Owners have unrealistic expectations and property too small

The listing states 3 bathrooms but in reality there is one family bathroom and one downstairs toilet. The accommodation downstairs is very small. Lounge diner dominated by large table and the settees are small. In reality difficult for more than 3 adults to sit in lounge comfortably. Volleyball posts rotten and broke when my 12 year old grandson bumped into net. Lots of unnecessary rules such as we must wash plastic garden furniture after use. Owners not welcoming at all. They wanted 200 euros deposit for damages which we were happy to pay. On exit they were late for the prearranged time when we needed to get away for ferry. Over the top inspection of every room and charged 25 euros as they claimed bathroom not clean. We regularly stay in cottages in France and always leave them clean and tidy which we did in this case. Very disappointed mainly by the attitude of the owners.

le gite à été rendu dans un état de saleté et pas que dans la salle de bain j'ai demandé 25€ pour le ménage mal réalisé , erreur de jugement , j'aurais du demander 75€ ( 2 heures 30mn de ménage à 3 personnes suite à leur départ ) les autres commentaires sont mensongères , il n'y a qu'une salle de bain dans le gite comme indiqué dans l'annonce . le salon comprend deux canapés 2 places et un fauteuil soit 5 places très confortable . la caution de 200€ à été rendu à la sortie , j'ai par contre eu du mal à récupérer les clés du gite , clients à éviter pour les loueurs , communication très difficile , il ne parle pas français , très déçu également de leurre attitude et du manque de respect des lieux dans lequel ils ont séjournée

Huisje voldoet prima om een weekje zorgeloos in te verblijven, de ligging is echt perfect, tussen Mont Saint Michel en Saint Malo in, veel bezienswaardigheden dicht in de buurt, gemiddeld een half uurtje rijden met de auto.Prima bedden, keuken is ruim uitgerust, koken doe je op gas, douche is lekker warm, de hond is welkom, tuin is volledig afgezet dus de hond kan niet weg lopen.het huisje is wel een beetje gedateerd, kan op sommige plaatsen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken, Schoonmaak dien je zelf te doen of kan je tegen betaling deels laten doen, verwarming is elektrisch en komt er extra bij, houd hier rekening mee, Onze Senseo koffie machine ging kapot, binnen 45 minuten hadden we een werkende gekregen, top geregeld!

Die Lage des Hauses, mit dem Garten und den netten sehr zuvor kommenden Vermietern ist ein absolutes Plus! Selten so ein Ausflugs und Informationspaket erhalten!Negativ war der Schimmel in Dusche, und in den Schränken. Anscheinend haben dort etliche Bewohne die Töpfe und die Liegenbezüge feucht abgelegt.Die Einrichtung ist veraltet. Oben im Bad gibt es keinen Einhebelmischer am Waschbecken. Geht natürlich auch so ist aber definitiv schwer einzustellen. Die Kochutensilien sind zum Teil dreckig und eklig. Es gibt zwar Fernsehen aber nur französische Sender. Die Waschmaschine hat zwar aussen Rost, funktioniert aber genau wie der Kühlschrank und Herd, Mikrowelle einwandfrei! Diese waren auch blitzblank!Die Betten und die Couchen sind leider auch ziemlich unbequem.Alles in Allem würden wir dieses Haus nicht mehr beziehen.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Betten sehr gut. Die große Küche war sehr gut und umfassend eingerichtet und großzügig ausgestattet,so wie in einer privaten Küche, in der jemand gerne kocht, alles funktionierte. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus und dem großen sehr gepflegten Garten mit Stellplatz für das Auto sehr wohl gefühlt. Der vollständig eingezäunte und gesicherte Garten war ideal auch zum Spielen und Freilaufen für unseren kleinen Hund. Die Lage des Hauses direkt am Küstenwanderweg der Bucht von Mont Saint Michel ist wunderschön und die Ruhe der Umgebung bestechend. Die Übergaben funktionierten problemlos - wir danken den Gastgebern, der Familie Maheu sehr für die Gastlichkeit und die umsichtige Bereitstellung von ausgesprochen vielfältigenInformationsmaterialien, z.B. wann wo Märkte sind, welche Ausflüge sich in der Umgebung anbieten usw. Man fühlte sich willkommen wie bei Freunden - es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem für uns idealen Ferienhaus, in das wir im nächsten Jahr gerne zurückkommen möchten. Séjour à Cherrueix

Maison très bien située, endroit calme et reposant. La maison dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour une famille. Tout était nickel et propre à notre arrivée. Atmosphère agréable, joli jardin. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Petit bémol, pas d'accès internet pour les parents ça va, mais pour de jeunes ados c'est compliqué. Sinon c'est du 9,5/10. On recommande ce gîte.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir sind mit 2 Hunden gereist und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Zum 1.war das Haus geräumig, mit einem großen Garten und somit für die Hunde ideal. Hinter dem Garten war wirklich das Meer,aber das Wasser war meist weg. Es war ein schönes ruhiges Dorf und es gab einen tollen Radweg zum San Mont Michel. Wir haben viele schöne Städte besucht und hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Für Hundebesitzer ist das Haus und die Gegend ideal. Die Formalitäten wurden auch schnell erledigt,da wir uns gegenseitig nicht verständigen konnten,aber das war alles kein Problem.

Les grandes Grèves a Cherrueix

L hébergement etait en corelation avec se qui etait annoncé. Je me suis senti comme chez moi. Un vrai havre de paix. Un immense jardin qui a permis a ma chienne de profiter de ses vacances. La region magnifique et 15 jours de vacances excellente car lle soleil etait au RDV
