Suite Faà di Bruno is located in an elegant building from early 1900. It is in the very center of Rome, at 900 meters from Vatican Museum, San Peter, Vatican city and the most famous shopping areas in Rome.
The apartment is located 10/15 minutes walking distance from the main entrance of the Vatican Museums in a residential and quiet area of Rome called Prati.
It is very well positioned and connected to the historical centre by public transport Bus 70 , and the underground, line A (Ottaviano station ) just 2/10 minutes walking from the flat will take you easily and quickly to the most beautiful historical sites of Rome, such as Spanish steps, Piazza del Popolo, 'Piazza Navona' or you can choose to go just for a leisurely walk to the Vatican City.
The area is not very touristic but very Roman and lively , with nice restaurants pizzerias and bars with prices that are more reasonable than the city centre.
It is close to a very convenient shopping area called Via Cola di Rienzo, which ends on the Tiber River, crossing the bridge you find yourself in the heart of the centre of Rome, Piazza del Popolo .
It is comfortable and particularly elegant, to make your stay unforgettable.
The flat also offers wi-fi , a flat screen TV, heating/air conditioning, a wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchenette, safe-deposit box.
It is perfect for 2 people.

very handy location

I really liked the location and only about an 8 minute walk to the Ottaviano metro station which connects you to anywhere in Rome , Rome is a very beautiful city I can not wait to come back

The property was near cafes and restaurants and buses. The letting agent Yuliia was polite professional and friendly. It was cheaper than most accommodation. The room smelt of urine.

Mold in coffee pot. Shower hot water runs out after 2 minutes. Host charged us 100 euros for key getting stuck in old safe box despite us not doing anything to cause it from getting stuck. Good wifi. Has AC.

Excellent Location

The property is much smaller than the pictures indicate although the specific square footage is correct. It was very clean and had all the basics that were needed. There were wonderful bakeries and restaurants within easy walking distance and the metro was an easy walk as well. It is essentially on the ground floor and there are garbage dumpster right outside of the window. It was very loud until about 10:00 pm and then became a very quiet neighborhood street. If you are comfortable riding the Metro and don't mind the loud banging in the early evening hours it is a fantastic, tiny, clean apartment.

Cute studio

The location is perfect to tour any part of Rome. There is a 24 hour market near by and great restaurants. The owner is very quick to respond and was very helpful to any questions we had. Thank you again Barbara!

Il sito pubblicizza un appartamento, in realtà si tratta di una piccola camera con angolo cottura e, inserito nel perimetro della camera, un bagno cieco senza bidet. L'unica cosa che lo rende un "appartamento" è l'ingresso privato. Buona la pulizia iniziale, materasso vecchio e deformato. Ottima la posizione rispetto alle fermate atac. La vista dalla finestra dà sui cassonetti della spazzatura (è un piano terra rialzato).

Nice flat very close to the Vatican.

We enjoyed our stay at Barbara's flat in San Pietro. The flat was very nice with anything we needed and it was sparkling clean. It is located in a safe neighborhood close to the Vatican. A bus stop is located a block away and once on, you can get you to the Vatican or to the Metro (Octavio ?) within five to ten minutes. The San Pietro area is lively with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. A laundry mat is located about two blocks away. Barbara and her staff were patient with our late arrival and a lack of communication -on our part. Upon arrival our U.S based cell phones didn't work and getting European based sim cards took some time -owning unblocked phones is important in this regard! Anyway, we arrived a couple hours late and Barbara's staff was able to meet us for a late check-in. We appreciated that after a long day of flying. One item to note is that there is a local tax payable at check-in so you should insure you have Euros in hand upon arrival. I think our local tax was 28 Euros for a four-day stay. Everybody pays this no matter where you stay. I assume it is percentage based so your local tax may be different. With the nice room, its location and Barbara's patience with our late arrival we were very happy with our experience and highly recommend using Barbara's flat in San Pietro. Thanks!

Very close the Vatican City

It was a real pleasure to spend time in ur comfortable, clean and cosy flat! Very good location not far away from metro and Vatican. You are really good and hospitable owners, who can help and make good advices - what and where to see, eat, buy. So really thank u for good vacations!)
