About this property

House with large garden and very panoramic terrace

The house is situated in our own countryside with olive trees and we produce very good olive oil.
It is in an ideal and very quiet (but not isolated) environment.

The highlights are the great terrace (35 m2) and the garden reserved for our guests with a very impressive and wide view .
By the way, in very clear days we can see in the distance from the great terrace of the house the Dome and Giotto’s bell tower!
From there you can reach by car Pistoia, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena and Vinci all within an hour and visit easily all the region.
The location is perfect both for people who want to relax in the typical Tuscan countryside and for those who are fond of trekking and biking.
Nearby you can find swimming pools, tennis courts and golf clubs.

At your disposal are the big dining room with the fireplace and the little kitchen recently renewed with dishwasher .
The house is fully equipped since we use it during the year.
There are two bedrooms: the one on the first floor with a double sofa bed and bathroom and the second one on the second floor with a small bathroom and the access to the big panoramic terrace.
This separate distribution allows to have complete privacy in case of two couples of friends.
You can park within the property.

We live now and then in the flat on the ground floor.

We’re very pleased to give our guests any information to make more pleasant their holiday and for those interested we’d be glad to speak Italian and why not, to cook some typical Italian dish!

Perfect and very beautiful Apartment inside the heart of Tuskani

Located inside a hilly area full of olive-trees we (family with 2 girls 8 and 12 years) found this perfect apartment. Claudia and Gianfranco welcomed us very warmhearted and were caring all our wishes. The apartment is fully equipped as described, parking with private parking-lot on the property inside the fence is very safe. Going shopping to Quarrata or Pistoia is quite comfortable. We were going for day-trips to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena combined with 3 days swimming in Mediterranean sea (wonderful beaches in Viareggio). This was our first time in Tuskani, and it makes us think to come back soon, thanks Claudia and Gianfranco.

Claudia en Gianfranco hebben ons een schitterend onderdak geboden. Prachtig gelegen met vanaf het dakterras een fraai uitzicht op het begin van de Appenijnen en Prato, Pistoia en bij helder weer is er zelfs een glimp van Florence te zien. ‘s Ochtends in alle vroegte wondermooie zonsopgangen en ‘s avonds duizenden glinsterlichtjes van de stadjes in de omgeving…Vanaf hun huis is het prima te doen om uitstapjes te maken met de auto naar bijvoorbeeld Prato en Pistoia.Heel bijzonder is ook de gastvrijheid van Claudia en Gianfranco; lieve mensen, geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Dank jullie allebei zeer voor het mogen genieten van al dat moois…Mille grazie, merçi beaucoup!!!

Location idéale pour visiter la Toscane

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Claudia et Franco. Du premier jour jusqu'à notre départ nous avons apprécié l'accueil, les conseils, les attentions de nos hôtes. Nous avons également apprécié l'emplacement dans la propriété pour garer la voiture et le calme. De plus à environ 12 minutes en voiture nous avons emprunté pour nos visites vers Florence, Pise et Sienne le train qui se trouve à Pistoia. Seulement 2 euros pour stationner sur le parking pour 24 heures qui se trouve à 8 minutes à pied de la gare.Je recommande cette location. Il ne manque rien c'est comme à la maison. Bravo

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben 5 wunderschöne Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Sie liegt abseits des Rummels und dennoch perfekt, um Ausflüge zu den toskanischen Highlights zu machen. Die große Terrasse mit Blick auf das Umland ist traumhaft, die Zimmeraufteilung sehr großzügig. Besonders wurde unser Aufenthalt aber auch durch die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Grazie mille!

Ein Ort zum Erholen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, alle benötigte Infrastruktur ist aber in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Lage der Wohnung ermöglicht nicht nur einen fantastischen weiten Blick nach Florenz, Prato und Pistoia, sondern ist auch ein prima Ort, um diese und weitere Orte der Toskana bis hin ins Chianti bequem zu erreichen. Ab Prato oder Pistoia kann man auch den Zug nutzen und bequem z. B. nach Florenz fahren. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen reichlich ausgestattet (inkl. zwei Toiletten) und hat dadurch, dass sie teilweise auch privat genutzt wird, einen besonderen Charme. Keine Standard-IKEA-Ausstattung, wie man es mittlerweile häufig sehen kann, sondern sehr individuell und mit authentischem Flair. Durch die Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer/Küche und den Schlafzimmern ist es auch bei den sehr hohen Sommertemperaturen angenehm temperiert. Auf der Terrasse weht meist ein laues Lüftchen, sodass man auch im Hochsommer gern abends draußen sitzen mag. Mückenschutz ist aber unerlässlich. Die Vermieter Claudia und Gianfranco haben sich als wahre Gastgeber erwiesen - unkompliziert und so herzlich, dass uns der Abschied schwergefallen ist. Grazie mille per la vostra ospitalità e per le belle conversazioni. Continuerò a imparare l'italiano :-)

Aussicht von der Dachterrasse: Unbeschreiblich, 30 Km bis zum Dom in Florenz, >180° Rundumsicht. Tipp: Fernglas mitnehmen. Ruhe: Einzigartig (wir kommen aus einem Großstadtzentrum). Absolut entspannend. Vermieter waren manchmal vor Ort (Wohnung EG), sehr freundlich, absolut diskret! Wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchte! Ohne Abstriche empfehlenswert!

Maison super bien située à proximité cette magnifique partie de la Toscane. Endroit très calme avec une vue magnifique. Accès facile. Très propre. Mein Mann und ich haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem tollen Haus in Montemagno genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, die einen fantastischen Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft bietet. Claudia und Gianfranco sind wundervolle Vermieter, die uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt haben und sogar eine Aufmerksamkeit zu unserem Hochzeitstag parat hatten. Uitstekend verblijf in Montemagno

Een ruim en schoon huis met airco en van alle gemakken voorzien (handleiding voor alle apparaten aanwezig). Een rustige tuin met olijfbomen en enkele oude eiken waar je in de schaduw lekker kunt wegdromen. Panoramisch dakterras met fantastisch uitzicht over een vallei en de verte de voet van de Apennijnen. Heel goed contact met de eigenaren die zeer behulpzaam zijn.

Under the Tuscan sun

I rented this property for the entire month of October. Everything was delightful and I had a great time! The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the weather was spectacular (no rain, warm), the accommodations had everything you would need, it was a safe and scenic neighborhood, and was well situated for other travel. The only small drawback was you definitely need a car, since it's somewhat remote and public transport would not be sufficient and walking would be very onerous, but that also is part of it's charm. I highly recommend it!

Fantastische, familienfreundliche Unterkunft für Urlaub in Nord-Toskana

Wir haben einen wunderbaren zweiwöchigen Urlaub mit unseren drei Kindern (7, 4 und 0,5) in diesem Ferienhaus in Quarrata verbracht. Die Lage oberhalb des Ortes mit wunderbarem weitem Blick (vor allem von der Dachterrasse!) könnte nicht besser sein zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann, und wenn doch einmal etwas fehlt, kann man das kaum so schnell erwähnen, wie Claudia und Gianfranco einem aushelfen. Der Garten war ein Paradies für die Kinder. Und vor allem haben wir in vielen Jahren Urlauben mit Kindern noch nie so herzliche, kinderliebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber gehabt, bei denen wir uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt haben. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in der, mit Liebe eingerichteten Unterkunft verbracht! Es fehlte an Nichts und es war super sauber! Die Vermieter Claudia und Franko sind total um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht, ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und gaben super Tips! Ein Abend an dem wir sehr lecker von Claudia bekocht wurden und der mit Grappe abgerundet wurde, durften wir mit den Beiden ebenso verbringen! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Willkommen bei Freunden...

Wir haben eine mit liebe eingerichtete Wohnung über zwei Etagen vorgefunden, die auch bei 42 Grad, gut zu bewohnen war. Claudia und Gianfranco haben uns herzlich willkommen und waren immer um unser Wohl bemüht - nochmals vielen Dank hierfür! Nahezu einzigartig war der Blick von der großen Dachterrasse. Ohne Frage werden wir die Wohnung wieder besuchen, vielleicht, wenn es in Italien nicht ganz so warm ist ;-) Wir haben die Wohnung schon in unserem Bekanntenkreis weiter empfohlen! Fantastisch vakantiehuis in Toscane

We zijn enorm hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren Claudia en Gianfranco. We hadden de hele eerste en tweede verdieping tot onze beschikking, inclusief fantastisch panoramisch dakterras. Met helder weer zagen we in de verte zelfs Florence liggen. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor allerlei prachtige steden in de buurt. Kortom: een absolute aanrader!!!

Traumurlaub in der Toskana

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub zu viert (2 Kinder 9 und 11 Jahre). Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage in den Olivenhainen, direkt am Berg über Quarrata und Pistoia. Dadurch hat man einen grandiosen Blick von der Terrasse und der Wohnung über die nördliche Toskana mit den Bergen bis nach Florenz. Alle großen sehenswerten Städte sind mit dem Auto in ca. 1-1,5 h zu erreichen. Ebenfalls ist man in ca. 1 h am Mittelmeer, mit tollen Stränden und Pinienwäldern. In den Nachbarorten gibt es auch 3 verschiedene kleine Schwimmbäder. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Wenn doch mal etwas gebraucht wird, sind Claudia und Gianfranco bereit, schnell auszuhelfen (Wir haben einen Geburtstagskuchen gebacken und benötigten eine Waage.) Es gibt einen zauberhaften, wunderbaren Garten, mit einem Tisch und einem großen Sonnenschirm, wo sich herrliche Abendessen genießen lassen. Claudia und Gianfranco sind tolle Gastgeber! Sehr liebevoll, herzlich und absolut hilfsbereit, auch bei manch organisatorischen Herausforderungen auf italienisch. Wir fühlten uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und willkommen. Danke für einen erlebnisreichen und familiären Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Vacanza magica in posizione da favola

Esperienza indimenticabile in una location favolosa. La casa è ben attrezzata, confortevole e circondata da ulivi e vigne. La tranquillità è garantita. Tuscany at its Best

We (a couple w/ our 15 years old daughter) stayed for one week in this wonderful two stories apartment of Claudia & Gianfranco. It is located in the hills above Pistoia with an amazing view - you even can see the dome of Florence. It is easy to reach all the interesting locations of the Tuscany and the birth place of da Vinci is just on the other side of the hill. Claudia & Gianfranco are very curteous hosts. We enjoyed it very much to have an evening with ice cream & peaches and a pleasant talk with them. And maybe our daughter will join them for the olive harvest ;-))

Tasocana wie man sichs wünscht

Das Haus hat eine herrliche Lage mit einem fantastischen Ausblick von der großen Dachterasse. Eingerichtet viel mehr wie ein Zuhause als eine herkömmliche Ferienwohnung. Ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt um die Region von FLorenz bis Lucca zu besuchen aber genauso gut geeignet sich es einfach auf der Terasse, dem Balkon oder im Olivenhain gemütlich zu machen, das lokale Essen zu genießen und einfach mal nichts zu tun. Nicht zu vergessen sind zu guter Letzt die Vermieter, ein sehr herzliches Ehepaar, die sich liebevoll darum bemühen, dass man sich vollkommen wohlfühlt und es einem an nichts fehlt. Ein kleines Paradies

Hier kann man einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen und die Toskana authentisch kennenlernen. Das Haus ist in der Realität noch schöner als auf den Fotos, großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Vermieter haben sogar viele kleine Dinge vor Ort vorbereitet, die nicht selbstverständlich sind. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch und ist hervorragend geeignet, um von dort aus Ausflüge z. B. nach Pisa, Florenz oder Siena zu machen. Man benötigt hierfür in jedem Fall ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der großen Terrasse ist sensationell. Auch im wunderschönen Garten kann man die Ruhe genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, wenn man etwas benötigt, aber niemals aufdringlich. Sie haben auch immer Tips für Unternehmungen parat. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub in der Toskana. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir nochmal in die Toskana reisen, dann werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Perfekt!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt malerisch zwischen Olivenhainen und ist von den Kunststädten Pisa und Florenz nicht weit entfernt. Innen ist die Wohnung sauber, bequem eingerichtet und wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet. Besonders toll gefallen hat die Dachterasse von der aus man einen atemberaubenden Blick über die umliegenden Hügel hat. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die aufmerksamen und sehr freundlichen Vermieter, die wesentlich zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt beitrugen. Wir sagen: Mille grazie für den wunderschönen Urlaub!
