The Casalo - Villa with magnificent views of the Ligurian coast and large garden

Newly built detached house, surrounded by greenery, a 20-minute walk from the sea (7 minutes by car), with a breathtaking view of the Ligurian Gulf to the west, towards France.<br>Finale Ligure is highly regarded and famous for its endless outdoor sports opportunities.<br>This bright home is built on a typical Ligurian terraced lot, surrounded by a large garden with a parking space.<br>At the entrance, you’ll find a cosy living room—simple yet equipped with all the comforts: a sofa (which converts into a queen-size bed for a fifth guest), two armchairs, a bookshelf, a television, and a round dining table.<br>The fully equipped open-concept kitchen features an island—with two stools on one side and shelves on the other—that separates it from the living area.<br>The bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—are spacious and feature large closets, nightstands, and bedside lamps.<br>The bathroom has a large shower and is fully equipped, including a washing machine.<br>From both bedrooms, you can enjoy the enchanting view of the sea through large French doors with motorised shutters, which also provide access to the garden.<br>The living room windows overlook a pleasant wooden pergola with stone flooring, featuring a large table where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.<br>The pergola provides shade until evening, but on the spacious lawn—furnished with lounge chairs and deck chairs—you can enjoy sunny days sunbathing away from the crowds on the beaches. <br>Across from the parking space is a storage shed where you can safely store your bicycles and perform any necessary maintenance using the bike stand inside. <br>A travel cot, high chair, and changing table are available upon request. <br>The apartment is also equipped with a clothesline, a robot vacuum cleaner, a vertical steamer, a step ladder to reach the top shelf of the closet for storing suitcases, and two tower fans for the hottest nights. <br>My home does not currently have air conditioning.<br>The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, an air fryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a handheld vacuum; in addition to a full set of dishes and cookware, we’ll provide essentials (tea, sugar, coffee, oil, salt, and more) so that your holiday can begin without having to worry right away about the basics of your stay. <br>The house is fully accessible to wheelchair users; the shower has a small step at the entrance; upon request, a chair will be provided for greater comfort and safety. <br>Wi-Fi is available, and the television is equipped with a Fire TV Stick 4K.<br>Rechargeable lamps are provided to create a more atmospheric lighting for your outdoor dinners. <br>Hot water and heating (underfloor, of course in winter) are provided by solar panels located on the property above the house. <br>Disposable charcoal grills will be available for outdoor cooking on a dedicated table.<br>A payment of 80 euros is required at the property as a contribution towards cleaning costs.<br>Given its location, access to the house is rather limited for large vehicles.... There will certainly be no problems for similar vehicles and up to a van similar to a Ford Tourneo Custom.<br>The tourist tax is 1.5 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights of your stay, to be paid at the property.<br> According to municipal regulations, the tourist tax is in effect from April 1 through October 31.<br> It does not apply to children under 12 years of age.<br>We wish you a wonderful, relaxing, and unforgettable stay at our home and in Finale Ligure! <br>Laura, Marcello, Gilberto <br>The Casalo.
