Stylish and well-appointed flat

Leonardo was a delightful host and very helpful. The flat is comfortable and positioned brilliantly to get all around the sites of Trapani. It is above a fairly busy road so you would need to be okay with some street noise. It’s a decent walk to the cable car that takes you up to the medieval town of Erice - a must-do activity. The restaurant virtually across the road from this property did absolutely stunning food at a very reasonable price

Altbau Tràpani

Wohnung liegt in einem feudalen Altbau. Hübsch bemalte Decken, Fußböden mit schönen Fliesen, Stilmöbel. Schlafzimmer zur Straße. Verkehr dort auch nachts. Fenster dämmen weder Kälte noch Lärm nennenswert. Heizung läuft nur sporadisch. Bad/Toilette winzig. Warmwasser aus elektrischem Boiler braucht ca. 5-10 Minuten zum Aufheizen und reicht dann knapp für eine Dusche. Gelegentliche kurze Stromausfälle. Die Wohnung hat, anders als die Beschreibung vermuten lässt, keinen eigenen Parkplatz! In der näheren Umgebung finden sich aber gebührenpflichtige öffentliche (0,70 - 1 €/ Std.). Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Bellissima vacanza in centro Trapani

Ho soggiornato in questa casa con il mio compagno per 14 giorni. L'appartamento è piccolo ma efficace e pulito; si trova in pieno centro città, vicino alla zona pedonale ed è perfetto per chi, come noi, non è automunito: a meno di 1 km di distanza si trovano la stazione dei bus, una fermata del pullman urbano e il porto. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza tra mare e cultura; il proprietario è molto disponibile e ci ha consigliato i posti imperdibili della bella Sicilia. L'unica nota negativa è il fatto che di notte si sentono parecchi rumori, essendo la casa affacciata su una delle vie centrali del paese. Nonostante ciò consigliamo una vacanza in questa proprietà!

Ses plafonds peints et ses sols d’anciens carreaux de faïence offrent à cet appartement, situé dans un bel immeuble du XIXème siècle, un charme certain. Son équipement, conforme à sa description dans l’annonce, a bien répondu à nos attentes. Enfin, sa localisation (proche de la vieille ville de Trapani, du port, des plages, des arrêts de bus, de tous les commerces utiles à notre quotidien) a considérablement facilité notre séjour et nous a permis de découvrir une région magnifique dont nous n’avons certainement pas épuisé les richesses en huit jours ! Ma fille et moi remercions chaleureusement, pour son extraordinaire hospitalité, Léonardo Greco, qui nous a accueillies à l’aéroport, nous a accordé beaucoup de temps pour nous familiariser avec Trapani et ses environs et qui nous a prodigué des conseils éclairés quant aux sites incontournables. Je reviendrai, c’est sûr, et m’en réjouis d’ores et déjà !

Proprietari riservati e cordiali, molto gradite le loro conoscenze storiche che hanno reso ancora più interessante il nostro interesse per la visita ai vari siti archeologici. E' stato il nostro secondo viaggio a Trapani e ogni volta si apprende altra bellezza dell'isola. Questa struttura sarà di nostro gradimento per i prossimi soggiorni futuri.

Trapani is beautiful!

Innanzi tutto vorrei spendere due parole sulla magnifica ospitalità del Prof. Greco. Un perfetto oste e ancor di più...sempre premuroso nel chiedere come procedeva il nostro soggiorno e pronto a darci consigli pratici su dove andare o cosa vedere. Per non parlare della grande cortesia di averci aspettati al nostro arrivo in aeroporto e di averci salutati con un gradito omaggio di questa terra fantastica. L'appartamento è esattamente così come descritto. Elegante, pulito, luminoso, silenzioso, con ogni accessorio utile per un perfetto soggiorno. A due passi dalla magnifica isola pedonale, vicinissimo alla stazione degli autobus, al porto e alle spiagge di Trapani. Se posso dare un consiglio forse curerei un pò di più il bagno (accessori un po' vecchi che rispetto al resto della casa forse stonano un po') e fornirei anche solo di un condizionatore portatile per sopportare il caldo che in alcuni momenti è veramente insopportabile. Per il resto consiglio assolutamente questo piccolo ma graziosissimo appartamento. Non dimenticate di fare un bel giro in bicicletta a Trapani....si vedono degli angoli che a piedi forse non riuscireste a vedere! A presto Sicilia.

Great holiday

Our holiday in Trapani was great from the first moment till the end. Mr Greco came to pick us up from the airport. Him and also his wife are very kind and polite people. Appartment was very nice with beautiful high ceiling. The best thing was location of the appartment in the center, everything was near.... shops, beach, train and bus station. One day we will come again. If I could I would give also 7 stars.

perfect holiday

Our holiday in Trapani was great. Mr Greco came to pick up us from the airport. Him and also his wife are very kind and polite people. Good

Leonardo and his wife are great! They are very hospitable. Leonardo has shown us the best of Trapani and his wife treated us with strong italian coffee and cannoli's. We have even received a beautiful present. The apartment itself is nice. It is close to the old city center and has all basic utilities. The bathroom is very small. During our trip we have learnt how to take a shower in 2 minutes because the water boiler has a limited capacity.

Tanto per cominciare, l'a...

Tanto per cominciare, l'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione: praticamente nel centro storico della città e a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e dall'imbarco per le isole egadi/pullman per San Vito e altre località. Inoltre, sotto casa c'è la fermata dei pullman che porta alla spiaggia di San Giuliano e alla funivia per Erice. Insomma, è perfetta se non siete automuniti. La casa è pulita e graziosa, esattamente come nelle foto. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Voto 5/5, assolutamente consigliato! ---------------------------------------------- The location of the house is perfect- few minutes away from the city centre, the bus station for San Vito, S. Giuliano, Erice and other places of tourist interest. The place is clean and nice, totally as in the photos. To conclude, the owner was very kind and helpfull to us. We totally recommend it!
