Cute Cycladic house near the sea with view

The house cycladic style, is located 2.5km from the port of Parikia, in the island of Paros, and 500m from the beaches, in the Gulf of Parikia, on a quiet hill, facing the sea. Beautiful sandy beaches within walking distance: The large beach of Krios, and a little further, charming sandy coves. The garden is planted with bougainvillea and olive trees.Terrace with pergola facing the sea and the mill. Lounge chairs available. Inside, large living room with fireplace, and 2 seats (beds 1 places). Open space on the kitchen and the dining area, with a large table for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, oven, toaster and coffee maker. Crockery, dishes and utensils at your disposal. The double bedroom is independent, with large closet, window overlooking the sea. Bed linen and towels are provided. The owner is at your disposal on site to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

You can bring an animal but do ask us autorization prior réservation please. Ok with for example 1 small animal, well educated.

A magical spot for an idyllic week in Paros

After 2 1/2 months on the road in Europe, Villa Poseidon was the ideal place to kick back and relax. We were looking for self-catering accommodation away from the major tourist drawcards among the Greek islands and this was perfect. Alexis' villa is just outside the main town of Parikia, but still easily accessible to the town; about a 20 minute walk along the beach( very pleasant) or a five minute drive. While Alexis is your next door neighbour we were able to maintain our privacy, but knew he was there if needed. He organised airport transfers and car hire and had useful tips on local restaurants.The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the views are to die for. We highly recommend and hope to return.

Un ravissement général ! Un accueil chaleureux, une maison de rêve !

Une douce ambiance cycladique, une maison où l'on y coule des jours heureux avec une vue magnifique, un confort excellent. La décoration typique de l'île, de très bon goût et surtout un accueil chaleureux . Que du bonheur ! Ici, c'est l'antichambre du Paradis.

Très jolie maison traditionnelle avec vue sur mer

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison traditionnelle grecque, elle est proche du port et des plages. La décoration est très soignée, elle est bien équipée, la terrasse vue mer est très agréable. Seul bémol elle est située le long d'une route fréquentée par les bus de tourisme.

We found what we were looking for. A beautiful and peaceful house 100% corresponding with the description. Alex is a super gentle landlord and neighbour and if you are looking for a quiet location close to one of the best beaches in Paros this house is perfect.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had the most wonderful stay on Paros! This house was authentic, comfortable and beautiful! It was exactly as portrayed, the view was incredible, and we loved the location. It was terrific to be able to walk easily into Parikia and also to walk just as easily to the beautiful beaches at Krios. Xavier and his son, Alex, were both incredibly responsive and helpful. Alex lives next door and was simultaneously available and non-intrusive. We hope very much to return!

Small wonderfull retreat on top of a beautiful bay

We stayed here for 7 days in September 2021, enyoing the relatively close distance to the town of Parikia and it's restaurants (car recommended though) as well as the close walk to the beach down the road. The house has everything you need as a couple to take a break from work. The bathroom has just been renovvated this or last year (not shown on the photos).

perfect cycladen huis op heerlijke locatie, dicht bij dorp en strand en zee.

Heel erg fijn, lekker terras, goed geoutilleerde keuken, gerenoveerde badkamer met lekkere douche. Genoeg ruimte binnen en buiten. Leuk uitzicht, heerlijk s' ochtends naar de zee lopen om lekker te zwemmen. Ik raad dit huis van harte aan. De eigenaar die ernaast woont, is goed aanspreekbaar en reageert snel op verzoeken. TOP!

We loved staying at Poseidon

My husband, our two boys and I had a great stay at Poseidon. It’s close to a beautiful beach, just walking distance. It has beautiful views. We loved dining and grilling on the patio while the sun went down. The villa is lovely. The owners were always very helpful and very thoughtful. We’ll definitely be going back and can’t wait.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Poséïdon! La maison est très agréable, tant au niveau du confort que de la décoration, ses 2 terrasses sont parfaites pour profiter de la vue (mention spéciale pour les couchers de soleil :-))! Elle est également idéalement placée pour visiter Paros. Xavier est disponible et discret, et très arrangeant concernant les modalités de départ et d'arrivée. Bref, une super 1ère fois en Grèce pour nous, qui nous a donné une forte envie de prochaines fois!

Une très jolie découverte

En famille pour une première dans Les Cyclades ! Paros est une île très agréable en famille et il y a beaucoup à découvrir si on veut faire plus que de la Plage! Nous avons adoré la maison, son style cycladique, un emplacement idéal, une magnifique vue dont on ne se lasse pas, et au calme après une journée ou une soirée à Parikia! Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés et petit supplément d’affection et d’amusement avec Jade, le craquant bouledogue français ! Nous aurons dans nos mémoires que d'agréables souvenirs de nos vacances.. merci beaucoup Alexis et Tiffany pour votre accueil chaleureux!

Casa meravigliosa pulita e arredata in modo tradizionale con vista meravigliosa sul mare.

Siamo stati in questa meravigliosa Villa per 10 giorni ad Agosto.. Alexis è stato molto disponibile e gentile per ogni necessità! La casa arredata con gusto greco molto caratteristico ha una vista meravigliosa sul mulino accanto e sul mare, da cui dista circa 150 mt. È un zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa anche la sera ma è vicina al centro di paroikia (circa 1,5 km più o meno) e a un panorama point nonché ad alcune delle spiagge più belle dell isola come martzelo e krios beach! Dista circa 15 minuti in moto da Naoussa dove andavamo a cena spesso. Consiglio assolutamente la casa a chi vuole una soluzione tranquilla comoda e tipica!

Très belle maison agréable à vivre

Maison encore plus belle en vraie qu' en photo. Bien agencé avec 2 terrasses une chambre indépendante et une salle de vie commune très agréable sans parler de la grande de cuisine. De plus quelques produits de première nécessité sont disponibles. Bien agréable pour un court séjour. Juste attention aux piqûres d insectes (moustiques et araignées). Un très bon séjour.

Villa Poséidon

Location propre bien équipé conforme à la description ,le petit bémol elle est proche de la route qui va au camping donc quelques bruits de passage. Elle n'est pas très loin de la plage ( belle plage de Krios ), le propriétaire français se trouve à côté de la location et d' une autre location sans gêne de voisinage ,nous avons passés un bon séjour en famille 2 adultes de 2 enfants 12 et 9 ans.

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison trés proche de la mer qui dispose d''une belle vue sur la baie de Parikia. Même pour 4, la taille de la maison qui semble petite sur les photos est largement suffisante. Décoration rustique traditionnelle superbe, état parfait et trés propre. Elle bénéficie de 2 terrasses extérieures qui permettent de déjeuner ou diner à l''endroit le plus ombragé. Murets en pierres et vergers alentours. Site trés calme. Equipements complets. Le propriétaire et voisin nous a accueilli trés chaleureusement et est venu nous chercher au port à 10 mn de voiture. Il a toujours été là pour quoi que ce soit et nous a proposé d''utiliser son lave linge. Il dispose aussi d''un hotel magnifique de l''autre coté de la baie de Parikia ou vous pourrez continuer votre séjour dans un grand luxe cette fois. Coté activité, vous etes à 15 mn d''un spot de kitesurf, pratiqué par le propriétaire qui pourra vous donner tous les bons plans. On peut se rendre à pied en 5mn à une trés belle plage prisée des autoctones. Restaurant pied dans l''eau également trés proche que nous vous conseillons. Vacances de rêve! "
