Ideally located villa in a very quiet area 1 minute from Erquy's sandy beaches by car, 2 minutes by bicycle or 15 minutes walk, safe from major traffic. Fully refurbished spacious house, with all mod cons, modernly equipped, with pleasant decor, accommodating several families each with their own bathroom (x3) and toilets (x3). Full of natural light, very functional and enjoyable all year round.
