5 bedroom home for a quiet vacation in beautiful Northwest Arkansas

Beautiful home in a secluded neighborhood, Amenities include walking trail and swimming pool. 20 minutes to Beaver Lake for fishing and boating, 10 minutes to the University of Arkansas. Also just 20 minutes from Crystal Bridges, War Eagle Craft Fair, and down the street from Bikes, Blues, and BBQ. Bring the family or friends to a Razorback football game, U of A Graduation, or craft weekend!!

The neighborhood has a neighborhood pool (pool available between Memorial Day and Labor Day only) The large master suite with king bed and private master spa bath on first floor has plenty of room to relax. Another guest room with a queen bed and small bathroom is also on bottom floor. The third guest room, also equipped with a queen bed, and a game room with a futon share the main bath and finish out the bottom floor. Upstairs has one more guest room with a queen bed and a full bath. Full kitchen, dining room, wireless internet, all linens & towels provided. We have a strict no alcohol, no smoking policy, and no pets please! Relax and enjoy it all in this super clean and modern 3000 square foot home.

Located in the tranquil neighborhood of Shady Oaks, this home is less than 10 miles from the University of Arkansas, and 20 miles from Beaver Lake! The neighborhood is quiet, has a walking trail, and a neighborhood pool (pool available between Memorial Day and Labor Day only)

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all of the many perks this home has to offer. Very open floor plan with large living room, kitchen, and dining room make this an entertainers dream. The large deck surrounded by huge oak trees has seating and outdoor grill. Best feature is the Bolivian hammock for relaxation!

Interaction with Guests:
We are always a phone call away and can have as much or as little contact as the guests request.

The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood pool available. Great for kids! Walking trail surrounds the neighborhood. Just 5 minutes from the NWA Mall for great shopping. 10 minutes from the Arvest Ballpark for minor league baseball. Other Northwest Arkansas adventures include the Walton Art Center, Crystal Bridges, hiking, caving, rappelling, numerous parks.

Family Atmosphere

My wife and I caught one one Razorbacks games and stayed at this property with our family and friends. As soon as we walked in the house, you can feel a sense of love and warmth. The property owner allowed us to check in early since we were in town killing time and we had the opportunity to meet him while we were checking in. We are so glad we had the opportunity to meet him because he was such an awesome, Godly and spiritual person and was very kind. He was always available if I needed to contact him if we needed anything. He welcomed us at the property by having a special cookie made personalized with my name on it (Smile). While speaking with him he told us how he just recently lost his wife and that she was the one who usually kept up with the property arrangements and that he was continuing on with her legacy and tradition. He did an awesome job!1! As we enjoyed ourselves in the house, my wife was placing something in the fridge when she noticed a letter posted outside the fridge. She had the group to come over and she read the letter aloud which was from the property owners daughter. OMG, there was not a dry eye around as we all got choked up and emotional as his daughter spoke with her heart through this letter. (Hope you don't mind). Although his wife is gone to be with the Lord, we can tell that they raised their family with a Christian foundation. The example of a husband and wife raising children should be modeled after Mr. and Mrs. Hoover. I exchanged information with him because I felt a connection with him and want to check on him from time to time. Thank you sir for your hospitality and I say to your family, you ALL have a great man as a father, a leader, and a man who has faith in God. We have been to places like Aruba, Hawaii, Bahamas, and all over the United States through VRBO but this property, because of the atmosphere, TOPS them all. We're all looking forward to coming back just to relax in a place of calm even if we don't go to a game.

Great location

This house was the perfect location and size for our last visit to Fayetteville. It was easy access to everything in Fayetteville and close enough to Rogers and Bentonville that you don’t feel like all your time is spent driving. The home itself was comfortable and large enough that everyone was able to relax and have their own space.

Our family came together from multiple locations to Springdale for a wedding. Staying at the Hoover house gave us a much more comfortable time together than if we had stayed in hotel rooms. Dana was a great host and the house fit our needs well. We were glad to find toys for the children to play with and appreciated having a bathroom for each separate family unit. It was almost like being at home.

Loved the Hoover Home

We had such a great stay at the Hoover home. The home had everything we needed. We went up for graduation weekend. It was close to the University campus. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the deck in the mornings and evenings. We had a group of 10 people and the home accommodated for our group perfectly. Everyone loved it! Dana was great and made herself available for anything we needed. Would definitely rent this home again when in Fayetteville. Thank you for everything.
