Preiswertes Ferienhaus

Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Dusche ist etwas klein, dafür gibt es im OG eine große Eckbadewanne. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Super Gasherd mit Elektro-Backofen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, welche wir allerdings im Oktober auch nicht benötigt haben. Für die kühleren Tage gibt es eine Heizung, dass man nicht frieren muss. Wir empfanden die Betten als zu hart. Teilweise beschädigte Möbel.

Günstiges einfaches Ferienhaus. Man hat alles was man braucht und ist recht schnell an den Ständen. La Spezia, Cinque Terre sind recht schnell erreichbar.

Schönes Ferienhaus in dörflicher Umgebun

Größtes Manko: Hunde in Nachbarschaft, die mal 2-3 Std am Stück bellen (eimal bereits um 5 Uhr morgens). Gute Lage zur Erkundung der näheren/weiteren Umgebung. Abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit gemütlicher Terrasse. Kommunikation über WhatsApp mit schneller Reaktion auf Probleme. Ausstattung gut, bis auf fehlende Kaffeemaschine (oder haben sie nicht gefunden). Hundestrand, teilweise eingezäunt, in ca 5 Minuten Entfernung mit Auto.

Es war alles sauber. Handtücher waren vorhanden. Küchenzubehör war auch alles da. Können wir weiter empfehlen. Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp wegen Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr unkompliziert .
