Geweldige sympatieke eigenaars, top vakantie gehad

Zeer sympathieke eigenaars die ons geweldig ontvangen hebben. Toffe rustige omgeving met een ruim zwembad. We hebben ons met zijn allen heerlijk kunnen ontspannen en genoten van een topverlof.

Super verblijf in een prachtige omgeving.

Wij hebben super genoten van ons verblijf. Het was een super aangenaam huis waar alles in aanwezig was. Veel meer ruimte dan we in eerste instantie voor ogen hadden. Super fijn zwembad wat met de warmte wel nodig was. De gast heer en mevrouw hebben het super uitgelegd allemaal en zijn waarnodig tot dienst geweest en hebben overal aan gedacht. Super. Als je de ardesh wilt bezoeken doe dat dan vanuit hier. Top!

Maison au coeur de l'Ardèche

Maison spacieuse (plus que sur les photos) et bien équipée. Localisation idéale pour randonner. Petite épicerie à quelques minutes à pied très pratique. La literie de la chambre parentale manque un peu de fermeté. Le propriétaire passe régulièrement pour l'entretien de la piscine qui est grande et agréable.

heerlijk groot vakantiehuis met privacy tuin en fijn zwembad in rustige omgeving

De eigenaren Eric en Maria zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze doen er alles aan om je een fijn verblijf in hun vakantiehuis te bezorgen. Warm onthaal bij aankomst. Het is een groot huis in een rustig dorp, voorzien van alle gemakken zoals vaatwasser, wasmachine, goede internet, horren voor slaapkamerramen, BBQ en de beschikking over 1 fiets. Het huis heeft geen airco, maar als je de rolluiken overdag dicht houdt, blijft het huis redelijk koel van binnen. Bij ons was het buiten 38 graden en binnen in huis 24 graden. Het zwembad gedeelte is volledig afsluitbaar met heerlijke ligbedden en zonnewering. Onze kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt in het lekkere schone zwembad. Op 5 minuten loopafstand is een klein winkeltje waar je dagelijkse in de ochtend vers brood kunt halen. Grote supermarkt is op 10 minuten rijden met de auto. Het huis ligt in een rustig dorp (er is wel een kasteel als toeristische attractie). In de omgeving mooi natuur om te fietsen en te wandelen en dichtbij de rivier D'ardeche. Het restaurant C2 in Barjac is een aanrader. Het enige minpunt dat wij kunnen bedenken zijn de zachte matrassen (niet slecht, maar we houden persoonlijk van wat meer hardere bedden). Wie weet komen we nog een keer terug naar dit heerlijke plekje! Eric en Maria bedankt!

Warm welkom van vriendelijke Belgen. Altijd klaar om je te helpen als je ze nodig hebt. Vlugge reacties op mail. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en heel proper. Verzorgd en verwarmd zwembad. Ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen. Bedankt Maria en Eric voor deze fijne vakantie, wij bewaren enkel fijne herinneringen aan ons verblijf. Vriendelijk onthaald in een verzorgd vakantiehuis, eigenaars altijd bereikbaar indien nodig. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen. Dit vakantiehuis is zeker een aanrader.

Lovely house and pool with great views

The house is much better than the pictures with lovely voews of the village and ardeche countryside. The pool was lovely and close to loads of brilliant activities in the gorge. The owners were good hosts and very helpful with any queries we had.

Super vakantiehuis in een prachtig kader

Mooi en comfortabel huis, alles was aanwezig en netjes. Zwembad en grote tuin zijn zeker een pluspunt. Zeer rustig gelegen met een prachtig zicht op het dorp Labastide de Virac en het kasteel dat zeker een bezoekje waard is. Prachtige streek en natuur, ideaal voor mooie wandelingen. Vallon Pont d'Arc en de Gorges de l'Ardèche in de nabijheid. Bedankt Eric en Maria voor de goede ontvangst! Wij komen terug!

Très bon séjour !

La réalité de la location dépasse de loin l'impression des photos ! Bel endroit, bien situé et bien équipé. Belle vue sur le village de Labastide-de-Virac et sur le château des Roure. Le propriétaire n'est pas loin mais respecte votre intimité. A recommander sans hésitation !

Nice hollidays in the valley of Ardeche.

We are 6 Motorcycle drivers and we where in La Bastide de Virac for 7 Nights. It is a nice House with a Pool and a Garage . It was absolut clean and everything what we needet whas in the kitchen.In the near is a liitle market where we could buy fresh bred and whine and all things we needet. We will drive there once again next jear because we had not enough time to see everything and the road arround whas fantastik to drive on. Alexander

La résidence est conforme à l'annonce (photos). Environnement très calme, belle piscine. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Il ne manque que la climatisation, d'où le 3 en équipement.
