Maurizio and his assitant Lia communicated very well and were very accomidating when we had flight delays and arrived very late. The apartment was clean, nice and had everything we needed. The only downside was the mattress was very firm

This property was in a great location. It was in a quiet location , a few hundred meters from good restaurants and 1000 meters from the coloseum. Maurizio was a great host and very responsive to our needs . The apartment was perfect for 2 people and very well maintained

We were very impressed with our host, who insured an easy check-in process and who quickly responded to any questions. The apartment was close to nice restaurants, public transport and the Colosseum. We were impressed with the neighbourhood, and felt safe as two young travellers. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and we had plenty of space! We would definitely recommend.

Mauricio is an excellent host. Checking and communication was smooth, the apartment is perfect for two people. The location is perfect for walking all over Rome. Or, easy access to buses, trains and subway if you don’t want to walk. Very quiet at night. In the heat of July the AC was much appreciated. I will rent from him again! Thank you, and Gracie mille.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed for our stay. It is perfect for families. The location is excellent – only a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum. There are restaurants, cafés, shops, bus stops, and a metro station nearby. The area is quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and helpful and always cared about our comfort. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Very friendly host who also lives close by for any issues. He met us for check in and made sure we had everything. Clean little apartment, comfortable bed, fantastic water pressure in the shower. Air conditioning was easy to turn on and off. Close enough to walk to many locations, and there are a couple little places nearby to get groceries.

The owner opened communications prior to our arrival, and that was a wonderful gift, knowing he was expecting us and helping us with the arrival details. He met us at the door and helped us with the challenge of an early arrival, and recommended some really good places to eat. Being just a short walk from the Colosseum, public transportation, and plenty of first-day sites, helped us enjoy our stay in Rome even more. Having this place as our base allowed us to fix a few meals, rest during the day, and enjoy the nightlife. We would highly recommend this as your place to stay in Rome.

Very good location, very close to St. John Lateran church and Scala Santa, which were big in our itinerary… very close also tot he colosseum which wee just enjoy the everynight… MOnti is a good neighborhood and location… we didn’t expect the place to be very central to our plan… place is very clean… told Maurizio we would love to go back there next time we’re in Rome… thank you Maurizio..

Amazing location!!

100% perfect place for site seeing. The Colosseum in a few blocks away and within site of the front door. Safe neighborhood with food and convenience shops close by. Maurizio is very nice, speaks English. The checkin was a little clunky but all was fine. Keep in mind places in Italy have washers but not dryers for your clothes. I would definitely come back here again!

Maurizio was waiting at the property, even though we had a problem communication that we were on the way (our fault). Air conditioning was good despite a heat wave. Several mini-marts and a good size market within walking distance. Also close to pizzerias and a restaurant.

Cet appartement est très bien situé et à proximité du Colisée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet endroit, Maurizio a été très aidant et rapide à répondre à nos questions. Le cartier est aussi super pour les restaurants et l’accès aux transports en commun. Je recommande sans aucun doute!
