Amazing lakefront views & large backyard with a Jacuzzi with stunning views of the lake and mountains. Bedroom one has king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed. Bedroom 3 has queen sized bed. Bedroom 4 has queen sized bed. The kitchen is well stocked & dining area accommodates 10. Fireplace is enjoyed from both living and kitchen. TV room with 55' flat screen TV. Loft has pool table and ping pong option as well as flat screen TV. Full sized laundry room. Enjoy curling up with a book by the window and watching wildlife pass by....Moose, deer, etc. Or spend your day skiing or riding at one of many ski resorts in the Utah area. Snow Basin and Powder Mountain are closest 10 & 20 mins and Park City, Alta & Snowbird are approximately an 1 to 1.5 hours drive. Summer lake sports are available nearby at Club Rec...Boating, water skiing, kayaking, SUP, etc.

Both my husband & I were raised in San Diego with a passion for outdoor activities, we recently purchased this home to enjoy family gatherings. We have enjoyed skiing at both Snow Basin & Powder mountain and have hiked many of the local trails. We have also enjoyed biking, horseback riding, ATV, Rock climbing, water skiing, stand up paddle boarding which are all available nearby.

Why they chose this property

We came to ski Powder Mountain & Snow Basin with some friends in January 2014 & fell in love with the area. We found this cute little home by the lake and knew right then it would have to be ours. Most of the neighborhood has lived there for many generations and they have welcomed us in like family! Home is now newly remodeled & available but different from the original reviews posted.

What makes this property unique

The small town of Huntsville is so cozy. It's like going back in time. Everyone is so friendly and the local restaurants are all great. You can walk to the library or the local Shooting Star Saloon which has been there since the 1800's. Easy walking or biking around the neighborhood with a new trail that goes around much of the lake.
