Egret Alley: Dog-Friendly, Priv. Pool, Perfect Sunsets

Let the sun shine in while overlooking the Currituck Sound when you vacation at Egret Alley, a dog-friendly home (25-lbs or less per dog; 2 pets max). This sound front home is in the Magnolia Bay section of The Currituck Club, the closest neighborhood to the beach in the Club! It is the perfect setting to marvel at picturesque sunsets with the opportunity to see the natural surroundings and wildlife such as herons, deer and egrets. On the gated back deck, enjoy a private pool (10' x 20'), hot tub, outdoor shower and a charcoal grill.

TOP LEVEL:
King Master Suite and a Pyramid Bunk Room each have a flat-screen TV. There is a small sitting area on the landing between both bedrooms.

ENTRY LEVEL:
The floorplan is convenient for indoor/outdoor living with sliders that open onto the sun deck. An open living room has furniture arranged to view with a flat-screen TV, a Dining table (seats 8), a modern kitchen with island seating (seats 4) and separate game table area (seats 4) by the front entrance. There is a half bath by the kitchen. Two bedrooms are on this level: a Queen bedroom and a King Master Suite; its master bath has a jetted tub and separate tiled shower. The TVs in these bedrooms have streaming TV options. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

In season, the Magnolia Bay section has a full-size pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones plus tennis courts with pickleball lines. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.
