The Villa was constructed in 1994 in the Provençal style, exemplified by its large tower. It is perched atop a rocky outcropping of the Maures ridge in the heights of La Croix-Valmer. With an extraordinary view of the sea, the villa contains five air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 10 adults.

Lovely stay in a great house

The property is lovely and exactly as described. It is peaceful, has beautiful views, a great pool and is very well equipped. The housekeeper who met us was very friendly and helpful, and communication with the owner ahead of the holiday was easy and informative. We would definitely visit again.

Overrated

It started with the communication that bedding and towels needed to be rented separately per person. This is unbelievable since any hotel room comes with bedding and towels… In addition, I had to ask for blankets, which also were not present. Furthermore, there was no soap available, which I purchased separately. Despite several communications, agreed upon checking in Time did not happen and was postponed for over an hour while waiting in front of the property. Although the view is unbelievable, the House and furnishings are dated. Cleanliness is marginal with debris and here in the corners. Parking in the Narrow street is challenging since the property garage is occupied by the owner. I am sure better properties can be found for a more reasonable price

I am saddened to see your comments and your disappointment. It is obvious that your rental habits are far from reality. You expect the services of an hotel and not of a rental. It is clearly indicated on the website that linen is not provided and I told you this again from our first discussions. You had the option to cancel immediately. We leave many things available to tenants: Sugar, salt, pepper, spices, herbal teas, dishwashing liquid and tablets...Toilet soap was never provided to me in any of the rentals I went to. The blankets were provided to you immediately upon your request they are not usually requested, it is hot this season We have asked you several times for your arrival time and without a response from you, the housekeeper has committed to another rental. She has a lot of work and cannot wait for your good will. She takes care of the upkeep of the house and no one has ever complained about it. The garage is the only place where we can store our personal belongings, so it is not possible to leave it available to tenants. It is rare on the Var coast to be able to park right next to the house as is the case here. Let's also talk about your cleanliness: sheets not removed, towels on the floor, trash piled up and not removed... I was waiting for your comments to make mine: I am sure that there are less unpleasant (unpleasant tone from the start which boded badly for the stay) and negative tenants, I have fortunately met some.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem herrlichen Haus. Wir waren drei Wochen zu Gast, davon waren eine Woche unsere erwachsenen Kinder zu Besuch. Dieses Haus hat eine geniale Raumaufteilung, auch die Terrassen und der Pool waren ideal für uns. Unser Hund hat sich vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend, besonders aus der obersten Etage. Unser Auto konnten wir in die Garage stellen, das ist ein großer Luxus.Der Strand ist in 9min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war vor und während dem Urlaub völlig unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, herzlichen Dank an Frau De Bastos.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit herausragender Aussicht die von einigen Mängeln bzgl. der Modernität der Unterkunft komplett ablenkt und das mit Recht. Einziges Manko wenn man so will war die Lage der Unterkunft, welche einen Spaziergang o.ä. aufgrund von Serpentinen etc fast unmöglich macht.

Im Gegensatz zu manch einem Vormieter kann ich nur sagen, dass die Kommunikation zwischen der Concierge und uns immer top funktioniert hat. Wir waren in einer Whats-App-Gruppe und bekamen alle Fragen innerhalb von 24 Stunden beantwortet. Auch die Begrüßung am ersten Tag war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns alles Notwendige im Haus gezeigt und ein kleiner Willkommensdrink gab es auch. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden und zwei Kindern angereist und beides war für die Vermieter kein Problem. Das Haus bietet ausgiebig Platz und hat auch viele Ecken, in die man sich zurückziehen kann, wenn man mal seine Ruhe möchte. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und auch der Fernseher bietet mehr als nur das analoge Angebot. Beim Pool könnten die Fliesenplättchen nachgebessert werden, aber das ist jammen auf hohem Niveau. Und dass man seine Bettwäsche/Badehandtücher selbst mitbringen muss, wurde rechtzeitig kommuniziert und stellt bei der Anreise mit dem eigenen Auto auch kein Problem dar. Wir hatten auch die Fahrräder dabei, die sich allerdings als nutzlos erwiesen. Bei einer regelmäßigen Steigung von18% haben wir für die Fortbewegung dann doch lieber das Auto benutzt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Südfrankreich

Wir waren zu siebt in dem schönen Ferienhaus in toller Lage und mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Wir haben dort eine sehr gute Zeit verbracht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und zur Housekeeperin war jederzeit einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist gut, dazu gibt es jeweils eigene Badezimmer. Klimatisierte Schlafräume sorgen für erholsame Nächte. Im Pool kann man sich zwischendurch wunderbar abkühlen. Insgesamt würden wir dieses Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen!

Traumhafter Ausblick

Der Ausblick auf das Meer, auf die Landschaft und die Stadt Cavalaire sur mer sowie der großzügige Pool sind der Wahnsinn. Es wird nur wenige Objekte geben, die so eine traumhafte Lage bieten können. In die Technik des Hauses wurde viel investiert: Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen, elektrische Rollladen, Alarmanlage, Kindersicherung am Pool, Küchengeräte usw.....Die Inneneinrichtung selbst ist ausschließlich funktional - man darf sich hier nicht an starken Gebrauchsspuren (z.B. blinde Trinkgläser, abgenutzte Schneidebretter, kaputter Staubsauger usw). stören. Für uns war das kein Problem, da uns Ausblick und Pool wichtiger waren. Einzig die Qualität der Betten hat uns Schwierigkeiten bereitet - wir fanden sie ziemlich hart und durchgelegen. Das ist aber unser persönliches Empfinden - für andere ist das vielleicht kein Problem. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, an den wir noch lange und gerne zurückdenken werden! Auch die Kontakte sowohl zur Vermieterin als auch zur Housekeeperin waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Côte d‘Azur vom Feinsten

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in La Croix Valmer, das Haus hatte alles, was wir brauchen, der Pool war spitze, die Kids waren begeistert. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, der Poolbereich abgeschlossen, also perfekte Bedingungen für unseren Hund!

La maison est vaste et très fonctionelle avec une superbe vue, seul bémol un peu en retrait pour les jeunes, ils ne peuvent pas se déplacer sans véhicule (un peu loin du centre à pied). A part ça la maison est complétement équipée, piscine, cuisine, etc... Arrivée et départ sans soucis, une personne nous attendais pour la remise de la maison et le jour du départ pareil. Je recommande cette maison pour son emplacement tranquille et ses commodités. Merci

Très bon Weekend à la Villa Corte Real

Nous avons passé un très très bon WE à la Villa Corte Real. La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse de cette villa tout en étages (une chambre au sous sol, deux au RDV et une au premier étage) et la superbe piscine certainement un vrai plus quand il fait un peu plus chaud! Les visites/plages/ balades à faire dans les environs sont magnifiques, surtout hors saison (l'été ce doit être difficile de circuler vu qu'il n'y a souvent qu'une route pour accéder aux villes, villages, plages). La maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle même si pour le prix je recommanderais de peaufiner encore un tout petit peu les détails: draps et serviettes fournis, cafetière disponible en plus de la machine nespresso, plus de plats à salade, quelques capsules nespresso à l'arrivée et gel douche à disposition etc.... La propriétaire a fait preuve de beaucoup de réactivité et de gentillesse dans les échanges avant notre arrivée, en essayant de tout faire pour que nous profitions de la maison plus longtemps, tout comme la personne qui nous a accueillie sur place (Laetitia) et a résolu deux micro problèmes. Bref, nous avons passé un week-end de déconfinement dont nous nous souviendrons avec plaisir et nous recommandons sincèrement la location.

This marvellous villa has become our family home, to our great delight.

Why they chose this property

We have spent our vacations in Saint-Tropez for the last 15 years. La Croix-Valmer (or just La Croix) is a seaside resort located right by the ridge of the Maures in a verdant location. It is a small jewel along the Mediterranean coast of the Var. La Croix-Valmer is located on a prestigious peninsula in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, between Lavandou and Saint-Tropez. La Croix-Valmer is a seaside resort in high demand by tourists. However, it has not lost its authenticity and its traditions. It is famous for its long natural beaches and a large protected area that extends over 220 hectares. With seven natural fine-sand beaches distributed over a six-kilometre coast, La Croix-Valmer is well-known for the quality of its water. It is just a few kilometres from Saint-Tropez! La Croix-Valmer has numerous walking paths and bike trails. A walk to Cape Lardier, in the midst of the stately parasol pines, is ideal for enjoying the pureness of nature. Passing through the vineyard route is also a true pleasure. Discover the best Provençal vintages and enjoy them in moderation.

What makes this property unique

In our 180-sq.m house, we especially like the spaciousness and calm in its verdant setting. Situated on a private estate, it has a private pool that cannot be seen from the outside.
Its five air-conditioned bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with WC, as well as large beds with high-quality mattresses.
This property was love at first sight, as it is located on a dead-end street with no traffic and no noise, yet nonetheless close to everything and barely two kilometres from the beaches.
