Coastal Colors, for short, means convenience without the hassle with permits or passes; this is free beach, one of only a handful on the East Coast. Relax and enjoy the beach—along with the large heated pool with plenty of tables and lounge chairs in which to relax or have a sun filled lunch.

The young ones in the group can have fun in their own pool designed for their young age and their safety. Gives you peace of mind too! The pool area also features a private quite hot spa area for those 16 and older to enjoy anytime of the day and especially on cooler evenings, very relaxing!.

. Miniature golf courses offer an opportunity to enjoy some friendly family competition; splash your way to cool refreshment with three fun-filled water parks; enjoy some “scream therapy” aboard one of seven world-class roller coasters; take the kids fishing; enjoy a boat trip - slow and relaxing or monster fast - plus festivals, special events and beach side entertainment options.

Within a very short drive you will find thrill rides, games, golf, water sports, there is always something to do, always a dozen ways to have fun, indoors and out.

Our gorgeous unit offers three private bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with king size bed, ceiling fan, large dresser and mirror, end tables and lamps, and a walk out covered deck. Off the master is a large private bathroom. Enjoy the two person jacuzzi bathtub featuring ceramic tile floors and wainscoting, separate shower with adjustable spray settings and ample space at the double bowl basin vanity. Bedroom 2 features a queen size comfortable bed with large walk in closet, dresser and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 features two single beds with two closets, dresser, ceiling fan and mirror.

All bedrooms have tv's with cable.

There is a second full bathroom all in ceramic tile, and a hall powder room for convenience.

Walk into the sun filled living room with floor to ceiling patio sliders leading onto the wrap around deck. Enjoy the 60' TV screen in high definition, or delight in use of the fireplace for those relaxing, wine sipping moments. Step right into the gourmet kitchen enhanced by granite counter tops, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, ice making refrigerator, and a completely well stock kitchen. Sit at the breakfast bar or relax at the dining room table, big enough for the whole group.

Walk out onto one of the largest warp around decks anywhere at the shore. Experience eith morning sunrises as the sun peaks above the horizon of the ocean, or in the early evening with camera in hand be captivated by the incredible sunset, all this without leaving the unit.

There are two parking spaces for your use, both covered and in our bottom level garage. There is a secure storage area for your beach equipment.
