Deep Blue Villa is a luxury 4 en-suite bedroom house, fully air-conditioned, located in Playia. It is a peaceful luxury villa in the northern side of Parikia. The property is approximately 700 meters from the beach, 2,2 km from Paroikia and Naousa 10 km away. The panoramic view of the Aegean sea offers our visitors the unique experience while they relax to our luxurious lounge area. Our private 100% chlorine-free pool also prodives to our guest relaxing moments looking up the stunning view.
Our property consist of the Main House and 1 Guest House. The Main House has 2 levels. In the Ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and 1 guest bathroom. The Lower floor consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (en suite). In the Lower floor there is also 1 independent Guest House with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms of the Guest House have 2 choises as they have 3 doors, 1 private entance for each bedroom from outside and one inside which connect the 2 bedrooms. So the bedrooms can be private as each one has its private entrance from outside and can keep the inside door locked or our guests can also use the inside door if they want to have connection the 2 bedrooms.
Deep Blue Villa is recommended for luxury relaxing vacation but also for someone who want to be close to the restaurants and bars.
