Modern 3 bdrm, 3 bath, 3 floor Condo with amenities galore in a GREAT location!

This comfortable, well appointed and maintained 3 bedroom, 3 level Snowmass Villas condo offers tons of amenities in a prime location. Each level has it's own nicely furnished bedroom (with cable connected flat screen TV!) and bath with shower or shower/tub.

It has everything you need for a fabulous vacation. It's a quiet spot in the heart of the Rockies. About a mile from the Snowmass ski area, and with easy and painless access to all the activities the area has to offer.

Upscale property throughout the complex, with seasonal heated pool and common 4 person hot tub...along with beautiful mountain views. We use ultra high quality beds, linens and towels (nice big ones), and it's completely and fully furnished with everything you'll need and more!

Free, password protected and FAST WiFi. 4 large flat screen TV's, including one in each bedroom, and one in the living room. Cable TV throughout. Roku in living room for access to your Netflix or Amazon. Nicely appointed loft with comfy seating and a desk. Fully stocked kitchen, with nice appliances, utensils, dinnerware, cups and glasses. Free washer and dryer. Easy and free parking (for two cars, with one space covered (winter)). Well stocked with games and puzzles. Ski rental discount. Free area guidance, such as restaurants, hikes, and summer and winter activities. Access to enhanced concierge services.

Easy access to dining, shopping, and the ski slopes via a free shuttle or free bus transportation. The bus stop is about 50 yards from the front door. Anderson Ranch Arts Center is a short 5 minute walk. The condo is on a Cross Country ski trail (rentals available) and a bike/hike trail.

Snowmass Villas (also known as the "blue roofs,") are located directly on Brush Creek, which runs outside, in the back yard. A large grocery is a 3 minute drive (or bus). Snowmass Village is a 4 minute drive (or bus). Aspen is a short 20 minute (11 miles) drive (or bus). Bus stop and free shuttle to all ski hills (about 5 minute ride to Snowmass) located directly in front of condo complex, as is free bus to Aspen or points down-valley.

This condo sits in the heart of the western slope of the Rockies, in the Elk Mountain range. It's a great central place from which to explore this gorgeous part of the Rockies and then unwind afterwards! It's a special place in a unique setting.

This property rents quickly during the winter and summer recreational seasons, as we like to keep our rates a bit lower than others to help introduce others to the beauty of the area.

COVID POLICY: We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your reservation, and 50% refund if you cancel at least 15 days prior. If Pitkin County or Snowmass Village has a policy in place where you must shelter at home, then we will also issue a full refund. If you must cancel within 15 days of your reservation due to Covid, we will make every attempt to rebook those days with another guest. If successful, we will refund you 100%.

Great ski trip

Location is perfect to hop on the bus. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. No hot tub in the winter which we didn’t realize but great stay overall

Very nice place to ski

Andy is a very nice owner; he responded to my questions quickly every time, and he was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. The condo is big and very clean; our family really enjoys staying at this place. We will book the condo again when we come back to Aspen next time.

Summer week in Snowmass

The condo is lovely and spacious with a great view of the mountains. Beds were very comfortable and linens were very nice. Excellent communication with owner and a wonderful list of recommended hikes and things to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Condo

We had an excellent time at this property right by Snowmass! The proximity to the shuttle was excellent and allowed our group to have different schedules for skiing each day. I'd highly recommend this property to a group or family who is looking for the ability to explore the 4-peak area!

Spacious and Convenient Condo

For six adults it was very comfortable, convenient, and provided all the essentials we needed for a one week stay.The Host was very responsive and followed through with any request we made. Recommendations made by the host were also great. Condo is centrally located to 4 major ski resorts.

Great Location & Space

Our family of 4 two significant others enjoyed our stay at Andy's property! The three level condo allowed for private space for everyone and the hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. The bus stop is right outside the door and although our daughter (local) had a car, you really didn't need one to get to any of the slopes. There is a great walking trail right out the back door that many people use to walk their dogs on. I would stay here again!

Spacious, Quiet, Comfortable Condo

It was a pleasure staying in this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo for me and 4 other non-related adults. We used the kitchen most nights for cooking meals and also grilled out a couple of nights. The outdoor hot tub was a pleasure to use after skiing. Location was convenient and on a bus line. The host was responsive to any concerns we had pre and post.

What an ideal location and perfect property for a week of skiing

This property is the prime example of why I love Vrbo. Everything at the house was just as advertised. Check-in process was super easy. The hot tub on the back side of the property was glorious. Great location and very convenient to Snowmass. The bus system was a breeze. The host, Andy, was very accessible and communicative.

We were a group from 21 to 88 years old. We all enjoyed our stay. Shuttle bus from just outside the condo complex was very helpful to get to slopes and shopping areas. Andy was very helpful in providing information and getting back to our queries. We will rate it 5 star.

Great Snowmass condo

Great condo! We saved considerable $$ by not having to rent a car. We took taxi to & from Aspen airport, then used busses to get to slopes & into Aspen. With three levels, we had plenty of room for two couples. The second floor has its own sitting area outside the bedroom.

The unit lived up to its listing. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths gave each person(s) the space they needed. The bus stop was right at the complex. With the bus service provided by the town, you don't need a car. Andy was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Great Ski Condo Setup

With 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms made this a great ski condo setup for 4 unrelated adults. Some of us had to work a little, as well as ski, so the study area was perfect to accomplish that. Ample space for privacy. Loved the gas cooktop stove for cooking dinners. Nice view of Snowmass ski hill. Good transportation on the free ski shuttle. Owner very responsive to our texts.

Ski week!

We stayed with our theee sons in their twenties. Enough space for us and the separate office area with a monitor to plug in laptop was used by my sons for some remote work. The kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub is small but very strong jets. I wish I had cross country skis since the trail was right out the door. But the trail was wonderful to go for walks and easy access to the Anderson art Center. Shuttle right outside for both the Aspen RFTA line and Snowmass village shuttle. So a very convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing vacation in a great location

We recently had a very nice family vacation staying at Andy's condo. His place was perfect for a family of four and the location was close to everything that we wanted to explore. The one thing that I regret was not using the public transportation earlier and more often. It's so easy and the stop is right by the unit. Andy is an EXCELLENT host. He answered all of my questions and was extremely responsive. He provided great directions and suggestions. First class! We would certainly stay here again.

This condo has been in our family a long time. It was redone from it's original design into an open ceiling design with modern furniture, art and décor. It is FULLY appointed with everything you need, and has recently updated external siding, windows and doors!

We have been renting to the RESPONSIBLE public since 2012, and are easy to contact for area help or questions about the condo.

Why they chose this property

Ideal location to experience all the area has to offer. Free public transportation to skiing and Aspen. Shuttle and bus stop located directly in front of condo complex. Easy access to Snowmass Village (1.5 miles), airport, Aspen or any points 'down valley' through public transportation. VERY comfortable and quiet accommodations. High quality beds, linens and towels. Upscale and WELL MAINTAINED property throughout. TONS of amenities, including a prime location on the golf course, with brush creek 'babbling' outside. Seasonal heated pool, year round 4 person hot tub and yard in back. Great location away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a 5 minute drive/shuttle ride (shuttle stop right in front!) to the slopes and action! Condo is on X-Country ski trail and bike/hike trail. Perfect location to unwind after a day of skiing or enjoying the MANY area attractions, trails and happenings !

What makes this property unique

Snowmass Villas (also known as the 'blue roofs,') is one of the jewels of Snowmass Village and the Aspen Area. Our complex was completely renovated with new external siding and windows in 2017.
Step out the back door of the Condo and you'll have a large backyard with Brush Creek rushing nearby, and a newly refurbished seasonal pool and a year-round 4 person hot tub! Take a great walk right out the door ! The condo is on a hike/bike trail, and Anderson Ranch Arts Center is a 5 minute walk.
You won't be disappointed, and the owner (me) does everything possible to ensure you have a great vacation!
