Beautiful single storey house with large enclosed garden with trees and not overlooked 150 mts from the beach.
Patio with equipped kitchen (plancha + hotplates, fridge, dishwasher) for lunches in the shade or BBQ evenings.
Large living room with fireplace, dining room with 'workshop' windows and an open kitchen opening onto the terrace and the garden. 5 bedrooms, one of which is an outbuilding. 3 completely redone bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. Garage.
Absolute calm. As pleasant to live in summer as in winter.

In addition to the classic equipment, the house has a Nespresso coffee machine, a DVD player, WiFi, a stereo with Ipod connection.

Un petit paradis

J'ai passe une semaine dans cette villa a la Couarde et je la recommande vivement, c'est un vrai petit paradis : calme, zen et idealement placee ! L'emplacement est ideal: a 3 minutes a pied de la vaste plage (cours de voile a proximite) et a un coup de pedale de velo du village, des cours de tennis, des attractions et des commerces. La maison est tres spacieuse, parfaitement entretenue et decoree avec tres bon gout. On s'y sent tout simplement bien. La terrasse et le jardin sont tres agreables, avec deux coins pour prendre les repas. Quel bonheur de diner au fond du jardin sur l'immense table en bois, avec la plancha et le refrigerateur a disposition ! Une table de ping pong vient achever ce petit tableau idyllique. J'y reviendrai des que possible.

La maison idéale!

La maison est tout simplement parfaite: calme, propre, logeable, belle decoration. Ping pong pour les enfants, et cuisine d'été avec plancha qui simplifie le quotidien! La maison est idealement située:tres proche de la plage et du centre du village de la couarde. Nous avons passé de tres bonnes vacances et reviendrons c'est sur! Bonne adresse.

maison typique La Couarde

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison typique, décorée avec beaucoup de gout ! maison totalement équipée, avec un jardin fermé et sans aucun vis-à-vis. Les plages sont accessibles a pieds. la Couarde est au centre de l'ile donc idéalement placée pour de nombreuses balades en vélo. Possibilité de garer les vélos derrière la maison, en lieu sur. Bref, un cadre idéale pour de belles vacances !
