Amazing Apartment

We had an amazing time in an amazing apartment! The rooms are pretty, perfectly clean, tastefully and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are totally comfortable. The rooms are bright and friendly. The house is peacefully situated and contains a terrace with garden furniture from where we had a delightful look to the well kept garden.  And the panoramic view is phantastic. Just... perfect! If you have a question Renata will help and arrange everything quickly. Many thanks to Renata for the great holiday!!

Heerlijk nazomeren

Een ontzettend fijn verblijf, met mooie sfeervolle en complete inrichting. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal, zeker wanneer de avond invalt en de lampjes in Spotorno gaan branden. Gastvrouw Renata heeft met haar tips En adviezen zeker bijgedragen aan een heerlijke ontspannen en onbezorgde vakantie. Eerdere recensies gaven aan dat er problemen zouden zijn met de koelkast en het koffiezetapparaat; deze punten zijn verholpen. Spotorno en Noli Zijn hele gezellige dorpjes op Loopafstand gelegen van het vakantiehuis.

Garten mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Renata hat uns nett empfangen, alle Einzelheiten des Hauses erklärt und uns gute Tipps zu Stränden, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt (Einbauschränke im Flur, 3. Bad mit Zugang von der Terrasse, großes Wohnzimmer) und ist hervorragend ausgestattet (Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, unzählige Stühle und Liegen im Freien, Weber-Grill, Außendusche, Markise, reichlich Geschirr und sonstige Verbrauchsmaterialien). Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll - wie auf den Fotos zu sehen - und hat uns gut gefallen. Im Garten und auf der Terrasse gibt es immer ausreichend Sonne und Schatten, je nach Belieben. Wir haben oft die Plätze gewechselt - unsere Favoriten waren die Liegen unter den Pinien und der Tisch unter dem Olivenbaum mit dem wundervollen Blick aufs Meer. Das Auto haben wir meistens unter dem Baum links an der Mauer, 50 Meter unterhalb des Eingangs, geparkt. Der Fußweg nach Noli auf der alten "Straße" ist gut zu finden, ist urig und eine schöne Möglichkeit den Ort und die Umgebung kennenzulernen. Wir haben 3 Wochen hier gewohnt und uns jeden Tag über unsere Entscheidung gefreut, dieses Haus mit dem tollen Garten und der schönen Terrasse ausgesucht zu haben! Danke an Renata!

Potemkinsche Aussicht

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bei dieser Wohnung definitiv ungenügend. Es hat schon mit dem warmen Kühlschrank angefangen, weil die Sicherung rausgeflogen war. Zudem wurde uns ein falsches W-Lan-Passwort kommuniziert, sodass wir den ersten Tag ohne dieses auskommen musste. Dazu kamen die folgenden Unzulänglichkeiten, die so viel Geld, wie wir bezahlt haben, nicht Wert sind. Da ist beispielsweise die verschimmelte Dusche (die auch so stinkt), ein verschimmelter, dreckiger Mikrowellenofen, ein versifftes Eisfach und nicht zuletzt eine dreckige Spülmaschine, in der sogar noch eine vergammelte Bohne lag. Überall Staub, Krümmel und Haare. Im Innern unbrauchbares Mobiliar: ein Sofa, auf dem man nicht sitzen kann, ein Sessel, der durchgesessen ist und Stühle, die fast zusammenkrachen. Dazu kamen die vielen Ameisen, Kellerasseln und giftigen Mücken, die einem das Fenster öffnen in der Nacht verunmöglichten. Eine laute Klimaanlage gab es nur im Wohnessraum. Nach vier von sechs gebuchten Tagen haben wir es nicht mehr ausgehalten und sind abgereist. Schade! Die schönsten Tage im Jahr haben wir uns anders vorgestellt; wirkliche Gastfreundschaft auch. Fair wäre es gewesen, wenn wir zwei Tage zurückerstattet bekommen hätten, inkl. der Endreinigungskosten, weil sauber, weiß Gott, was anderes ist. All diese Punkte haben wir der Vermieterin erfolglos mitgeteilt. Als Reaktion kam lediglich, dass wir uns ja hätten melden können. Was das gebracht hätte, ist uns allerdings ein Rätsel. Das Instandstellen der Wohnung hätte länger gedauert, als unsere gebuchten Urlaubstage lang waren. Hinter den Bildern im Online-Inserate steckt leider nicht das was man vermutet.

einzigartige Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einzigartig mit Blick über die Küste. Schöne große Terrasse und Garten. Ausstattung Wohnzimmer und Küche sehr gut. Wir waren etwas überrascht dass es sich nur um eine Wohnung in der Villa handelte, aber wir waren alleine. Leider kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Küchenutensilien und Mikrowelle waren leider schmutzig. Wir waren Ende September dort und es regnete zeitweise heftig, im hinteren Teile der Wohnung (Bäder und eines des Schlafzimmer) war es dann relativ kühl, v.a. abends, da dort auch kaum Sonnenlicht hinkam. Check in und check out war sehr einfach und unproblematisch.

Vacanza splendida

Stupenda vacanza di relax per la splendisa posizione in collina, con vista spettacolare sia di giorno che la sera. L'appartamento ha un terrazzo stupendo e giardino dove io e la mia famiglia ci siamo rilassati dopo le giornate in spiaggia e soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato di arrivare e parcheggiare la macchina quasi davanti al portoncino di casa senza dover perdere tempo. Grande disponibilità da parte dell'host che ringrazio infinitamente.

Wunderschön gelegen, hervorragend ausgestattet

Das Appartement von Renata liegt oberhalb von Noli und Spotorno (mit Blick auf Spotorno). Auch zu Fuß sind beide Ortschaften in 25 Minuten über schöne alte Wege zu errreichen. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Teil eines Hauses. Es gibt ein oder zwei weitere Parteien. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang und einen eigenen Garten. Es ist alles sehr großzügig geschnitten und schick eingerichtet. Die bodentiefen Fenster lassen viel Licht in die Wohnung. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus kostenfrei abstellen, da die Straße eine Sackgasse ist. Renata ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Vor Ort gibt es einen weiteren Kontakt, der bei Bedarf - wie Gasflasche tauschen - binnen einer Stunde da ist. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gern weiter.

Relax e Incanto

Avevo bisogno di un luogo per rilassarmi, in mezzo al verde, vista mare, cura dei particolari dell'abitazione, spazi grandi per avere tutti la propria libertà. A casa di Renata, persona splendida, abbiamo trovato tutto questo, abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa. La vista è incantevole, l'abitazione curata nei dettagli con gusto, il giardino: due pini marittimi e un ulivo che bastava guardarli per rilassarti e goderti la vista del golfo e il profumo misto tra il verde e la salsedine. Il barbecue per delle belle cene all'aperto dopo una giornata al mare. È un incanto! La proprietaria Renata è molto simpatica e socievole, ti ospita come fossi un amico. Grazie per averci fatto passare una settimana indimenticabile.

Vista stupenda sul mare

Casa bellissima, pulita e situata in un quartiere molto tranquillo, stanze spaziose ed arredamento moderno molto piacevole. Oltre alla splendida vista, appartamento e giardino sono piacevolissimi da vivere. Solo il rimbombo della musica a tarda sera/notte può incrinare la tranquillità del luogo, ma verosimilmente si tratta di un fenomeno limitato al periodo di agosto.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Man weiß gar nicht, wo man beginnen soll zu schwärmen: bei der traumhaften Lage des Domizils, hoch über dem Meer, mit weitem Blick über Insel, Küste und Meer, bei dem weitläufigen Garten, der großen Terrasse (teils überdacht) oder doch bei dem großzügig geschnittenen, modern eingerichteten Haus, das mit allem Komfort ausgestattet ist? Jedenfalls haben wir nichts vermisst und uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir jederzeit sehr gerne wieder kommen würden. Renata war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und war mit Tipps und der Beantwortung all unserer Fragen für uns da.

Fantastischer Blick auf die Bucht, schönes modernes sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus

Renata hatte uns sehr freundlich empfangen, spendete uns kurzfristig Pasta, Kartoffeln und Tomatensoße, da am Feiertag die meisten Supermärkte geschlossen hatten. Ein Problem mit der Elektroanlage (Sicherung) war innerhalb einer Stunde geregelt. Das Haus ist innen wie außen sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei der Einrichtung wurde viel Wert auf Design gelegt, lichtdurchflutet durch viel Glas. Auch bei schlechterem Wetter bietet eine Überdachung die Möglichkeit sich im Freien aufzuhalten. Bei Sonne spendet eine großflächige ausfahrbare Marquise Schatten. Ein Gasgrill optimiert jedes Barbecue. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Nachmittags bei schönstem Wetter, wir wollten mit schöner Aussicht relaxen, musste der Gärtner den Rasen mähen !
