Great location, clear and quick communication, cozy beds/blanks/pillows. This condo perfectly fit out family and the kids loved the games that were available. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo offers dated and bare minimum lodging requirements. I had to call after 4pm to ask for check-in information even though the person on the phone said that everyone was already checked in. Several things did not look like the photos on the listing. There were no comforters, decor was missing or stashed in the closet, a few lamps connected to light switches but bedrooms were dim, almost all bedroom outlets were behind the beds. The bedrooms violate fire safety standards because beds should not be placed against floor heaters. The washing machine drains through a PVC pipe sticking out of the wall into the bathroom tub that the guest is asked to rinse out after use and the dishwasher sounds like it is gushing water out of the floor. The front door deadbolt latched but the door can wiggle which did not feel safe when the bedroom is right next to the entrance. We will be reporting for false advertising.

Thank you for your feedback. We take guest comments seriously and want to clarify a few points for accuracy.
The bedroom furnishings have recently been updated with new, upgraded dressers and nightstands, which may differ from older listing photos. Additionally, the bedding has been transitioned to a hotel-style triple-sheeted duvet system. This is a common hospitality standard designed to ensure every guest has a freshly cleaned and hygienic sleep environment.
Regarding lighting and layout, the unit is consistent with typical mountain condo configurations, and all furnishings and placements are arranged to maximize space and functionality.
The washing machine and dishwasher are both fully operational. The washer drain setup is a standard design for this property, and instructions are provided for guest use.
We encourage guests to reach out to our team during their stay so we can promptly address any questions or concerns in real time. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and reliable experience.
Enjoyed our stay here. Perfectly as described.Close to pools and hot tubs. Walk to mountain.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at The Lift C112. It's great to know that our property met your expectations and that you appreciated the proximity to the pools, hot tubs, and the mountain.
Not quite ski in/out, but the properties walking paths make it closer to the lift, rentals, lessons, and the south end of main street than one might think. Property is lightly dated, but pricing is reflective of that.Cooking supplies are a little scarce, but we were able to get our basic breakfasts done. Great place for a family of four to spend our nights.
Short walk to Peak 9 and to everything on Main St! Didn’t have to move the car once during our stay since everything was so close. Definitely going to stay here again!

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay with SkyRun Breckenridge! We would love for you to come back and visit us again sometime in the future! Thank you for your review and have a wonderful day!
Things were great, especially when we found the walking path through the complex to the bridge to the slopes. There is currently only one pull out couch in the living room.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The shower head for one of the restrooms was not working properly, but it was an amazing property with beautiful views.

Jorge, We are sorry about the shower head. Thanks so much for taking the time to write us a review. This is incredibly helpful and we'd love to welcome you back anytime!
It is very close to the Quicksilver lift to walk to it. You can walk to the top of the town on Main St for shopping and dinning.
For my 5 kids and I, it was just what we needed to sleep and eat.
We cooked every night, so some more cooking utensils will had been great.
The place does need to be updated.

Friend Ski Trip
We had a great trip in Breckenridge and this is a perfect spot to easily get on the slopes and is cost efficient for a larger group. We would’ve liked to see more in-person communication at check in because we had some questions and some of the information that was listed was out of date (hot tub gate code, office number, hot tub closing time, etc)
This is the 4th year I've stayed in this general area of Breck, and this was by far my favorite. I had a big group stay and there was plenty of room for everyone to get ready having 3 full bathrooms. Also, the living room area was large enough for us to squeeze an air mattress in, and also enough room for everyone to not feel cramped while we were hanging out. It's located right next to the hot tubs which was very convenient after a full day skiing. We were able to check in a little early, and also able to schedule a late check-out.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here in Breckenridge! The house itself was a good size for 5 people and we all slept comfortably in our own beds. The furniture is a little outdated, but that gave the property an old school ski house feeling. It was a short 5-7 minute walk to the base of peak 9 which was amazing, as well as a short 5-7 minute walk to get to the heart of the town. The property managers were quick to respond to messages, and were very accommodating and helpful! The hot tubs were great, the pool however wasn’t heated like we thought but that didn’t take away from our stay at all. Overall 10/10 trip, and we would definitely return to this property!

Great location and layout!
The condo is large and has plenty of room for a large group. The location is close to skiing, shopping and dining. There are huge windows in every room. The view is lovely! The kitchen had great cook ware. The washer and dryer are a great addition. Three bathrooms helped with shower time.
However it is time for an update. . The carpet was really worn out and dirty. For $600 per night it needs a kitchen upgrade. One door needed hinge repair, the closet doors were out of their tracks and very hard to open.

Bed time for Bonzo...not so much!
The unit itself is ok. But the beds need replacing. Not one person out of 5 was able to get a good nights sleep. One bed mattress had no support on one side. If you rolled close to its edge you would fall out of the bed. All 5 of us, (father/son from 22-60 years of age) are experienced skiers and ski hard all day. We are the first to say...suck it up buttercup! In this case the owner should take this advice and purchase some decent mattresses.
Also the non stick fry pans looked they were purchased from the 70's. They were beyond wore out.

Very dated and cheap beds
I knew the property was run down a bit and that was reflected in the price. I didn't expect the beds to be so poor. The ad said there was 3 queen beds when ther was actually only 2. In the big bedroom, the shower started dripping around 4:00 in the morning for no reason and did it for a couple hours.
Also, the pool/hot tub had limited hours of 4-8, but that might have been because it was late in the season.
The pots and pans are all worn out too so that it's fairly difficult to make breakfast without sticking everything to the pan. I guess it is "you get what you pay for." It was cheapest available and location was close to Maggie's and town. Size of unit and access was very good.

**UPDATE** Unit was just updated with new mattresses on every bed and 2 new sofa sleepers.
We’ve not received an negative comments regarding the beds, but will certainly take a look at this. The guest is correct, this unit has 2 queen beds, 2 twins, and 2 queen sofa sleepers. This unit is an outstanding value property and it’s location to the slopes, town, and free shuttle are all huge positives. Additionally, the unit has access to a shared outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just steps away (not many properties in Breck have access to pools). The facilities are open during the primary seasons and hours can vary depending on the time of year. There are not many properties that are larger 2 bedroom units that sleep 10 within walking distance of the lifts and town with access to a pool and multiple hot tubs at this price point. We think this is a great property and provides value for the location and amenities.
Great location - but not quite ski in as mentioned in the description. However it's a short walk to a very popular ski lift in the morning. Not only is the description of the property misleading the pictures are updated Upon our arrival we documented that one of the burners of the old cook top was not functioning, thay the kitchen faucet is not properly installed, an old blind is missing sections. We were disappointed that after notifying this we got as answer “we will mention this to maintenance” but no action.“Fully equipped kitchen” takes a different meaning in this property. We found a set of scratched Tefal pots and pans but no Tefal friendly cooking ware (from there the scratches?) There were no potholders and no functional can opener or scissors. One of the humidifiers had a defective cord, making it a fire hasard. The fancy door lock with a keypad has an alarm build in and was activated when other tenants of the building with ski boots walked up or down the steps/stairs. The alarm sounded several times each of the 8 days we were at the place.

Decent stay
The only thing good about the house was the location and price. The amenities are lacking and the house is pretty outdated. The baseboards were falling off the walls. The Heater doesn’t get too hot so the rooms were cold (it was in the teens outside) so you have to use the space heaters to keep warm in the bedrooms.
The pillows were not very comfortable
We got there a bit early because the weather was really bad. We contacted the property mgr to see if we could get in early and they wouldn’t let us. They told us the house still needed to be inspected and someone would be coming soon. We literally sat outside waiting and no one ever showed up. At 4:00 on the dot, we received the email with the code to get into the house. Seemed a bit ridiculous
I wouldn’t stay here again unless I shop around and the prices are dramatically different.
What’s Good:
Location! This place offers a great location with a very short walk to the Quicksilver (5 mins with skis or snowboard). It is directly next to the hot tubs and pool. You can even look out the window and check how crowded the hot tubs are before walking the approx. 150 feet to them. A nice scenic area to hang out with the Quandry, wine bar, coffee shop, Trolley Crepes and BLT restaurant are a short walk too. This area is directly located across the street from Main Street with the downtown area. I could go on and on but I think that you get the point; the location is awesome!
The Bad: This place needs some serious TLC! I’ll start with the area rugs/floor runners. They are a tripping hazard with curled up corners. The beds are not very comfortable. The blinds are all broken with open spaces to see into the bedrooms. Half the stove top is broken. If you plan on using the washer and the 3rd shower, they share the same drain. The drain is slow and the washer water sits in there leaving a film of dirt in it. In the big room, our toilet handle broke, the sheets were ripped on the big bed and the drawers were broken on the dressers (they would fall when opened and have to be put back on track each time). I addressed all of this with the property management and they came out and fixed the toilet; that’s it. I even told them that I only cared about the toilet and the blinds. The blinds were my biggest issue because there are other condos facing the window and I felt like they could see in. I was sent a video on how to use blinds. I told them that I know how to use blinds; they are broken! I even sent pictures and a video of them broken. I was told that maintenance said that they are working and that they could send someone out to show me how to use them. Absolutely ridiculous; I know how to work blinds! They claimed that they couldn’t open the video I sent. The pictures show the broken blinds and the gaps where people can see in. I am not high maintenance but I have an issue with getting naked and feeling like someone can see in. That is all. I hope this review helps. I’d attach pictures if I could.

Candice, First and foremost we deeply apologize that your stay was not up to the standard of excellence we have set for our staff. We are working with the homeowners and our maintenance team to replace the slats and are better securing the corners of the rugs/floor runners down. All of our properties are equipped with Westin quality linens-which are high quality white satin striped sheets, we apologize that the linens provided and mattress preference did not meet your standards. We sent out maintenance to check out all of the issues but was told to not worry about anything other than the toilet and blinds, The toilet was fixed our maintenance techs do not have the blinds or replacement slats, we need to replace these so we have to orders blinds and for this reason he did not replace the blinds during his visit. Maintenance did check out the stove top and discover it does work-one of the burners was out of the socket. Nonetheless We will be addressing these issues with the proper department and ensure that next time you decide to return, will be nothing short of spectacular. Again we are terribly sorry you had to a less than excellent stay. Thank you for your feedback and have a wonderful day! Please feel free to call our office to speak on behalf of any of these issues.
We came for a family reunion. It was a great location and set up for the price. One request would be to update the pillows on the beds and bedding. They were very responsive and to came when our place wasn’t locking
