Relax on your private deck with private hot tub or take in a movie in your own home theater room with 10 foot theater screen, surround sound and HD projector.

Firefly lodge features 3 bedroom suites. There are 2 king suites each with an in room Jacuzzi tub, HD flat screen TV, Bluray player and private bath with shower. The 3rd bedroom is a kids room with queen over queen bunk beds and private bath.

Gather in the great room with 25 foot vaulted ceilings and leather sofa and love-seat. The game room feature Foosball and a pool table as well as HD TV to watch a game.

Escape to the 101 degree hot tub on the covered deck after a long day of hiking and enjoy views of the stars above.

The cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen to prepare cabin meals as well as a gas grill. Large custom cedar dining table and bar stools for plenty of seating.

Free WIFI, washer/dryer in unit and ironing board and iron are included for your convenience. Plenty of parking!

Let me just say that looking at my Oura Ring on the day that we checked in, i had 14.5 hours of stress. I relate that entirely on the treatment that my family and i had to go through. We were arriving in Gatlinburg on Wednesday, April 16th. The 5 of us, we were traveling from Chicago, so we had to wake up at 4am to get to the airport to fly into Knoxville and then drive to Gatlinburg. We had booked Alta Vista to stay Wednesday Night - Monday Morning. Mind you this weekend is also Easter weekend i would argue a very busy weekend for families to be traveling to and from Gatlinburg. We arrived at Alta Vista at the check in time at 3. We unpacked the $500 worth of groceries, 5 suitcases, even down to putting my charger into the plug by the nightstand. One of us went to flush and the water wasn't going down and there was no water pressure. Let's check the sink if the water is running? No water from there either. We had reached out to Elk Springs, and they said that the maintenance man would be there within the hour. We were totally fine, thinking it was just a switch that needed to be switched on, in fact we were actually in the hot tub when the Maintenance Man arrived because we thought it was going to be an easy fix. Oh boy were we wrong. The maintenance man let us know that the houses were on their own individual wells and the pump that connected the house to the well was broken, thus they would have to dig down 750 feet to replace and there was no way that was happening within the night, let alone the next few weeks. He said that we would have to reach out to Elk Springs to find a new place to go. Here is where it gets good. We reach out and they said that there is nothing available to the same caliber of the house that we rented (pool, luxury amenities, hot tub) Also mind you that this house was not even a year old. They said that we could go to one and check out on Friday and then go to another house and check out o

Weekend get a way

Can’t say enough about how clean the house was upon arrival, we didn’t have to do a thing but unload our personal items and have fun! Very private even though there were homes around us you couldn’t see or hear any or the other houses around us. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare our meals! Very convenient location to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. We were only 15 minutes from downtown pigeon Forge and only 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and the best thing there was no traffic to either location. Another good perk is we were only minutes away from a major grocery store with no traffic! Again, can’t say enough about how clean the house was and how great the location is! Highly recommended

The location allowed you to go to many sites without having to travel through the busy areas. The process for renting and using the cabins was excellent as was the customer service. A minor maintenance issue was handled quickly on the weekend. Our group rented multiple cabins and all were great.

I will definitely request this cabin again when we return next year. Although there are other cabins around it (they aren’t too close) you felt as if you were in your own little world. It was in such a peaceful and quaint location. The staff is simply the best!! I can’t say enough good things about how well we were treated by customer service team. Excellent job to the staff!!!

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect! An easy trip to gatlinburg or pigeon forge. The neighborhood is wonderful as the cabins are not right on top of one another (at least for our cabin), when on our back porch, it felt entirely secluded. The upstairs master could definitely use a new mattress. My husband and I prefer a firm one, but this was like laying on a brick. I’ve never been so happy to get home to my own bed! I know it’s a rental, but things like mattresses are important and shouldn’t be cheaped out on!!!! We rented this particular cabin bc of the theater room given that we would be there sat and Sunday and our guys enjoy football. Well, imagine our surprise when we found a room full of detailed DON’Ts plastered on the wall regarding the theater system and a system that didn’t work aside from an antiquated DVD player. The rules prohibited us from troubleshooting. The instructions sent by rental company indicated that it would work with cable tv. That was untrue. They did send a maintenance person out to bring us an adapter so that we could use our own Amazon firestick with the system. That was super helpful, but what if we hadn’t brought that with us? We would have booked a cabin that we would not have been able to use the key feature of. The theater systems truly need updating if that is going to be the focal point of your advertisement for a particular cabin!!! These are so antiquated. Or at the very least put a smart dvd player in or something so that people can log into their own streaming services. No one totes around DVDs in 2023 LOL. That’s a sad bit of effort on the owners part. Like I said, we loved loved loved the cabin! We would book it again. But there are a few things that should be addressed to achieve a better guest experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here in November with husband and 24-yr old son. Pleasantly surprised - the unit was even bigger than I expected from the photos. Hot tub was fantastic, loved the theater room (we brought a laptop). Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Plenty of towels and toilet paper for our stay even though we had extra just in case. Kitchen well-stocked with appliances/pots and pans. It didn't have any spices, etc. like some places have, but in this COVID world maybe less cabins are keeping them around. Liked the location of the cabin - pretty easy drive compared to some we've done and it was nice being on the east side of Gatlinburg near a grocery and restaurants. You wouldn't need to go in to town and traffic if you don't want to. House was clean and ready for us. Enjoyed the pool table and fireplace. Coffee maker in kitchen had some issues with the carafe (seems broken) but still worked. We only had one car, but there is room for several if you had multiple families staying. Great communication with the home office - they checked in on us and good communication prior to check-in too.Would definitely recommend!!
