Fantastic Vacation Property!

We stayed as a family for two weeks at this Villa (end of June to early July). We had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed the villa and all it had to offer. This is a wonderful place to stay and I could not fault the property, nor the great attention to detail and responsiveness of Marc. The villa is a great size, completely enclosed and in many ways the property and the views (which are superb) are even better than the photos suggest. On arrival the property was exceptionally clean and Marc provided a nice overview of the property and the local area. The pool is a great size and was a perfect temperature for the season. It is less than 5 minutes drive (20-25 minute walk) to the beach. All in all, we loved the property, the area and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high quality relaxing break!

Beautiful Villa

The villa was beautiful and has a fully stocked kitchen. The views and open air setup cannot be beat! It is close to Ste. Maxime and the grocery store. While comfortable for our large group. I do want to call out though, that this is really a 5 bedroom house. The 6th bedroom is in the basement and smells like pool chemicals. This was a disappointment as it was listed as a 6 bedroom home and our group needed 6 bedrooms.

Concernant les odeurs de piscine dans la 6em chambre nous pensions que comme vous étiez 8 personnes, vous n'utiliseriez pas la chambre, donc les produits étaient restés dans la pièce adjacente à celle-ci. Habituellement, les produits sont stockés à l'extérieur. En espérant vous revoir prochainement, Cordialement, Marc

Une maison de rêve

Nous avons été accueilli par un propriétaire aux petits soins, des explications parfaites qui font que le séjour commence de la meilleure façon, superbe entrée avec portail électrique puis ouvertue de la porte et vue grandiose sur la mer, le ton est donné , le salon, la salle à manger sont de tailles impressionnantes et surtout bien aménagés. La cuisine de très grande taille donne une vue sur la mer et sur le golf, petit déjeuner en famille royal. Toutes les chambres sont grandes et climatisées avec salle de bains. L'extérieur est tout simplement magnifique, pierres naturelles, une piscine énorme chauffée, chaises longues, parasols, salons d'été, tables bref, le paradis. A l'étage deux magnifiques chambres climatisées et deux énormes terrasses avec une vue 360 époustouflante . Le sous-sol offre deux grands garages et des places de parc. Cette maison est conçue de façon intelligente avec partie jour et nuit, à deux ou en famille tout le monde y trouve son calme. Pas un bruit vient déranger le séjour. L'équipement est impressionnant , serviettes de bains, peignoirs entre autre, tout est à disposition. Nous ne pouvons donc que recommander cette villa pour un séjour de rêve.

Magnifique maison très agréable

Cette maison est magnifique et nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. La cuisine est très moderne et grande. Les 2 tables repas à l'abri de la chaleur très pratique. Le coin piscine est super: piscine chauffée, transats, parasols, vue sur la mer. Nous reviendrons !!!

Superbes vacances à St. Maxime

Nous avons passé des magnifiques vacances dans cette belle villa de St Maxime. Les chambres sont grandes , la décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et discrétion , la cuisine et le salon bénéficient de tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue sur la mer et les alentours est juste parfaite! Seul bémol : la piscine n`était qu`à 21 °C ce qui n'est pas mal pour le mois d'octobre , mais pas assez chaude pour se baigner des heures... Changer la couverture de piscine avec un système solaire, plus rigide et sécure pour les enfants serait une bonne option.

Vacation

We enjoyed so much two weeks of vacation at the top. The villa is an extraordinary location with an outstanding 306° view over the Mediterranean Sea and the country side. Villa Romarine is equipped in a tasteful luxury stile and very well-tended. Recognising this environment, it is therefore naturally to handle the entire facility with respect and care. The size and architecture of the impressive kitchen and the technical equipment invited us to enjoy, being together, preparing our meals. The villa is well safeguarded and we enjoyed the high level of privacy. The spacious outside facilities are perfectly designed with beautiful illumination for romantic atmosphere in the night. Inoubliable séjour

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliable, la dernière semaine d'avril. La villa est vraiment complet. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut pour passer des bonnes vacances. Une vue sublime sur Ste-Maxime pendant la journée et le soir. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et a la disposition des locataire s'il y a un problème. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.
