This was a wonderful stay. This property is perfectly located near two easy train stations, plenty of food options and a quaint little neighborhood feel.There is a laundromat right up the street. The owners were responsive and both were there to greet us upon our arrival with instructions! We will be back on our next trip to Paris!!!! (Plus the shower was big enough for our American size :) - both my husband and I are 6 ft )

The photos truly don’t do this apartment justice. It’s much nicer and comfortable in person. M. Marie and his wife welcomed us warmly and took the time to walk us through everything. The apartment itself as well was spotless, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and situated in a fantastic location. A great stay.

Wonderful Time in Paris

This property is a perfect little place to stay in Paris with restaurants and bakeries within short walks. Also a Monoprix down the street a few blocks. M. Didier is very welcoming and provides wonderful snacks and drinks upon arrival which is important when you are coming from a long flight. Easy to navigate to the metro which has a station very close.

Loved the apartment, location and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. Even a special Lilly of the valley for for Labor Day! Very touching!Hope to return to Paris again soon and this apartment would be my pick of places!

Wonderful holiday

Beautiful area, quaint typique Parisian flat, everything we needed was there. Host always available as needed, he was very responsive. Great restos & easy access to trains/metro. This was perfect for us! Merci M Marie!

Great time in Paris

We had a wonderful time in Paris and enjoyed the apartment. It was exactly as advertised. Close to the train station, lots of shops, and just minutes from the Eiffel Tower.

Very cozy place

I really enjoyed this place close everything ( metro stations, shops, market etc) the owners are really kind and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. And I just have good comments about this place.

Great couples apartment near Eiffel Tower

The owners were very kind and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. It is within a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and has restaurants and metro stations on the adjacent streets. So overall was situated in a perfect location. My partner and I were very pleased with the property and stay as a whole

Great location, easy access to the Metro, the owners are very helpful and easy to contact. Located on the ground floor which was great for us because we had a lot of luggage, that being said there’s not much of a view if that’s important to you. Very comfortable for my husband and I and our teenage daughter, highly recommend

Clean. Well situated. The flat has everything you need for your stay. The owners had little treats and coffee available which was a great touch and very appreciated. Close to two metro stations. Eiffel Tower a stones throw away. Markets, cheese shops, butcher, fish monger, bakeries and restaurants all down the street.

Lovely Hosts

Great little apartment very close to all amenities and metro. Gym and laundromat next door. Plenty of linen. Short walk to Eiffel Tower. Quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of clothes storage. Great hosts (drove 3 hours to greet us), very informative. We were 2 adults and one child with tonnes of luggage, and although it is a tight apartment, we managed to make it work with the cupboard space and the endless amounts of hangers!

Eiffel Tower Apartment

Marie and Didier were wonderful host. Very considerate and helpful with checkin. Apartment perfect for 2 people and fully equipped if you want to cook some meals. Apartment is perfectly located to visit Paris. About 5 minutes to Dupliex metro station. Very close to Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores short walk away. Nice laundry about 1 minute away down the Rue Juge. Lively area with plenty of bars and restaurants including an Asian restaurant just across the street. Would happily stay again in the future. Recommend not having a car - parking is on street, hard to find and very expensive. Public transportation is relatively inexpensive and extensive.

Perfect accommodation with exceptional hosts

We truly enjoyed our four night stay! The apartment is very well maintained. It is super clean, quiet, comfortable and stylish. We had everything we need. The beds are very comfy! The location is very close to Metro station and a short walking to EIFFEL TOWER, all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby. Host Mrs. Marie and Mr. Marie are such thoughtful, kind and warm hosts. Mr. Marie waited us for almost two hours to meet us in person to show us how to use the door keys and other stuff. They also left us yummy snack. The evening before our departure, Mrs. Marie called us to give us the suggestion for the quick and easy way to go to CDG airport in the early morning. We pre-booked the Uber to go to CDG next day which was great. Thank you Mrs. Marie and Mr. Marie! We will come back!

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem wunderbaren kleinen Apartment. Es entsprach genau den Fotos, besonders gut fanden wir das Bild vom Grundriss, also wussten wir genau, was uns erwartet. Alles war makellos sauber und im Gegensatz zu den meisten Unterkünften gab es endlich mal genug Handtücher. An der Ausstattung ist nichts zu vermissen. Der freundliche persönliche Empfang, etwas Süßes zur Begrüßung und etwas zu trinken im Kühlschrank rundeten das ab. Die Lage war super, Metro und Busse nur wenige Minuten entfernt, ein tabac mit freundlichen Besitzern und gutem Kaffee um die Ecke…. Kurzum: Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter

Muy acogedor y el apartamento super limpio. Además la ubicación inmejorable y con restaurantes, boulangeries y supermercados al lado. El anfitrión muy amable y contestando en seguida a cualquier duda que teníamos de la casa. En definitiva, para volver al mismo sitio si hay ocasión en el futuro.
