Die Lage direkt am Meer (an einer Steilklippe) mit Blick über das Meer auf den Aetna und das davorliegende Catania ist super. Allerdings ist die direkte Umgebung nicht so toll, da es sich um eine ziemlich in die Jahre gekommene Ferienhaus-/Wohnungsanlage handelt, wo man überall "Zu-Verkaufen-Schilder" sieht. Das Ferienhaus an sich ist aber gepflegt und sauber (es handelt sich um ein Reihenendhaus). Wegen der direkten Umgebung aber ein Stern Abzug von uns.

Merveilleux logement avec vue imprenable sur la mer et l’Etna. Piscine privée mais non chauffée. Logement spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et propre. Accueil sympathique de la part de l’hôte.Logement bien situé pour visiter la côte entre Taormine et Syracuse.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Garten und Ätna-Blick

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt im April bei angenehmen Temperaturen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit dem Auto nach Syrakus, Catania, zum Ätna u.v.m. Wir haben Haus, Garten und Pool sehr genossen.

Wirklich wunderschön

Wirklich wunderschöne Unterkunft und toller, ruhiger Lage mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und den Etna. Alles tiptop. Man kann herrlich die Zeit verbringen, oder kleine Spaziergänge an der Küste machen. Ein Auto braucht man jedoch. Mit dem Auto ist man circa einer halben bis einer Stunde in vielen Städten oder Ausflugszielen, sowie am Flughafen.

Vue imprenable sur l'Etna

Nous avons passé un mémorable et reposant séjour dans cette maison, qui a toutes les qualités dont on pouvait rêver : accueil, propreté, équipements, terrasse avec vue sur mer et Etna, situation idéale entre Catane et Syracuse. La maison est dans une résidence, avec un gardien (très sympathique), ce que nous n'avions pas compris à notre arrivée: nous nous excusons auprès de la personne en charge de nous accueillir, que l'on a fait tourner en rond... Je recommande sans aucune hésitation, surtout hors saison, où tout est forcément plus calme.

Sehr schöne Tage

Das Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung. Wohnung und Pool sauber. Von der Terrasse kann man Steine ins Meer werfen. In 2 min ist man über Treppen und Leiter im Meer. Wir hatten tolle Tage mit schönem Blick auf Ätna und Meer. Was nicht schön war, aber das hat mit der Wohnung nichts zu tun, ist das Müllproblem in ganz Sizilien. Das sollte sich ändern. Ein so schönes Land, verliert damit Charme.

Séjour parfait

Petit coin de paradis pour 3 adultes,avec la vue splendide, la piscine très agréable et la mer à 3 minutes à pied pour la baignade .La literie est tres bonne. Petit bémol sur le réfrigérateur qui gagnerait sans doute à être changé. Très calme (pas de voisins pendant notre sejour) et en choisissant son moment on peut avoir la mer pour soi tout seul. Je recommande sans hesitation

Villa with a view!

Our favourite thing about this property is the view! to see Mount Etna and the sea from your swimming pool, garden, living room and one of the bedrooms is wonderful and really relaxing to listen to the birds and the sea. The villa can at first sight look small in some ways and at the same time it feels roomy and doesn't feel cramped. The area is away from mass tourism and so you get to experience real life in Sicily, so not everyone will speak English, but with a few words of Italian and some sign language you get by. Guiditta is a great host and we knew she was a WhatsApp message away and the villa has everything you need for your stay. Sciliy hasn't fully signed up to mass tourism so this is a big plus in some ways, especially for us and possibly a downside for some people. If you like local, rustic and far from the crowds this is a good place to be. The pool is a good size, it has no shallow end and is about 6ft deep. The villa is in a gated complex of other holiday villas, many of which were not occupied, so it was very quiet. This villa in a terrace of 4 or 5 single floor villas with the best views and is at the end of the terrace. You have to drive to restaurants or bars in nearby Brucoli which in a pretty bay. You also get to see sunrise and sunset.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit fantastischer Aussicht über die Bucht von Catania zum Ätna

In der Villa Giuditta findet man alles, was man für einen Sommerurlaub braucht. Dank einiger Renovierungsarbeiten macht sie wieder einen gepflegten Eindruck. Der Kontakt mit Giuditta war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort zum wiederholten Male sehr genossen. Vor allem die Ruhe ist grandios.

havre de paix les yeux dans le bleu

la maison est très agréable, bien ventilée et l'absence de climatisation n'est pas un problème. la literie est parfaite et à notre arrivée la maison était très propre et avec l'accueil charmant de Guiditta et du repas de bienvenue ( à prendre impérativement) nous avons démarré nos deux semaines de vacances sous les meilleurs auspices. l'emplacement de la maison est exceptionnel et pour sillonner l'est de la sicile vous aurez à moins de 1 heure de voiture accès à tous les spots majeurs de la sicile. pour ceux qui aiment l'animation importante passez votre chemin pour les amoureux du calme et de la beauté c'est par ici. encore mieux que sur les photos.

A part 2 jours de voisins sans gêne avec des enfants très bruyants du matin au soir, notre séjour a été parfait, Gullieta nous avais réservé un accueil charmant et un repas excellent. La villa est vraiment très bien placée, une vue superbe, et, quand les voisins ne sont pas là, d’un calme réparateur. Il ne manque rien, la villa est très bien équipée, la vue sur l’Etna et sur la baie est un émerveillement.

Einfach, aber gut.

Das Haus ist nun schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Unbedingt ist ein Leihwagen zu empfehlen. Es gibt zwar einen kleinen Laden, dennoch hatte er in unserem Zeitraum ( Okt ) nicht mehr geöffnet. Einen Supermarkt gibt es in Augusta,ca. eine halbe Stunde mit Auto entfernt....Grandios ist natürlich die Aussicht auf den Etna. Ein unbedingtes Muss Syracusa und Noto ....

Magique et magnifique ! Un endroit de rêve !

Giuditta est une hôtesse charmante et accueillante et sa villa est très bien située avec une vue à couper le souffle ! La piscine est un régal et l'endroit est assez isolé pour être tranquille. Les chambres sont bien équipées et tout est prévu : ventilateur, moustiquaire, prises anti moustique. Le mobilier est rustique mais confortable et tout l'électroménager est prévu. À recommander absolument !

Maison située en haut d'une falaise avec vue sur la mer et l'Etna. Absolument merveilleux. Accueil sans plus (très peu de conseils). Pas de wifi au début du sejour. Equipement correct mais ménage à revoir. Piscine d'une profondeur constante de 2 mètres Location à déconseiller pour jeunes enfants (falaise et piscine). Repas Sicilien proposé (20 €/personne) très bon.

Belle maison avec superbe vue sur l'Etna

La maison est charmante et correspond à 100 % à la description. La piscine et la vue sur l'Etna sont simplements magiques. Nous avons rencontré Giuditta qui est très sympathique. Le dîner d'accueil que nous avions choisi au poisson était bon et surtout pratique. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. même si l'endroit est un peu trop isolé à notre goût.

Enchantés !

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir passé qq jours à la villa Giuditta ! La propriétaire Giuditta, est très accueillante et chaleureuse. Nous sommes venus pour notre lune de miel et elle nous a apporté des petites attentions qui nous ont fait très plaisir! Le repas de bienvenu préparé par Cristina était délicieux et généreux, aux couleurs de la Sicile, nous nous sommes régalé ! La villa est simple mais parfaitement équipée, la terrasse et la vue sont juste exceptionnelles . Pas de vis à vis, en octobre vous serez tranquille, nous étions quasi les seuls ds la résidence! En 3 jours, nous avons pu visiter la côte est de l'île ( Syracuse, noto , taormina, cava grande) voiture indispensable.

I am a woman of 50 years. Born and raised in Catania. Villa Giuditta is the house where as a child I used to spend the summer holidays with my family.
I have several jobs: piano teacher, shiatsu therapist and the host of villa Giuditta!

Why they chose this property

This villa was left to me by my mother. For me it is very beautiful and there are deeply linked.
Unfortunately I can spend there just a few weeks a year, so I thought it was nice to be able to give the opportunity to other people to enjoy a holiday in this special place.
