"Appartement calme, propre, très bien équipé, très bien situé le long de la rivière Magra et à proximité des plages. Le propriétaire habitant sur place très discret est toujours à l''écoute pour nous informer des lieux à visiter : les cinq terres, le golfe du poète, Sarzana, les carrières de marbre de Carrare, Pise, Lucca, etc... Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances : La Dolce Vita! Nous reviendrons certainement."

"Die Unterkunft liegt dir...

"Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Flussmündung ins Meer. Dadurch ist es auch sehr ruhig! Zum Strand ist es relativ nahe(ca. 7 Minuten). Es gibt einen Stellplatz für Autos direkt bei der Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Es werden auch reichlich Handtücher usw. zur Verfügung gestellt. Durch die Lage kann man sehr gut die Cinque Terre Region und auch Pisa, Carrara usw. erreichen. Vor allem mit dem Zug vom Nahe gelegenen La Spezia (15km). Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett, gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge und hilft weiter! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt dort! The holiday home is located directly at the water (river mouth). The beach is quite near to the place, about 7 minutes by walking. There is a parking place for the car directly at the holiday home. The holiday is equipped with everything you need! A large number of towels is present! Fiumaretta ist a good starting point if you want to visit the region Cinque Terre,Pisa, Carrara and so on. Mainly you get fast to La Spezia (about 15 km) where you can take the train to visit e.g. the Cinque Terre. The landlord is very nice and friendly, gives tips for trips and helps you very much. We had a really good time there!"
