very confusing situation about bedding, and collection of keys. We were told there would be no bedding and when we arrived there were duvets, however due to comms be brought our own. Complete disconnect from managing agent and owner.Very small space, just enough for our 2 kids and 2 parents

Très bon séjour

Appartement idéalement situé. Très proche de la plage (accès direct), proche du centre ville. Nous avons tout fait à pieds pendant 1 semaine. Terrasse agréable. Table extérieure pas terrible mais faisait l’affaire. À refaire, nous retournerons dans ce logement.

Hübsche Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft hat eine ideale Größe für zwei Personen. Wir hatten auch unseren Hund dabei. Die Laufnähe zum Strand und zum Wald war sehr gut. Von außen sieht das Appartementhaus etwas alt aus. Es wurden allerdings bereits neue Fenster und Türen eingebaut. Das Bad ist auch neu. Bei der Einrichtung ist alles da, was benötigt wird.

Parfait si vous voulez etre loin du centre ville. Plage a quelque pas, la foret aussi. La boulangerie à 5 minutes à pieds. Parfait pour des vacances. On réservera pour l'année prochaine.

Das Appartement ist sauber, geschmackvoll möbliert, ruhig und es ist zu Fuß nur einige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Abwicklung über die Agentur vor Ort verlief total problemlos. Einzige Minuspunkte der Unterkunft sind die nicht wirklich vollständig nutzbare Terrasse und der zu kleine (und wackelige) Kühlschrank, auch das Parken auf dem Gründstück ist nicht ganz einfach. Für zwei Personen ist das Appartement ideal, bei vier Personen könnte es etwas eng werden. Insgesamt waren wir recht zufrieden, es hat uns gut gefallen!

Dommage, il ne manque pas grand chose!

L'emplacement est super, à quelques pas de la plage. La résidence est calme et la terrasse est spacieuse avec un bon ensoleillement. Quelques touches de modernité dans l'appartement: les rideaux du salon dans les tons bleu et écrus, une table de chevet vert pastel. le frigo est grand avec un espace congélateur. Dommage que quelques investissements peu couteux ne soient pas fait. Des rideaux vieillissant dans la chambre, les barreaux de la fenetre rouillés, pas de rideau de douche, des lambris un peu tachés par l'humidité, des toiles d'araignés dans les coins. Le barbecue était rouillé mais il a été changé de immédiatement par un neuf. Dommage également qu'il n'y ait pas un wifi pour l'ensemble de la résidence car la 3G ne passe pas à Mimizan.
