Perfect stay

House is fully equipped, we found everything we needed and even more. Everything was perfectly clean and prepared on our arrive. Patrick took even time to pick us up and to guide us to place. He explained everything exactly and gave helpful tipps to make us feel comfortable during our stay. From the terrace you have a phenomenal view over Santa Ghulia bay. It‘s breathtaking. You have a super clean pool a few steps away from the lot, it takes a five minutes walk to bars and restaurants and to the beach. Awesome! We hope to be back there very soon. Thanks Patrick!

Schönes kleines Häuschen in toller Umgebung

Uns hat der Urlaub bei Patrick sehr gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, nur wenige Meter von einem wunderschönen Strand mit vielen tollen Stränden in 10-20 Minuten Fahrt zu erreichen, zudem Pool und Tennisplatz. Patrick und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und haben alles in der Unterkunft, was man braucht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Accueil très chaleureux par le propriétaire. Appartement accueillant, très calme et sans vis à vis. Cuisine très bien équipée, literie confortable et une très belle terrasse avec une jolie vue sur mer.

M. Pieroni et sa conjointe sont très hospitalier et disponibles. L’emplacement est parfait, tout est fournit. M. Pieroni nous a donné plein d’informations sur les environs c’est un endroit incroyable à découvrir que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci pour tout.

Le paradis est trouvé

Nous avons séjourné avec nos enfants (10 et 7 ans) pendant une semaine. Le logement est idéalement situé pour la plage de Santa Giulia et la piscine (tout se fait à pied et la distance est idéale pour les enfants) et également pour les commerces à proximité et visiter le sud de la Corse. Le logement est très bien équipé : lave-linge, lave vaisselle, barbecue, baie à galandage... et même tuyau d'arrosage à l'entrée pour se rincer et ne pas mettre du sable partout dans la maison. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur disponibilité en amont pour répondre à nos questions et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous ne voulions plus partir. Nous espérons revenir !

Unterkunft, an die man gerne zurück denkt und wieder besuchen möchte.

Für 2 Personen in jeder Beziehung hervorragend, zudem ist der Vermieter äußerst bemüht. Alles Erforderliche In -Outdoor ist vorhanden. Strände, Restaurants der Umgebung in bester Qualität. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Wir waren eine Woche in dem kleinen Ferienhaus zu Gast. Sehr schöne Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht zum Meer, saubere, gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, und noch dazu zwei sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der Pool ist super, die gesamte Anlage macht einen prima Eindruck. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit (ca. 200m), und mit dem Auto kommt man schnell zu weiteren schönen Stränden. Besser geht es eigentlich nicht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Wunderbar

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Pierre und Sophie empfangen worden. Das Haus liegt sehr schön mit herrlichem Blick von der schönen Terrasse. Für 2 Personen ist es ideal. Der Strand war im Juli sehr voll, sodass wir zu anderen nahen Stränden in der Umgebung gefahren sind. Auch die Berge für Wanderungen sind gut erreichbar. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche.

Great quality/value for the price !

This great little villa is approx 200 meters down a private path to Santa Giulia beach (5min walk. ) Thus beach really deserves its top ranking as one of the best beaches in Corsica ! THE view from the huge terrace is soooooo much better/closer than the picture. A beautiful heated shared infinity pool is also available. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed even use of a beach umbrella ! All in all, we loved our stay and found this to be an amazing value and quality for the money ! Thank you to our great hosts

Une perle rare !

Notre séjour chez Patrick et Brigitte s'est passé à merveille. Leur logement est très propre, fonctionnel et la vue depuis la terrasse est absolument magnifique. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied depuis le logement, et la piscine chauffée est très agréable. Patrick et Brigitte nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Nous les remercions, et recommandons vivement leur logement pour des vacances de rêve à Santa Giulia !!!

ein paradiesischer Ort, wundervoll! Perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Die Lage in der karibisch anmutenden Bucht von Santa Giulia ist großartig. Das kleine Haus liegt in der ersten Reihe der sehr gepflegten Anlage, im Blickfeld ausschließlich Grün, das Meer und die Berge, wie auf den Fotos - in Wirklichkeit noch schöner, mit dem Duft der Macchia und dem Rauschen der Wellen. Wir haben stundenlang in der großzügigen Loggia gesessen und nur geschaut, gelauscht, genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach und praktisch eingerichtet, die Betten sehr gut. Unter dem Sofa gibts ein mobiles Bett, damit konnten wir das Queensize im Schlafzimmer zu einem großen Familienbett erweitern. Patrick und Brigitte haben uns freundlich empfangen und alles ausführlich erklärt. Als Eigentümer und Vermieter legen sie Wert auf Qualität und sind stets hilfsbereit; es ist ihnen ein wirkliches Anliegen, dass du deinen Urlaub hier voll genießen kannst. Die Waschmaschine hat während unseres Aufenthalts den Geist aufgegeben, Patrick hat ohne Zögern eine neue besorgt und am nächsten Tag installiert. Außergewöhnlich. Die kleine „Kombüse“ verfügt über alles Wesentliche incl. großem Kühlschrank; Gewürze, Öl und gute Messer hat man am besten im Gepäck. Ein großes Plus ist der gemauerte Holzkohlegrill im kleinen Hof vor der Haustür. Auf Mücken muss man gefasst sein, Moskitospray und Citronella-Kerzen nicht vergessen. Räucherspiralen waren in ausreichender Zahl vor Ort. Krümel etc. sollte man zügig aufkehren, sonst sind schnell Mengen kleiner Ameisen zur Stelle. Einkaufen: gleich außerhalb der Anlage gibt es einen winzigen Supermarkt - so wie man ihn auf Campingplätzen findet. Frisches Baguette, Getränke, Konserven, etwas Obst und Gemüse sowie Korsischen Schinken und Käse gibt es hier. Ansonsten fährt man zum Einkaufen etwa 7km hinauf zum sehr gut sortierten SPAR Markt. Grandios ist natürlich der STRAND! In 2-3 Minuten läuft man auf dem kleinen Pfad hinunter ans Wasser. Links ein kleinerer Strand mit schönen Felsen, rechts der weitläufige, flache Hauptstrand mit Bars und Restaurants. Ganz sauberes Wasser, ganz flach verlaufender herrlicher Sandstrand, ideal für kleine Kinder (und für alle anderen;) Wir waren schon an vielen schönen Orten und in vielen tollen Ferienhäusern - dieser Platz ist ganz ganz oben auf unserer Hitliste. Wärmstens zu empfehlen! Merci beaucoup Brigitte et Patrick! A la prochaine!

Superbe séjour et magnifique vue sur la mer

Propriétaires très accueillants et donnant de bon conseils pour le séjour vue magnifique sur la plage de Santa Giulia accessible à pied. Idéal pour un séjour entre mer et montagne. Nos 2 garçons de 8 et 10 ans ont aussi bien profité de la piscine et du tennis à disposition. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa à quelques pas d'une des plus belles plages de Corse. La vue est incroyable ! Un véritable paradis!

Un véritable coup de cœur!!! Le logement offre une vue à couper le souffle!! C’est très bien agencé, très propre. Tout près de la plage! Allez y et laissez vous guider par Patrick Pieroni! Son accueil, sa bienveillance et ses conseils sont plus que précieux! Nous sommes venus avec nos deux garçons de 10 ans et 13 ans, parfait pour nous 4! Merci encore pour ce coin de paradis!

La plus belle vue de Santa Giulia!!!!

Un séjour inoubliable, un logement très propre et fonctionnel avec une vue à couper le souffle. Rien devant vous a part les arbres puis la baie!!! Les hôtes sont au petits soins et en plus locaux! Nous y reviendrons les yeux fermés !!!
