The apartment is located in a ancient rural complex situated in a splendid, peaceful hillside position near the small town of Rosia. 'Le Scopaie' has recently been restored with great care. The apartment is on the ground floor and consist in a large living/dining room with double divan bed and kitchen corner at the ground floor; 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower.
Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Private equipped garden with a fantastic and fresh pergola.The guests share large outdoor areas and a beautiful swimming pool (8x14) where a children's pool (4x4) has also been created. Shared washing machine. Access to the property along 4 km of dirt track road. Parking.

Spartanisch wohnen mit wunderbarem Blick

Das gesamte Anwesen und der Blick sind wunderschön! Die Anfahrt geht durch 4 km staubige Schotterstraße. Das Haus ist ungemütlich und sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, was im Küchenbereich besonders ins Gewicht fällt, da die nächste Pizzeria 14 km entfernt ist - von Restaurants ganz zu schweigen. Die Natur rundherum ist sehr schön und ruhig - wenn nicht jeden Tag Rasen gemäht wird...

Nous avons adoré!!!

Deux ados et deux adultes! Deux chambres et deux sdb!!! Plus que parfait !! Il faudrait juste modifier le frigo qui est trop petit pour 4 personnes mais surtout qui ne fonctionne pas correctement( c'était la seule ombre au tableau)!! Très bel ensemble de propriété avec une vue sur la campagne toscane magnifique!! Si vous n' aimez pas le calme ++++, abstenez vous!!!

"We rented the appartment n#1. It''s a really quiet place with a beautiful view on the landscape. The owner is very nice and helpfull. It is a very good place for families to rest and discover Siena and its area."

Hello I am Roberto, my wife and I were captivated by the beauty of this unspoiled Podere and even though we live in very pretty town surrounded by hills, was missing in our lives such a magical place. So we decided to buy these wonderful apartments.

Why they chose this property

Having three children we spend our holidays to Le Scopaie. So when we are not here, it is our pleasure for us to rent the apartment, meet new people and in particular foreign tourists.

What makes this property unique

The beauty of the place is magical relaxation. Our view is lovely and you feel right in a peaceful and natural, no traffic, no smog and absolutely silent. Early in the morning from the terrace you can see families of deer grazing.
