We did not want to leave. 2 families visiting the U of AR campus. We had plenty of space in this stylish historic home. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and in the comfortable living areas. Kitchens were well-equipped. Location was fantastic. Just a short walk to restaurants and stores. Hoping our kids go to college here, just so we can come back to the house.

This property is amazing. We loved our stay here with 3 families in town for a baseball tournament. It was within walking distance of food and entertainment. The home is immaculate and the host is the best I have ever worked with. She took customer service and looking out for her guests very seriously. We make a trip to this area once or twice every summer for tournaments. We have saved this spot for future stays and hope that it is available next time we come to town.

Fantastic for big group in downtown Fayetteville

Really pleased we booked this property for an extended family weekend in Fayetteville close to Bogle and Baum. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. Three floors, two kitchens, lots of seating areas. Beds are super comfortable. 2 kings on 2nd floor, 1 king and 2 twins on main floor and 1 queen in basement. Owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive! Would definitely book again!

Location, location, location!

My teen and I took a short trip to Fayetteville and wanted to stay close to Dickson St. This property is two blocks south of Dickson. We walked to breakfast and dinner. It's one block from a great coffee shop and some cute boutiques. It was easy to get anywhere else in town too. The property manager was super helpful and friendly. She answered my questions fast and concisely. The property had everything we needed, included tons of safe, private parking. We had a great time and enjoyed it immensely.

Don’t Do It!

This “unit” was under construction starting at 8 a.m. each morning. There was construction debris in the driveway that we had to move (along with empty liquor bottle and fast food trash) to get into the front door. Our view from the patio was a utility trailer. We were not informed the building was under construction prior to our trip. Additionally the primary bedroom includes an open stairwell with a staircase to the upper level, hence feeling extremely creepy. The unit was old and not updated. No ice maker and the thermostat was controlled by upstairs law office- hence our option was using dirty window units. This was our most disappointing vacation rental experience ever. If your ONLY consideration is location, go for it! Location was great! However if you value comfort, sleep, view or a peaceful place to stay don’t waste your money like we did.

my mistake turned golden.

I needed to change the dates of our stay to a week earlier and failed to change it. OH MY! So when we arrived at the Vrbo I called and found out I was a week early. Panic set in but the issue was quickly resolved when the owner said we could have it for 2 of our needed three nights. What a blessing! We were tired, hungry and desperate. What a blessing. AND we were refunded the 3rd nights stay! I'll definitely stay there again and recommend this location.
