    Lovely house in the Appenines.

    We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. Lovely location, and a clean and pleasant house. Manuela was very helpful and generous to us. We would certainly consider this region again.

    Une très belle maison très bien entretenue et Manuella nous a accueilli avec de la tarte aux pommes, un vrai régal. Le seul bémol c’est qu’il n’y avait pas le bain à remous indiqué sur l’annonce.Je recommande vivement cette location nous avons passé de merveilleuse vacances.

    Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno a Casa Liuba, immersa in una location meravigliosa di natura sulle colline sopra Reggio Emilia, la veduta è spettacolare e la casa è super accogliente e pulita! Manuela è super accogliente e carina, siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente la consigliamo e ci torneremo se capiteremo ancora in zona!

    Sehr schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Casina.Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Manuela ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hat uns viele Tips und mit Kuchen versorgt.

    casa di campagna Appennino Reggiano

    Casa indipendente molto bella e luminosa, pulitissima e confortevole, in ottima posizione sulle alture dell'Appennino Reggiano a pochi minuti dalla Pietra di Bismantova. Buona base di partenza per visitare il Parco Nazionale. Eccellente e puntuale l'accoglienza della signora Manuela.

    In der ländlichen Abgeschiedenheit des Apennin. Herrliche Ruhe, und doch nicht weit von Reggio

    Besitzerin Manuela ist eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Obwohl wir nur drei Nächte bleiben konnten, hat sie unseren Kindern ein Abschiedsgeschenk überreicht! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, für italienische Verhältnisse auch sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir werden wiederkommen..!

    Endroit calme et reposant. Bon accueil et conseils de l'hôtesse. On ne manque pas d'espace mais de WiFi. Un peu loin des grandes villes (1 heure de Parme et Modèle, 1h30 de Bologne).

    Abbiamo prenotato per 2 notti. La casa é molto carina, accogliente e davvero pulita. Si trova in un piccolo borgo tipico della zona molto calmo e vicino ai servizi. Raccomandiamo assolutamente per chi ha voglia di collina, natura, tranquillità. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente.

    Excellente location

    Lors de nos voyages, nous avons plusieurs fois pris ce type d'hébergement. Aussi, nous pouvons dire que celui-ci est le meilleur que nous ayons eu. La maison est en réalité, encore mieux que sur les photos ! Propreté impeccable, très bon aménagement. La rénovation de cette maison a été faite avec beaucoup de gout, et des équipements de qualité. Très bon emplacement pour visiter la région; vue sur le paysage à couper le souffle. Pas de clim, mais les murs de pierre épais suffisaient à garder la fraîcheur. D'autant plus que la tranquilité des lieux permet sans soucis, de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes (elles sont toutes équipées de moustiquaires). Aussi, après une longue journée de promenade, se coucher au sons des grillons, des oiseaux sauvages, à quoi s'ajoutais la bonne odeur des foins (c'est la campagne), et rafraichit par le bon air de la montagne, était un véritable enchantement. Et pour couronner le tout, Manuela est une personne très sympathique, qui prend soins de ses clients. Nous recommandons vivement.

    Schöne und großzügige Ferienwohnung

    Wir waren gut eine Woche in Migliara, um die Gegend mit dem Rennrad zu erkunden. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist bestens ausgestattet und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Manuela ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen, dort nochmals Urlaub zu machen.

    Idyllisches Haus in den Bergen

    Unsere kleine Familie hat sich 1.5 Wochen in Manuelas Haus erholt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderbar, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto, ohne kommt man nicht in das kleine Dorf. Mit Auto kann man in 10min leckere Restaurants erreichen und zu schönen Wandertouren aufbrechen. Man kann sich auch z.B. abends wunderschön vor das Haus setzen, essen und den Sonnenuntergang anschauen. Der Garten an sich ist klein. Manuela ist super nett und hilft gerne ohne sich Aufzudrängen. Sie wohnt im Haus schräg gegenüber. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen bestimmt Mal wieder!

    Vacances familiales en Emilie-Romagne

    La maison est très bien située. On y trouve le calme de la campagne et la possibilité de faire de belles promenades. La situation géographique est également très intéressante pour la découvertes des grandes villes de la région (Reggio, Parme et Modène) ou les châteaux médiévaux, notamment celui de Canossa. Enfin, grâce aux propriétaires, on peut y découvrir les spécialités régionales : le Parmesan. L'intérieur est très spacieux et très bien équipé. L'accueil de propriétaires est très chaleureux. Quand nous reviendrons en Emilie-Romagne, c'est la maison de Casina, sans hésiter, que nous choisirons. Famille ER

    Natura e tranquillità

    Manuela ci ha accolti e ospitati come meglio non potevamo sperare in uno splendido appartamento spazioso e ben attrezzato. Il contesto in cui si trova la casa è molto bello perché tranquillo e immerso nella natura e a pochi km di distanza ci sono molti luoghi che meritano di essere visitati. Un territorio da riscoprire per chi ama la natura e sa rispettarla.

    Beautiful house and region, very kind owner

    Casa Liuba is a beautifully restored house and has everything you need. The region of Reggio Emilia offers many beautiful historic cities and smaller villages to visit. The house has a big, well equipped kitchen so you can cook a fine meal with al the local ingredients. The living room, bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious. All windows have insect screens, what is superb: you can leave the windows open when a cooler breeze comes around in the evening. The hill-side view is beautiful. Migliara is a good place to stay when you want to visit Reggio Emilia, Modena en Parma. Manuela, the owner, is very kind. Not only did she suggest some places to eat, but she showed us around the dairy where Parmiggiano Reggiano is made. It's something you shouldn't miss when you visit.

    Unser Aufenthalt in Casa Liuba hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Manuela hat mit uns die Käserei besichtigt und hat sich dabei sehr viel Zeit genommen. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit, gibt gute Tipps und hat uns oft frische Lebensmittel gebracht. Es ist sehr ruhig und wir haben uns super erholt. Grazie mille Manuela für die schöne Zeit.

    Perfekt für einen ruhigen Italienurlaub

    Wir haben bei herrlichstem Spätsommerwetter im Oktober 8 Tage in diesem wunderschönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Die hügelige Gegend dort (Vorland des Toskanisch-Emilianischen Apennin) ist wirklich traumhaft und - wer es gern ruhig mag - kaum touristisch vereinnahmt :-) Man kann herrlich wandern, tolle Burgen ansehen, schöne Städte besuchen, die regionalen Spezialitäten genießen... uvm. Auch ein Ausflug zum Meer ist machbar und wenn man z.B. quer durch den Apennin fährt ein echtes Erlebnis! Das Haus selbst ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und durch den Kamin auch an etwas kälteren Abenden super gemütlich. Die Lage ist SEHR RUHIG inmitten der Natur - in Migliara selbst gibt es eine Käserei (natürlich wird dort Parmigiano Reggiano hergestellt) und im 5km entfernten Casina diverse Supermärkte, Bäcker, Pizzeria und was man sonst noch braucht. Manuela, die Vermieterin ist supernett und hat uns mit typischen regionalen Köstlichkeiten empfangen und versorgt. Das war wirklich sehr schön. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, da wir Freunde in der Gegend haben! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Manuela, thank you very much again for your warm hospitality!     Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

    Ein sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes, sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns (Familie mit 2 Kindern) rundum wohl gefühlt. Manuela und Fabio sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Sehr interessant waren natürlich der gemeinsame Besuch der Käserei und der Burg Sarzano - vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Wir können das Haus rundum empfehlen.
