Logement avec terrasse proche de la plage (2min à pied) et proche de commerce et de restaurant (5min à pied) et à 15 min à pied de la Dune du Pilat. Propriétaire très sympatique. Je recommande.

Séjour très agréable

Petite maison bien équipée et très bien située. Plage à deux pas. Restaurants sympas et supérette à proximité (à pied). Propriétaires charmants et très accueillants.

Bon emplacement mais !

Très bon emplacement près de la mer mais assez bruyant dû à la proximité du boulevard qui longe le bassin. Gite bien aménagé et propriétaires sympathiques. La literie serait à amélioré.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, bien aidés il est vrai par la météo idéale. Concernant la maison, elle est très agréable et fonctionnelle, son emplacement est idéal avec une petite plage à quelques pas. Le manque d'Internet pouvait nous soucier avant l'arrivée mais finalement le réseau 4g orange est accessible sans problème. Enfin, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d'une prochaine visite sur le bassin.

Très belle maison, a deux pas du bord de mer.

Une semaine relaxante au plein coeur du bassin d'Arcachon. La maison est a 50 metres du bord de l'eau, dune du Pyla est a 15 minutes a pied. La maison est toute équipée. Les proprietaires sont tres accueillants.

Très bonne location , propre et agreable ,propriétaires très gentil et discret , manque surtout internet et peu être la tv si mauvais temps et enfant en base age pour que se soit parfait , ce qui n'a pas été le cas pour nous avec un temps splendide

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus, perfekte Lage zu Strand und Düne

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich umd bieten jede benötigte Unterstützung. Schönes kleines Ferienhaus, Nur ein paar Meter zum Strand. Auch die Düne von Pyla ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette charmante maison de vacances! Nous avons été ravi de pouvoir profiter de la proximité de l'océan et de commerces divers, sans oublier de la dune du Pyla. La situation était donc idéale pour venir y passer quelques jours avec des enfants (1 et 4 ans). Les propriétaires ont été à l'image de leur maison... charmants. Grâce à leurs petites attentions et leur gentillesse, notre installation s'est déroulée de la meilleure façon qui soit et nous avons passé un super séjour qui a marqué positivement notre petite fille, puisqu'elle nous en a reparlé il y a quelques jours à peine. Laissez-vous tenter sans hésitation! ;-)

Außergewöhliches Feriendomizil

Dieses Ferienhaus ist außergewöhlich! Alles ist neu und super gepflegt. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet u.a. Spülmaschine und Induktionsherd. Selbst Kartenmaterial für Fahrradtouren ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind überaus zuvorkommend, wir konnten unsere Fahrräder im Schuppen der Familie abstellen und ein Weinpräsent zum Empfang stand im Kühlschrank für uns bereit. Dasw meer und ein Zugang zum Strand sind quasi um die Ecke und in ca. 500m gibt es ein Restaurant und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, so dass wir zum Frühstück immer frisches Baguette hatten. Schade, dass wir nur eine Woche dort waren, wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Wonderful holidays

The house and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. The kitchen is high tech. Here everything has been covered. Very clean, very bright and a perfect location to the beach. Very friendly owners and welcoming including a bottle of wine. We just felt very comfortable. Wonderful terrace, where we could enjoy the sun until the evening. We spent 14 wonderful days there and enjoyed the luxery house and the near to the beach. There's a little supermarket, a great restaurant with a fantastic view and a minigolf place nearby. You can reach the Dune on foot. The big supermarkets are 5-10 Min. with the car - there you find everysthing you need. We would spend our holidays there on anytime. The description on the internet fits 100%.

"We had a wonderful stay in a lovely area and a perfect flat, just renovated (or even built?) with very good materials and taste, absolutely clean, spacious and fully equipped. We really appreciated, in particular, the high-quality kitchen equipment and mattress. The owners are nice, helpful and interesting people, yet very discreet, too. The location is great: the flat is literally 2 minutes away from the beach and 20 minutes on from la dune du Pyla (both on foot). The only problem may be the noise from the street nearby - quite busy during the day but not at all at night. Overall, anyway, a very pleasant experience that we would definitely like to repeat."

Depuis Mai 2014, le Bd de l'Océan a été rétréci dans sa largeur et une voie cyclable créée.
