Gorgeous 2 bedroom home that features a beautiful kitchen fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils and dishes. Bedrooms have queen beds in 2 rooms and a TV/office room upstairs. Very quiet and relaxing. Community offers many golf courses and numerous shopping areas and restaurants. Lake Pleasant is only 15 minutes away as is Cardinals Stadium.

This home does not connect to another unit. Very close to loop 101 for easy travel around the valley. And don't forget the beautiful community pool with built in hot tub!!!!!

The code provided on the initial reservation email did not allow me to get into the house. Also, while it said it was wheelchair inaccessible, that was somewhat obvious from the photograph of the entrance into the house. What was not mentioned was that all of the bedrooms were on the second floor after many many steps

It was a pleasure to work with Jim. Some minor fixes in the home were remedied immediately by Jim’s brother who lives close by. There is a pool (unheated) and whirlpool close to the property. Bash’s is also close by. My one note is that there are 17 steps to get to the bedrooms which was a little troubling with knee arthritis and my need for a knee replacement.

Stress free rental unit.

This is our second stay here in the past four years. Excellent location off Deer Valley. Close to all of our activities including friends, restaurants, shopping and hiking. Communication with property manager was excellent by way of VRBO, usually within hours. Emergency contacts were listed as well. New vinyl flooring noted in living room - excellent.

Very nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood

Very nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. This was an annual golf outing with a friend from college. We have been doing an annual golf vacation for about 25 years and look for properties that are in quiet neighborhoods with nice amenities. This property has 2.5 baths and three bedrooms. A nice big kitchen and a living room. The pool and hot tub are about 150 feet from the house. We never turned on the TV but there’s a large screen TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen appeared to be well equipped but we never used anything other than the coffee pot. This would be a great place for a small family or friends together on vacation.

Learned a lesson

For years I had used Vrbo for my annual trip to Phoenix for golf. This trip was with my son and we initially chose to try out a suite hotel that offered breakfast. What a mistake. We were visiting family. This place was centrally located to Suprise and Sun City communities along with the close stores. The pool is clean and a great size. The few times we saw people in the pool was in the evenings and everyone was friendly.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we would be close to a couple of my brothers. My parents retired in Sun City West and we just loved the desert and the weather.

What makes this property unique

We just bought this property and just love the location and how clean and beautiful everything is around the home. The pool and hot tub are a beautiful attraction also. We also love Peoria. It is a very progressive town with great restaurants and shopping areas. It is also very close to Arizona Cardinals stadium and Peoria Sports Complex. (Mariners and Brewers).
