The home is newly renovated, spacious with high ceilings, 2-story single home with brand new, comfortable, modern furniture and high-end gourmet appliances. The open floor plan will allow you to spend time in a large open space and enjoy each others company from the kitchen, dining room and family room. The home is large enough, over 2300 sq ft of living space, for the entire family or families to vacation together and enjoy the summer. You will not feel overcrowded here. There is plenty of space for everyone! The large front deck is the ideal place for morning coffee, evening cocktails and viewing Friday night fireworks (in season). The backyard is fully furnished with a grill available for cookouts and entertaining. Cable television and WiFi, central AC and much, much more!

The neighborhood is quiet, but close enough to the many attractions that the Wildwoods have to offer including the wonderful water parks and amusement parks. Located only 3 blocks from the beautiful Wildwood beach and boardwalk, right between Morey’s Pier and Mariner’s Pier with fun, games, shops, amusement rides, and water parks. We love our location! Being 3 blocks away from it all is perfect because you can't hear the goings on at the boardwalk yet it's close enough to walk to. Also walking distance to shops, restaurants and the new Byrne Plaza that is filled with entertainment and events all summer long including farmers markets, concerts, movie nights, outdoor exercise classes and more!



The beach is free (no beach tag fees) with plenty of lifeguards and has many miles of sand and sun for your enjoyment. It is also only a short drive to Cape May, Stone Harbor and Avalon.

*Comfortable large sectional that opens up to a comfortable memory foam queen size bed, large coffee table, large flat screen TV, PS4, ceiling fan.

-Recreational Area:
* Full size Ping-pong table.

-Wet Bar
*Cabinet space filled with outdoor bbq needs, sink, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with ice maker.

-Backyard & Deck:
*Fully furnished with seating for 8, gas grill, water hose for washing off sand, spacious deck and yard fenced-in for privacy.

-Garage:
*Spacious for single car parking and storage area for your beach equipment. Included for use are 2 umbrella strollers, 1 full size stroller, beach chairs, 2 coolers, boogie boards, sand toys, wonder wheels beach cart, beach umbrella . Free up some space during your travel and use ours:)

*Master bedroom: comfortable one king size bed (plus a pack n play in the closet), dresser, two night stand tables, large closet, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, deck furnished with comfortable seating for 2 people, breathtaking spacious master bathroom includes large jacuzzi/whirlpool bathtub, walk- in shower, his-and-her sinks, toilet, hairdryer.

*2nd bedroom: comfortable bunk bed with full-size on the bottom and twin-size on the top, dresser, ceiling fan.

-Kitchen:
*Spacious with plenty of cabinet space filled with pots, pans, baking sheets, various cooking utensils and pantry items, large island that comfortably seats 6 people, double wide kitchen sink with garbage disposal, high-end, stainless steel gourmet appliances including side-by-side refrigerator with water filtration and ice-maker system, double wall oven, island stove-top, 4 slot toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric teapot, griddle and 2 crockpots. Everything you need to prepare meals at your fingertips.

Note: NO PROM, NO SENIOR WEEK! NO EXCEPTION! WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS! Must be over 27. This is a family home. We reserve the right to Terminate the rental agreement of any renter who violates this rule or conducts any unlawful activity.
(To parents renting for their children; it will not work with us...we will evict your children and file a claim against all parties involved)

Rental agreement must be completed within 48 hours of booking.
