout y est confortable et accueillant. Rien ne manque!! La vue est imprenable, rien de tel que de prendre le petit-déjeuner en terrasse dans le calme et la verdure de cette belle maison. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, chaleureux, adorables, prévenants. Nous venons avec impatience et bonheur chaque année depuis au moins 10 ans et nous ne changerions pour rien au monde..! Chaque séjour est l’occasion de se ressourcer, tout en se sentant comme chez soi.

A very nice house - we love being there

We have been to Madame Ferron's house now for the sixth time. Always a pleasure to be there. Excellently equipped (pool, grill, interior, ...), very clean, comfortable and quiet. The house has a good location and is central to all holiday possibilities: Lac du Salagou, beaches, Gorges d'Heric, etc. Madame Ferron and her family are very kind people. Absolutely easy contact with zero problems so far. We will come back for sure.

vacances idéales

Nous avions choisi nos vacances en fonction de la location et n'avons pas été décus. La maison est très agréable et spacieuse. Le fait de vivre autant dehors que dedans sous un soleil radieux est un bonheur parfait. Toutes les pièces donnent sur la piscine et les larges baies vitrées font profiter du climat exceptionnel. Aux alentours, de nombreuses endroits magnifiques à visiter : le Cirque de Mourèze, les gorges d'Héric, Saint Guilhem Le Désert, le lac du Salagou... Le Cap d'Adge, l'étang de Thau et le petit port de Marseillan pour la côte. Les propriétaires sont discrets et de très bons conseils. Nous les remercions pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Une très bonne adresse à recommander.

Nous reviendrons à Hérépian

Outre les appréciations positives déjà formulées avec lesquelles nous sommes en plein accord,nous insisterons tout particulièrement sur le calme de l'endroit; qu'il est agréable de partir de bon matin avec son chien pour profiter des trésors de la nature, des parfums des végétaux, du chants des oiseaux, et d'avoir le privilège de découvrir un lièvre, ou une fouine au détour du chemin..Le vieux village et ses habitants sont très accueillants eux aussi, les sauvages des villes y trouveront une douce thérapie à leur misanthropie. Merci pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons à Hérépian.
