An excellent choice for a long stay

Very well equipped, nicely presented and convenient for the Beaches. Nice Patio/Garden area for sunbathing and Dining and for the Dog to wander about. Stayed for five weeks and looking forward to coming back again the same time next year. Well recommended !

Wir waren zu viert in diesem Apartment schon zum zweiten Mal. Es ist sehr sauber und alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten.

Great property close to the beach with all necessary amenities

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for everything needed for a holiday. Large outdoor area, air con and ceiling fans makes a very comfortable stay. The host was very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay there again.

Schöner Urlaub, super netter Vermieter

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Man ist in ca.7 min zu Fuß am Strand, welcher im Oktober nicht viel besucht war. Marbella erreicht man in ca. 20 min mit dem Auto, einen kleinen Supermarkt zu Fuß in 10 min, einen Größeren mit dem Auto auch in 10 min. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß eines Hauses, mit einem kleinen von der Straße uneinsehbaren Garten. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so im Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter Alberto ist extrem hilfsbereit und immer per Whatsapp erreichbar. Sowohl vor, während und nach unserem Urlaub pflegte er einen netten Kontakt mit uns. Muchas gracias por todo Alberto

Ein gelungenes Sonnen auftanken im September 2021

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und Badezimmer - sehr umfangreiche E-Geräte in der Küche inklusive Geschirrspüler. Leider war auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite eine Baustelle, die sehr viel Staub verursachte. Der Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Bonita casa en la costa del sol

ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE

La casa es estupenda para pasar unas vacaciones con total independencia. Las fotos son un fiel reflejo de lo que encuentras. Muy cómoda y con menaje más que suficiente y cuidado. Alberto ha sido un anfitrión que ha estado pendiente en todo momento y responde rápidamente a cualquier cuestión que le plantees. Su hermana, que nos entregó las llaves, también ha sido muy agradable y se mostró dispuesta a resolver cualquier problema que se nos planteara. No ha sido necesario porque ha estado todo correcto, pero se agradece la disposición. La ubicación es magnífica, a escasos 5 minutos de la playa y en el patio son estupendos los desayunos y cenas. Definitivamente y como dice el encabezamiento de este comentario, es un alojamiento altamente recomendable. Nosotros hemos estado una semana y se nos ha quedado muy corta. La próxima vez repetiremos con una estancia más larga.

Vacaciones en Marbella

La propiedad estaba en perfectísimo estado, de cuidado, limpieza, así como como de todos los enseres que en ella hay. Esta reformada en toda su totalidad apreciando detalles de gusto en su decoración. Propiedad cercana a la playa, no más de escasos 5 minutos a una de las playas, sin necesidad de utilizar el vehículo. Tiene su jardín para la estancia de los usuarios así como de animales de compañía, nosotros viajamos con nuestro perro y fue perfecto.

Una estancia perfecta

Hemos pasado 15 dias en la casa 3 adultos y un perro y hemos disfrutado todos muchisimo. La atencion que hemos recibido tanto por parte de Juli como de Alberto ha sido de 10,siempre pendientes para solucionarnos cualquier duda o facilitarnos cualquier cosa que podriamos necesitar. La casa es muy bonita y acogedora,no le falta de nada es tal y como la describen. Tener el jardin con mesa para poder desayunar y cenar que es cuando mejor temperatura hacia fue un lujo. La playa esta a menos de 5 minutos andando. Es estrecha pero es larga para poder caminar todo lo que quieras. Aunque los fines de semana habia mas gente,nunca hemos tenido problemas de espacio. En resumen, los dias que hemos pasado alli han sido perfectos. Lo peor es que estas tan a gusto que se te pasan los dias volando. Es una estancia muy muy recomendable

Schöne erholsame Ferien

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Service der Besitzer. Der Strand sowie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und zu Fuss Erreichbar. Marbella sowie die Umgebung hat sehr viel zu bieten. Für Golfer ist es ein Paradies. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne nach Marbella.
