Madonna Del Sasso: House with garden

The villa, in Boleto too, but in an area at side of the village, with splendid view of the lake, is available; it has a large garden complete with table, chairs and beach umbrella.
When you are surrounded by plants, evening meal can be transformed in a magic moment rich in peace and quiet, or in a romantic and sensual one. There are large spaces in which you can leave your auto without dimming beauty of the surrounding view.
This villa was derived from an old farmhouse in stone and, after an architectural targeted study, it was finished off and decorated with local stone and wood, so that it takes the characteristics of a remarkable farmhouse consisting of a well furnished and equipped living area, the lounge in which the double sofa-bed is located, from which you can enjoy a wide view of the lake below and surrounding mountains.
At the lower floor, there is an additional single bedroom close to the bathroom complete with a large shower box finished with marble and stone.

Heerlijke week gehad. Het contact met eigenaresse Vilma was uitstekend. Het inchecken verliep soepel en toen er een probleem was met het toilet werd het dezelfde dag nog opgelost. De tuin is spectaculair met uitzicht op het Orta meer. Heerlijk om daar de dag te beginnen en te eindigen. Binnen 10 minuten ben je beneden in het dal waar een aantal leuke dorpjes zijn voor wat te eten/drinken en waar je de veerboot kunt nemen om naar de overkant te varen. Ook een leuk strandje om te zwemmen in het meer. Prachtige omgeving verder voor een mooie hike. Het huis zelf was prima (met een heerlijk bed!) We hadden perfect weer, dus hebben voornamelijk buiten geleefd.

Traumhäuschen in völliger Ruhe

Ganz ohne Nachbarn, mit riesigem Garten auf traumhaftem Aussichtsplateau - schöner hätten die 5 Frühjahrstage nicht sein können. Auch Gastgeberin Vilma war supernett und hilfsbereit.

Es ist ein kleines Paradies der Ruhe. Traumhafte Aussicht und pure Einsamkeit.

Kontaktaufnahme und Infoabwicklung lief reibungslos. Gastgeber sind unkompliziert u locker. Das Haus liegt absolut abgelegen und verspricht einen stressfreien Urlaub. Wer es einfach, klein und schnuckelig mag, ist hier am richtigen Fleck. Hunde haben alle Freiheiten, die sie sich wünschen. Ein echtes Bett würde helfen, die Schlafprobleme aufzuheben. Ein Schlafsofa ist einfach nicht geeignet. Der Rest war völlig zufriedenstellend.

Mega tolle Aussicht, sehr schönes Grundstück, Ruhe 100% da

Wir waren für 12 Tage da mit 2 Hunden und es war traumhaft schön. Der Ausblick einfach nur traumhaft. Das Haus richtig süß eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und sehr nett. Drumherum Natur und Ruhe genau das richtige zum entspannen. Das Grundstück groß und hatte viel zu bieten wie ein Grill ,viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und vorne beim Ausblick eine schöne Stein Sitzgelegenheit.

Das kleine Häuschen ist für zwei Personen perfekt, zu dritt wird es spätestens bei schlechtem Wetter sehr eng. Die Lage des Anwesens hoch oben über dem See mit grandiosen Aussichten ist sicherlich nicht zu toppen! Wir haben uns bei bestem Wetter ausschließlich beim Freisitz aufgehalten und jeden Moment genossen - es geht nicht besser. Der Kontakt zu Vilma war überaus nett, das Einchecken am späten Samstag hat auf Zuruf geklappt. So macht urlauben Spaß 😎 einziger Wermutstropfen: zum Geschirr und zur Kücheneinrichung haben offensichtlich alle Dorfbewohner ihren Teil zu beigetragen - ein schreckliches, schlichtes und abgegriffenes Sammelsurium. Das ginge mit wenig Aufwand viel, viel besser! Das trübt den Gesamteindruck aber nur geringfügig! Daher volle Punktzahl!!

retraite spirituelle

Nous recherchions une propriété un peu isolée avec un grand jardin pour nos deux chiens. Nous avons été très satisfaits, avec un jardin très bien entretenu au milieu de la nature et une vue magnifique sur le lac. Le logement était propre et agréable même si la literie serait à changer. Nous avons par contre été très déçus des environs. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un endroit désert, presque fantomatique : pas de commerce de proximité (boulangerie, boucherie...), aucun petit producteur local, aucun marché (nous nous faisions une joie de trouver des produits locaux, des petits artisans ou artistes,), aucune animation nocturne. Par ailleurs, le lac est entouré de propriétés privées donc aucun accès pour se baigner ou profiter d'une ballade. Les routes sont épouvantables et les gens très peu accueillants et même à l'office du tourisme où ils ne parlaient qu'italien ! Il est quasiment impossible de faire des excursions avec les chiens sans marcher des heures sur la route goudronnée ou affronter sans cesse des dénivelés interminables. Seul point positif : la navette navale qui permet de traverser le lac et d'aller sur l'autre rive où le charme italien est un peu plus présent (architecture plus conforme à l'image que l'on se fait de l'Italie, bonne restauration, petits commerces). En résumé : séjour calme et reposant, peut-être de trop pour nous.

Non sono solita rispondere. Ma e' doveroso dire che esistono due strade per raggiungere Madonna del Sasso, una con meno curve e una adatta ai pulman ci sono delle belle passeggiate che costeggiano la nostra sponda del lago dove è possibile fare il bagno, prendere il sole o semplicemente passeggiare con i cani, senza essere disturbati dalle auto. queste spiagge sono gratuite la casa è isolata ma con 2 minuti d'auto o con una passeggiata si raggiungere il paese dove si trova un bar adiacente il santuario, un agriturismo, un ristorante e un circolino. con l'auto percorrendo 5 km si trovano due supermercati con prodotti del territorio con un ottima qualità/prezzo inoltre è a disposizione di noi locali e dei turisti un servizio di consegna a casa del pane e della spesa, senza costi aggiuntivi detto questo sono rattristata che la zona non abbia soddisfatto le vostre aspettative

Ruhig mit gigantischen Ausblick

Wer Ruhe liebt oder braucht, wer Landschaft und Natur liebt und wer keine Angst vor Serpentienen hat, ist hier genau richtig. Ein kleines ,romantisches Häschen mit großen, eingezäunten Grundstück, was für uns wichtig war, da wir 2 Hunde mit hatten, ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein Steintisch mit 2 Bänken, was unser Lieblingsplatz geworden ist. Bei diesem grandiosen Ausblick kann man nur träumen. Das ganze Gebiet ist noch sehr italienisch und nicht vom Massentourismus überlaufen. leider gibt es ein Wehrmutstropfen, Das Schlafsofa ist nicht für alle geeignet und ein Staubfänger. Es wäre besser es mit einem Bett auszutauschen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wofür auch die Vermieter Wilma und Franko gesorgt haben. Ein sehr nettes Paar. Immer da , wenn es gebraucht wird, aber nicht aufdringlich. Im großen und ganzen rundum gut. Wenn wir zwei Mal an einen Ort fahren würden, dies wäre einer.

The Garden and the view

The Garden and the View was really, really nice. And the owner Vilma was really kind and sympathetic to! The Bedsofa is in a really bad shape.It should be changed. We didnt slept good, that was also a reason why we get home 1 Day earlier. Also the Kitchen was not clean, the fridge was really dirty and the Oven to. It still had a old Sandwich in it! My wife had to clean first.I have to say that the rest was cleaned well! Thank you.

Superb views

Big garden with superb views over the lake and surroundings. Nice new bathroom. House is clean. Only thing we didnt like so mutch was the bed, a sleeping couch.

Beauté du site, calme, repos

Un cadre idyllique, une vue sublime sur le lac d'Orta et un calme absolu sont les plus grandes qualité de cette petite maison. L'aménagement et l'espace intérieur est suffisant pour 3 personnes et ce pour un tarif raisonnable Quelques prestations restent toutefois perfectibles (le couchage principal, le matériel de cuisine) mais cela ne remet pas en cause la bonne qualité de l'ensemble. Si vous cherchez le repos dans un endroit de reve, ne cherchez plus, vous avez trouvé !
