Located on the Anita Garibaldi Walk in Nervi, about 1 km from the Genova Nervi train station, and a short distance from the famous Nervi Parks, the Sea View Apartment offers comfortable accommodation with free high-speed WIFI connection, flat-screen smart TV and a breathtaking view of the sea.

This apartment also equipped with independent heating for the autumn and winter months, includes a double bedroom with a small terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine, and a bathroom with bathtub / shower, hairdryer and washing machine.

A lovely property, super clean and fabulous air conditioning which was needed as it was very hot. Unfortunately the nearest restaurant wasn’t open but the kitchen is well equipped so we were able to cook for ourselves. Lovely comfortable beds and 2 good sized balconies.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful apartment. The apartment was generously sized with stunning views of this part of the Italian Riviera. The apartment overlooks the lovely Ligurian sea, where you can easily swim and sunbathe from the small coves and rocks. Leaving the apartment, you step directly onto the Passeggiata Anita Garibaldi, where you can walk and enjoy stunning views and stop for refreshments at the cafes dotted along its route. We were able to jump on a train to Camogli, thanks to the easily accessible train station, the apartment is ideally located to expand your travels to other parts of the beautiful Italian Riviera. The apartment host was prompt and accommodating with any and all enquiries, and access to the apartment upon check in was simple, with check out easier still. We loved it here and highly recommend the apartment for a couple.

I would give this property 15 stars if I could

Everyone should stay at this place if possible! The views are breathtaking! The apartment is beautifully appointed and in a charming location on the PassegiattaAnita. We had some challenges with our rental car and Guido was immediately helpful in coordinating alternative transportation for us. We will stay in again!

Great place!

We stayed for 7 nights in this very fine apartment. The apartment had everything we needed. The balcony and views were superb! The apartment is located just on the beautiful boulevard Anita Garibaldi. We travelled by car but we discovered the area by train because it was easy and the trainstation Genova Nervi is within 15 minutes walk. In short; we had an amazing time!!

Oceanfront in Nervi

The apartment was clean and well equipped for cooking , cleaning etc. The pictures of the place are accurate and the views are spectacular. The covered parking was great. The brick promenade made access to the train and shopping a special walk which we enjoyed immensely. Great place to stay but save the car rental and use the train. The station is a 15 minute walk and trains are frequent and cheap.

Healing the soul

A place where to find and spend quality time with people you care about. We enjoyed the breathtaking view from each room, the balconies for breakfast during Christmas days, the fully equipped apartment, the kindness of people we had to communicate with, the check-in and out, everything. The pictures fully represent the reality. Outstanding place!

living at seaside

Appartment with balconies at seaside in Nevri , swimming in sea and walking the coast boulevard. Very good Osteria nearby; shops and other restaurants further away. Trains are passing at the back of the appartment; night noise limited due to roller blinds. Nevri is good starting base to visit Genova and cinque terra.

Life-giving balcony views

After a train delay and getting a bit lost in the dark in the park, I arrived late for checking in, but Guido sent someone to welcome me to the condo. In the morning I couldn’t believe what a beautiful location! Everything in the condo was comfortable, but the location and views of the condo are what sets it apart. I loved walking on the well-lit passeggiata in the early mornings and at night for dinner. I hope to return soon.

A corner in paradise

With high expectations from a seaview place , it is really unlikely to be happily surprised. But this was the case with the Nervi apartment. This place exceeded all expectations as facility and location . For the train track under your pillow? No worries, you will get used to it after one night.. and anyway you don’t want to sleep and miss a second of the breathtaking view. I thank the host for his prompt and decent communication and I thank signora Melina for receiving us with such a smile and hospitality that stayed with us along our journey. If lucky enough to find availability, we will surely return .

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Nervi-house. Die Sicht vom Balkon aus auf das Meer ist einfach atemberaubend schön, man hört die Wellen rauschen und kann das Meer riechen. Besser kann man nicht frühstücken. Auch in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und bei der Schlüsselübergabe lief alles reibungslos. Falls man mit dem Auto anreist gibt es eine Tiefgarage. Vom Haus aus ist auch alles sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.Zum Strand sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuß.Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen- wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Nach kleinen Schwierigkeiten beim Check-in – wir wussten zunächst nicht, bei welcher Klingel wir läuten sollten, damit uns die Putzfrau die Tür öffnen konnte – waren wir bereits beim Betreten der Wohnung wieder „versöhnt“. Der Blick, der sich vom Balkon aus bietet, ist einfach einmalig.Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Passeggiata und man gelangt durch ein Tor vom Haus aus unmittelbar auf diesen berühmten Fußweg. Von dort aus kann man gemütlich zu den nahegelegenen Bars, Restaurants und verschiedenen Badebuchten spazieren.Was wir jedoch am meisten genossen haben, war der private Zugang zum Meer mit Leiter, der dazugehörige Liegeplatz und sogar eine Dusche. Das möchten wir besonders hervorheben, da wir während Ferragosto hier waren und es zu dieser Zeit überall extrem voll war. Umso schöner war es, diesen privaten Zugang zum Meer nutzen zu können.Unser Auto haben wir während des Aufenthalts in der Garage stehen lassen, da der Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Unsere Ausflüge haben wir daher bequem mit dem Zug unternommen – sehr günstig und völlig unkompliziert.Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles!

This place made our stay at Nervi absolutely enjoyable. The apartment is exactly as shown in pictures. Clean, modern, organized and cozy. All the spaces count with what you need for a comfortable stay. We definitely appreciated its great location, with direct door access to the passeggiata and private access to the ocean. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are nice restaurants and places for refreshments at very short walking distance and it’s also close to the train station. The host was very welcoming and helpful in showing and explaining all we needed to know about the place when we arrived. Check in/out process was easy. I would only recommend to add a microwave to the kitchen, just for convenient warming up of food on the go. We would definitely stay there again.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum was den Ausblick anbelangt.Die Lage geht nicht besser. Direkt an der Promenade. Privater Badeplatz und eine Tiefgarage als Parkplatz.Einziges Manko ist die Bahnlinie die hinter dem Haus vorbei führt.Aber das hört man irgendwann nicht mehr.Ansonsten ist alles was man braucht in der Wohnung.Melina hat uns das Appartement gezeigt und war immer da wenn man irgendwas gebraucht hat.Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt ihr.
