Es war wirklich super. Wir konnten früher in die Unterkunft rein.Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist Klasse, die Aussicht noch viel besser. Es war ein bisschen dreckig vor Ort. An manchen Stellen gab es halt Dreck. Das Geschirr mussten wir noch einmal spülen (hat etwas geklebt). Aber das nimmt man gerne in Kauf.Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen und immer wieder dort hinfahren. Die Umgebung ist Klasse. Der örtliche Strand wunderbar. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt.

Guter Deal im schönsten Teil der Cote d'Azur

Unsere Gruppe kennt die Gegend sehr gut und wir waren wirklich super zufrieden mit dem Haus, der Kommunikation mit Jean-Pierre und Christophe. Das Haus hat wirklich unglaublich viel Potenzial, unschlagbarer Blick, schöner, besonderer Zuschnitt. Wie in so manchen anderen Kommentaren bereits angemerkt - alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Uns hat es nicht gestört, denn wer sich in der Gegend auskennt, weiß, dass hier ein sehr faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angeboten wird, zu dem man dann halt ein paar kleine Abstriche akzeptieren muß. Dieses Objekt tip-top renoviert wäre zu dem Mietpreis jedenfalls nicht zu haben. Für uns alles super.

Ein Traum

Eine tolle Immobilie mit einem Traumgarten und Traumblick und der perfekten Lage zum Strand, La Croix, Grimaud, Ramatuelle, St. Tropez… Inclusive einem Zitronenbaum für den Gin Tonic und Kräuter für den Fisch… es wird schwer sein, das zu übertreffen

Mas belle vue!

Traumblick! Schöner geht es überhaupt nicht....wunderbarer Pool (sogar mit Poolbar inkl Kühlschrank) und so verwinkelt aufgeteilt, dass sich auch 2 Familien nicht auf der Pelle sitzen würden. Die Kritik einiger Vorgänger, irgendwelche Sitzmöbel seien angeschlagen, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Erstens hatten wir zB. 4 ganz neue Liegen mit noch unberührten Matelas, Zweitens ist bei dem Klima jedes Jahr wieder etwas zu erneuern (das ist halt so) und Drittens: wer schaut bei diesem Blick schon auf das Sitzmöbel? Wem bei all' dieser Schönheit an Blick und Natur nicht das Herz aufgeht, der hat da auch nichts verloren! Wir haben es aus tiefster Seele genoosen!

Tolle Lage, aber die ist nicht alles.

Auf Grund der schönen Bilder haben wir uns auf eine tolle Urlaubswoche gefreut. Leider waren alle Gartenmöbel in einem sehr, sehr schlechten Zustand. Alle hatten einen Schaden. Auch die Küchenmöbel sind in einem bedauernswerten Zustand. Manche Schubladen fallen beim Öffnen auseinander. Die Kleiderschränke waren voll mit Bettwäsche und konnten von uns nur teilweise genutzt werden. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr schlecht gereinigt. Der Poolbereich war unaufgeräumt und mit sehr viel trocken Laub bedeckt, was wir dann selbst gesäubert hatten. Der Poolboden war nicht besonders sauber. Meine abschließende Meinung zu diesem Haus: Eine wunderbare Lage, leider aber nicht gut gepflegt. In dieser Preisklasse erwarten wir gute, intakte Gartenmöbel und ein sauberes, funktionstüchtiges Haus. Ich empfehle dringend, eine oder 2 Wochenmieten in die Erneuerung von Gartenmöbeln und Küchenmöbeln zu investieren und das Reinigungspersonal zu wechseln, dann ist das wieder ein Haus, das auch wir gerne wieder buchen würden.

Wir haben in der Tat festgestellt, dass Sie oder Ihre Kinder 2 Pool-Lounges, darunter 1 Neuen kaputt machten und dies ohne den Eigentümer zu informieren oder eine Entschädigung anzubieten. Genauso ist es mit der Küchenschublade, die zerbrochen und verborgen wurde, indem sie wieder angebracht wurde, und natürlich ohne die verantwortliche Person des Hauses zu warnen.

La formulation de cette appréciation est diffamante. N'ayant pu conduire les locataires à l'Aéroport , et leur refus de prendre un taxi, la raison de cette critique est liée à la panne de la voiture du locataire non réparable en France. Aucune remarque n'a été émise pendant tout le séjour au service d 'entretien maison et piscine. Les locataires de la semaine précédente ont attribué 4 étoiles à la maison et désirent revenir.

In desperate need of TLC

The house has potensiale if the owner puts in money and effort. It was filthy and lacked cups and plates. Old bathrooms, shocking furniture. Beautiful surrondings, though and an ok pool.

Indeed a rattan sofa was broken on two parts by the tenant without informing at least the owner or cleaning service. Perfectly clean house at arrival. No complaint or request at all during the stay. Pool cleaner twice a week. 28 large plates and 15 cups at departure! HomeAway appreciation average rating 4.5 / 5. Most of the property photos on the HomeAway website are recent and reveal the mood and decoration of this family holiday home.

Sehr schönes Haus, die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr schöne Außenanlage, ein bisschen verwahrlost, aber sehr gemütlich... wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen... leider, leider keine Klimaanlage, bei uns war es schon sehr heiß...

Traumhafter Ort, tolle Natur!

Haus, Grundstück, Garten, Blick und Außenanlagen sind wirklich fantastisch. Ruhe, Natur pur und eine Aussicht aufs Meer, die einfach einmalig ist. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier bräuchte das Haus ein kleines Update. Ansonsten: toller, erholsamer Urlaub!

Superb location and views

The house is simply furnished but the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The exterior is gorgeous; a beautiful pool and pool bar area and it is just brilliant in the evening - apéritifs can be enjoyed on one of the four different terraces, each one with a perfect view of the sea and Île du Levant. Perfect for an utterly peaceful, chilled and relaxed holiday.

Petit coin de paradis

A part les petits moustiques virulents, et l'intérieur de la villa à certains égards un peu vétuste, c'est surtout l'endroit qui est magique, la situation de la villa dans son cadre arborisé aux essences multiples, composé avec goût. Vue splendide plongeant sur le bord de mer, depuis les nombreuses terrasses. Endroit idéal pour se retirer, lire et écrire, savourer la piscine, courir le long des crêtes ou partir en randonnées multiples. Jean-Pierre vous fournira tous les précieux conseils d'un amoureux du coin!

Phantastic location, comfortable house, great view

We did spend as a family three wonderful weeks at this house. La Croix Valmer is a perfect starting point for excursions in all the nice areas around. Beautiful beaches, much nicer than in many other areas of the Cote dÀzur we got to know. Infrastructure in la Croix Valmer is very good. The house itself offers plenty of space, very nice terrasses, nice garden with flowers, pool with sea view and an overall private and friendly atmosphere. The view is spectacular! The owner Jean-Pierre is outstandingly caring and supportive, whenever you need him and he gives very valuable recommendations. We happily will come back!!! vacances avec un sentiment de bien-être

Nous avons vu des vacances très agréable dans cette maison. Deux jours au début des vacances avec pluie persistante et seulemet 13° C (!) n'étaient pas très mauvais, parce que la maison avait un chauffage qui fonctionnait très bien, au sud pas une évidence! La vue á la mer de la maison (avant tout de la salle séjour) et des differents terrasses est fantastique, la position de la maison est très calme (sauf les grenouilles). Le service ètait trés bon, le nettoyage du piscine fonctionnait très bien. Que nous avons savouré aussi c'était la cuisine avec accès directement à la terrasse pour manger avec vue phantastique. Traumurlaub im Mai

Schönes Haus in sehr schöner Lage. Wunderbare Terassen und ein schöner Pool. Ausstattung des Hauses wie beschrieben.Übernahme und Rückgabe gut organisiert. Bei technischen Fragen war lokale Unterstützung schnell greifbar. Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns vorab mit vielen nützlichen Infomationen versorgte. Wir kommen wieder. Siggi und Familie mit Freunden

Schön!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in La Croix Valmer. Das Haus ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet, der Aussenbereich ist toll und der Pool wirklich ein Vergnügen, v.a. für die drei Kinder. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär und die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen. Ein idealer Ort für schöne Sommerferien. Herzlichen Dank!

No up to expectation

La maison est sale et odeur d'humidité, particulièrement sur le premier étage. Le jardin est envahi et un asile pour des insectes. De façon générale la propriété n'est pas maintenue ou n'est pas occupée correctement. The house is dirty and smell of dampness, especially on the first floor. Garden is overgrown and a haven for insects. Overall the property is not maintained or looked after properly.

Il y a eu dans le Var le 15 Juin 2010 des orages diluviens et inondations qui ont eu de sérieuses répercussions sur la flore et la faune. La recrudescence d'insectes de l'été 2010 est à déplorer sur tout le département du Var. L'entretient régulier de la villa n'est pas en cause devant cet évènement imprévisible. La maison étant situé au milieu des arbres a été plus exposée et sensible au phénomène exceptionnel d'humidité. We had in Var Côte d'Azur June the 15th a lot of heavy rains and floods having a massive influence on wildlife and flora. The sudden insects increase of 2010 summer was a general problem in Var country. House maintenance is definitely not the cause of this unexpected event. The villa surrounded by trees and forest is more exposed and sensitive to this rare climate event.
